- Mark (2/5): - The hotel is near everything, the personnel are nice, the breakfast is very good. As i was checking out, they wanted me to pay !20 soles extra because I had checked in two hours before the official check in time.I was not aware of this until they sprung it on me as I was trying o go to the airport. Because of this conflict and discussion with hotel employees, I ended up missing my flight out of Ayacucho. I had to send a bit more than $100 for a ticket with another airline, as LATAM would have charged me more for the ticket with SKY, I will never stay with DM HOteles in Ayacucho again.

- Aaron (8/5): Great location, a bit dated decor - Decent hotel right in the centre of town. A bit difficult to drive a car there though since all the streets are one way and traffic was quite heavy. Location is great since it’s right at the centre. Lots of eating options there too. Hotel itself is roomy and spacious. Though it has a bit of a dated feel due to the room colors and the dark lighting. The light inside is very dark. And makes the room look dirty.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Very comfy hotel - The hotel was in the center of the city and it was easy to walk around. Unfortunately in Ayacucho there is no rental car company so I took a tour instead to go visit a place I wanted to go. The hotel staff was very professional and helpful. I also bought an artisan work from a local artist which was in the showcase at the hotel.

- Jose Luis (6/5): Lo mejor del hotel es la ubicación - Lo mejor fue la ubicación. Las habitaciones estaban limpias. Respecto al mobiliario faltaba un velador y lámpara. Las toallas limpias pero ásperas. Las áreas comunes requieren mayor limpieza, aspirar las alfombras de las escaleras. Pagamos un poco más del monto de la reserva. Recomiendo comprar las artesanías de las vitrinas, buen precio y alta calidad que difícilmente lo encontrarán en las ferias o mercados.

- HUGO (8/5): Ayacucho 👌 - Es un hotel antiguo que se encuentra bien conservado, atención amable y pronta. Desayuno incluido y ubicación perfecta. A pesar de estar en el centro de la ciudad no se sienten ruidos molestos.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Puede mejorar - El hotel es lindo, sus instalaciones exteriores lo realzan mucho, pero las habitaciones son pequeñas y no ofrecen nada mas de lo básico. Debería tener un frío bar, una cafetera y un planchador y plancha, que es algo que te dan en cualquier hotel de 3 estrellas que te cobra entre 80 a 100 dolares por día. Por lo demás, estuvo bien.
- Michael (8/5): Good Breakfast and Location - We asked to be picked up at the airport. We had to phone the hotel to remind them to collect us. The hotel is very close to the main square and restaurants and cafes. Breakfast was always good with the hot food replenished quickly. The room was fairly basic and, for us, the bed was a little small. The wi-fi worked whenever we needed to connect and there is always coca tea available by the main door. If you are less than 6’ 3” the bed shouldn’t be a problem! The staff were always smiling and helpful.

- Jose Luis (8/5): Infraestructura antigua - Existen espacios de jardin inaccesibles para tomarse fotos o distraerse. Lucen descuidados. En la suite 240 np funciona el secador, no se puede disfrutar la tina porque no se puede retener el agua. Además durante el baño, el agua discurre hacia el suelo y se inunda todo el baño. Después, todo bien. Sugerencia: la suite debería disponer siempre de al menos cuatro vasos y servilletas para atender a las visitas que se reciben.

- sung (6/5): Amplio y bonito pero no mas - Hotel no cumple. Precio no es tan alto pero por lo que uno paga espera un poco mas. Personal inatento, en un hotel de menos prestigio son mas atento. Dificil descansar por el ruido de gente movilizando por los pasillos. Habitacion es limpio con sus comodidades. Desayuno muy basico parecido de un hotel mas simple.
