- Aaron (8/5): A wonderful time in Asakusa - You couldn't ask for a better place to stay in Asakusa! 2 Lawsons less than a 2 minute walk away an a 711 about 5 minutes away. Bus that takes you to the skytree and the ginza line is about a 10 minute walk. The hotel is very clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are well equipped and have AC and a heater. The windows also opens. I think the best part of this hotel is the rooftop viewing deck. It has a great view of the skytree and especially senso ji. I did have a slightly negative interaction with one of the staff at the front desk. I must have do something annoying or perhaps rude, I just can't figure out what it was. After we got checked in this staff member seemed annoyed every time I walked through the lobby. Nevertheless, the staff was wondering, and I hope the staff member realizes whatever I did was done in ignorance. I do my best to lurn and do better.

- Skylab24 (3/5): Séjour à cet hôtel très médiocre quant aux prestations de restauration. A REVISER au plus vite. - Accès rapide à l'hôtel via le métro. Confort relativement correct. Chambre très calme. Accès au "Roof Top" de l'hôtel pour en admirer la vue Tokyoïte agréable. Personnel offrant le stricte minimum, courtois, souriant mais sans plus. Salle de service du petit déjeuner très froide et sans aucune chaleur humaine. Petit déjeuner très décevant, aucun choix supplémentaire hors mis celui de l'assiette "unique" proposée le matin. Tout complément demandé est payant, ce qui est très décevant, aucun buffet, pas de pain proposé, encore moins de viennoiseries, aucun extra en complément de la seule et unique assiette proposée en choix simple sur une carte de 6 choix différents. J'ai demandé du pain en complément il m'a été facturé à 400Yen la tranche. Le jus en "smoothie" proposé dans l'offre matinale a souvent été oublié (j'ai du le réclamer), les tranches de pain supplémentaires que j'ai commandées et que j'ai payées ont dû être réclamées plusieurs fois avant de me les servir, mon omelette était terminée. Service mauvais. Personnellement, mon ami et moi ne nous attendions absolument pas à ce genre de prestations "rendues au plus stricte minimum" pour un breakfast matinal dans cette catégorie hôtelière. Je suis très déçu, déconseille très fortement les clients désireux d'apprécier un petit déjeuner qui porte dignement ce nom et je confirme ne plus jamais revenir dans cet établissement. De tout mon voyage au japon, je n'ai jamais eu de telles restrictions. Booking.com devrait insister sur les prestations du petit déjeuner et vraiment prévenir qu'il sera servi une assiette et seulement une assiette, c'est tout. Pas de beurre, pas de confiture, un verre de lait gracieusement offert et c'est tout et vous passez votre chemin. Si vous désirez autre chose, vous en serez facturé. Point très négatif sur la fin de mon voyage au niveau des prestations de cet établissement.

Dal terrazzo c'è una bella vista sul tempio e sulla tokyo skytree. abbiamo amato molto soggiornare lì.

But it’s cramped and not value for money. - Good location, near where you want to be in Asakusa but still far enough that you can get a good nights sleep. No lobby or seating area, cafe was underwhelming. Bathrooms are some sort of kit bathroom where you need to watch your head. And you need to be a gymnast to get into the bath.
- Vikramjit (8/5): Poor Front office experience! - Location is great! Despite prior intimation and room availability, there was miscommunication regarding early check-in. The front desk initially agreed to allow a complimentary early check-in for a couple of hours, but just before we proceeded to the lift, we were called back and asked to pay an additional ¥10,000 instead. Unfair, but I paid because of two seniors with me. The hotel also lacks adequate English language proficiency at the front desk despite serving many international tourists. Another downside is that the only coffee shop opens only for 3 days in the week.

- sk888888 (10/5): Great location, fabulous breakfast! - I asked for a room with a SkyTree view, on a higher floor, and the room did not disappoint. I also chose the breakfast option - Eliose's Eggs Benedict were absolutely delicious! The room was not as small as I'd imagined, my SkyTree view was spectacular, and the proximity to Senso-Ji Temple so I could walk easily there in the early morning hours, was particulary calming. Great location, desk staff were very helpful, all around I absolutely would stay there again!

