• bonnielK5820VE (10/5): Enjoy a pet friendly stay and walk along the beach - Love coming to the Breakers this time of year. Not nearly as busy and yet we still had beautiful weather and could walk the dogs along the beach. It seems to have its own little microclimate. The Breakers is allows dogs and has nice trails that go directly to the beach. Although we were concerned about the option of places to eat and brought food to fix in the kitchen in our unit, we were surprised at all the different options available. The High Tides was a newer location that was closer to the Breakers and had a wonderful breakfast for a fair price. So happy we took some time for ourselves to enjoy a great property outside of the hassle and bustle of downtown. Thank you breakers staff for a relaxing weekend.
• mmetcalf7 (10/5): Clam digging - We've been staying at the Breakers for years. We love the one bedroom condos and take our dog with us. The pool is great and the staff always provides great service. It's a great location in Long Beach and one of our favorite local vacations. On this stay we went clamming and limited out in about 30 minutes and the weather was absolutely beautiful.
• X2137VPtracyh (10/5): Nika Sue's 1st Beach Trip - We have been coming to the Breakers for nearly 30 years bringing our children and now our dog. The condos are so perfect for a long weekend stay and the views out every window are beautiful. Walking our dog on the enchanting grassy dunes to the beach always takes my breath away. We are here with our newest dog Nika, who after 3 other dogs is the 1st to refuse stairs. The team at the front desk quickly switched us to a ground level condo with complete understanding as our dog is over 60 lbs. Thank you Breakers for another memory filled weekend and always treating our dogs like family,
• dantX4800HB (10/5): Perfect getaway. And I’m not just being nice. - i’ve been coming here for 30 years. The people are consistently pleasant run the place. Accommodating. A problem with the television was fixed immediately this time. Normally I stay in 436, which is my favorite, and always serves as a reminder for me to Exercise more because it’s on the third floor. This time I stayed in a different unit. Now was a little kid and I’m 76 years old. Now my parents would stay downtown by the arch, through the years they knew the owners of the golf course across the street And would house sit when they were on vacation in the winter, the Thompsons. I think of other places to go, but Long Beach always wins. I wish I could underline that.

The pool room seems newly renovated and is in wonderful condition, not too busy at all considering the beautiful weather and three-day weekend. It was quiet, peaceful, and came at a really affordable price. I will definitely be back.

• tinajE5912HF (10/5): My first solo getaway was fabulous here!!! - Drove 3.5 hours for King Tides. I hotel searched online and decided on Breakers, primarily for the pool and hot tub. I walked into my 3rd floor room and was pleasantly surprised with the kitchenette. The large patio was angled towards the beach so that was a great view! The room was a typical King but very roomy with a double closet. The room was clean and walk to the beach was beautiful. The in town stuff was just a short drive. Since I came for the. King tides, I made the 20ish minute trip to Cape Disappointment. I made 6 hours of use in the pool and hot tub! It was the largest I've ever seen at a hotel! The bathroom and shower facility inside the pool building was great! Staff was very informative about calling for reservations and discounts, answered all my questions, and just very pleasant. The winter rate was incredible and I was fortunate enough to have beautiful weather! I had the best solo mini 3 day getaway and would highly recommend!!! This hotel would be so perfect for family reunions as the connecting rooms turn it into a 2 bedroom condo!! Beach, pool, volleyball, basketball, playground. Great value!!!

The front office is well staffed and always available for service needs, questions, advice. Particularly special is the warm and helpful attitude of the customer service gentleman, Patrick. His attitude is focused on making you feel welcome and that you have all you need to have a wonderful visit experience. He's a gem there. His sense of humor will put a smile on your face!

• mellanystrip (8/5): Thankful for staff making the extra effort - I decided to take advantage of a beautiful sunny fall weekend and head to the beach. So glad I did! The weather was fantastic! My son joined me. Ground floor room on the ocean end made the trip perfect. The exception?? An older hideabed with a nasty old, stained mattress. Ugh. After my son folded it back up and slept on the couch, I contacted the office and they were so accommodating! They apolgized. We were able to get a room with a bed for my son in the next room. No worries!This is why I continue to be a loyal customer of the Breakers. The staff are kind and courteous and always ready to help!