- Armelle_La_Rochelle (10/5): Hotel superbe et tres bien situé - L'accueil était professionnel et le personnel a su nous aider dans nos demandes, notamment dans la gestion des bagages. Chambre avec vue sur le Skytree et ses lumières magnifiques tous les soirs (12ème étage). Literie super confortable avec des oreillers extraordinaires ! Des produits sont fournis, ainsi que des pyjamas mais nous ne les avons pas utilisés car la taille était trop juste pour nous (comme partout au Japon). La hauteur de la marche pour accéder à la salle de bains peut être compliquée pour certaines personnes. Le rooftop offre une très belle vue sur la ville, on peut y apporter un goûter ou un petit déjeuner si on laisse tout bien propre 😊 (ce n'est pas un rooftop avec bar, seulement une terrasse). L'emplacement de l'hôtel est incroyable, tellement proche de Senso-ji et de Kappabashi, mais du côté plus tranquille. Parfait pour notre séjour de 4 nuits. -

The amazing open rooftop made the stay even more spectacular My only concern was the bed. Now it was comfortable but the pillow was rather hard to sleep on however maybe that's just my preference also if I had to pick a bone with the food I tried various dishes but would love to see some expansion on the western style. But the food was delicious

- Andy (9/5): Great location for exploring Asakusa. - This hotel is in a great location - it’s basically at the back of the Senso-Ji temple. We walked through the temple ground many times during our stay, often while to or from the nearby Asakusa Train Station. There are a huge amount of restaurants / eating establishments nearby and a lot to explore. The Sumida River and the Asahi Beer Tower are also a short walk away. I found the hotel itself to be clean, tidy, and well maintained. There is an outdoor area on the roof that overlooks the Senso-Ji temple. I did not use many of the hotel facilities as we were out exploring all day. The staff were friendly and helpful, even storing a couple of baseball tickets for me that arrived ahead of my check-in date. Nothing - but be aware that some of the rooms can be very small. Not a problem for us, but it might be for some people. In other Tokyo hotel rooms we have been able to store suitcases under the bed to keep them out of the way. We couldn’t do that here due to the bed configuration. Again, not a problem for us, but it might be for some. I would definitely stay here again.

- Stephan (9/5): Komfortabel und preiswert in Asakusa - Gelegen in dem schönen Viertel Asakusa, dicht an Tempel, Shopping-Optionen und Nahverkehr, ist das Hotel vor allem auch mit der Dachterrasse eine super Option. Frühstück haben wir nicht genutzt. Das Standard-Zimmer ist erheblich kleiner als Premium, trotzdem noch gut für zwei Personen zu nutzen. Sehr freundliches Personal, typisch Japan eben. Der kleine Kühlschrank ist sehr nützlich. Der Skytree ist in der Nähe und Abends ein schöner Blickfang beim Dinner auf der Terrasse. Die Bäder sind recht einfach, trotzdem vollkommen ausreichend.

- Giancarla (7/5): Buona posizione - Buona posizione. Vicino ai mezzi di trasporto. Bella zona di Tokyo. La camera nostra era spaziosa con 2 letti grandi. Bella la terrazza panoramica sul tetto. L'acqua a disposizione dei clienti. L'albergo non ha una hall quindi non ci si può fermare neanche un attimo. Ci sono solo 2 ascensori che sono insufficienti dato che vengono usati anche dal personale di servizio. La colazione non è a buffet, propongono sempre alcuni menù (sempre gli stessi)

- Thomas (9/5): Die Lage ist fantastisch - Das Personal war sehr freundlich und die erste Dame, bei welcher ich meinen Koffer zur Aufbewahrung abgeben dürfte, war sehr hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war zwar klein aber alles war sauber und der Platz war ausreichend bzw. funktional. Die Lage ist sehr gut und vieles fußläufig sehr gut erreichbar. Teilweise waren einige Personen des Personals sehr kühl. Beim Einchecken war ein Herr und eine Dame hinter der Rezeption und beide haben bei meinem Eintraten nicht aufgesehen und haben einige Zeit hinter dem Computer verbracht. Erst nach mehreren Minuten wurde gefragt ob ich einchecken möchte. Leider gab es kein "Hallo" oder Small Talk. Dieses Erlebnis war nicht so schön. Zum Glück hat die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft (der Erste Eindruck beim abgeben der Koffer vor dem Einchecken) der anderen Kollegin, diese etwas "kühle" Begrüßung wieder ausgeglichen. Ansonsten war das Zimmer sehr hellhörig. Man konnte die Nachbarn in den den Nachbarzimmern und auf dem Flur hören.

- Carolyn (10/5): Excellent staff, location and amenities. - The location for this hotel is excellent. Close to many temples and shrines and close to train stations. The room was larger than others we experienced. Having a water dispenser on the floor to fill water bottles was a very nice amenity. The only thing missing was a bed side table but we used the chair provided and were comfortable.