• 898timothye (8/5): Comfy condo w/o wifi - We stayed Thursday thru Monday, The condo we rented was a nice one that was confortable. The bed was comfy, the sofá was comfy. The bathroom was clean. You offer free wifi but it only worked outside not inside. On Saturday we requested new sheets, we were told a set would be delivered that day, never happened. Those are our 2 complaints with the not having wifi in our rental the biggest. So for $170.00 a night we would've really appreciated the free wifi

Thank you for watching out for us. Patrick also a very accommodating staff member we were a bit late getting packed when I called to notify front desk and a late check out he was so kind to reassure us it wasn’t a big problem. That took a big worry off my mind trying to get us both packed up and out having a loved one with a disability. We always enjoy staying here for our short vacation stay the view, accommodation’s plus the awesome staff that makes are stay so enjoyable. Blessings to all! • D9318WFmarkn (8/5): Cozy stay - My wife and I have been staying at Breakers for 12 years mostly for the annual rod run. Suites are well used but clean and functional. Staff are excellent and very responsive to needs. Great access to multiple small towns and beaches. The pool and spa building is 5 years new and is great!! I would highly recommend this property!!

• Daydream42349632488 (10/5): Breakers beach vacation - We had a beautifully updated 1 bedroom condo on the 3rd floor. We stayed 5 nights and it was very comfortable for 2 adults and 1 teen. We didn’t use the pool and hot tub but used the bbq’s, clam cleaning room (cleaned salmon) and free washer and dryer, which was just 1 floor down. All were great. The grounds and trails to the beach are well maintained. I can’t say enough good things about the 3 different front desk staff members that we encountered! They all made our stay memorable in one way or another. We will definitely be booking again for next year.
• Road10046783927 (10/5): 10 Stars for this wonderful stay.. - From the moment we entered the Breakers we were greeted with such warm hospitality. An unfortunate encounter had left us stranded for the holiday weekend and we were searching for any accommodations. We did a quick Google Maps search and located the Breakers. I contacted them immediately and they quickly confirmed that there was availability. They provided us with a lovely 1 bedroom condo with a nice beach/water horizon view. The condo was very clean, comfortable and with everything we would need for our stay. The grounds were very well maintained, the pool/spa area so nice and a very quick walk to the incredible sandy beach. We were just unbelievably impressed with management and the facilities. We will most definitely return to the Long Beach and will most definitely stay at the Breakers.

I called the property-and Patrick quickly fixed it for us. When we arrived, our check in was so easy. While our stay was brief, just one night-it was so comfortable. We were able to access the swimming pool, watch the sunset from our deck, and relax. The next morning before checkout, our grandkids were able to have fun at the playground, and check out was seamless. We will definitely be back! Thank you! Room 215 August 29th.

• N546WBjeanb (6/5): Fine for families but not for couples. - Checkin time was late and 11am checkout was firm. Room was clean and bright but no ocean view only large grass area and seagrass. No outdoor showers to rinse off in before or after the outdoor adult hot tub use, but the outdoor adult hot tub was lovely. Indoor pool complex did not have enforced adult time after 10 pm and was deafeningly noisy. There was only one shower in the women’s restroom to rinse off in and since it had a shower curtain it was used for very long showers by individuals. No shower by the pool. I would question the health safety of the indoor hot tub which was very crowded. Nice covered outdoor gathering area with grills and sink and picnic tables. A nice venue for families and reunions but not for couples.

It is a 5-minute drive away from everything in town which is great. The place I stayed was there dog friendly standard room not condo so it was more like a hotel room. It did have a fridge and a microwave and the cool thing was it had an extra bed for my son in a secluded knock. It was almost like a mini bedroom and he loved laying there with his plug ins and own area.The location is not right in the middle of town but kind of off to the side, secluded, which I like. It is a 5-minute drive away from everything in town, which is great. The place I stayed was the dog-friendly standard room, not a condo, so it was more like a hotel room. It did have a fridge and a microwave, and the cool thing was it had an extra bed for my son in a secluded nook. It was almost like a mini bedroom, and he loved laying there with his plug-ins and own area. The beach is about 0.4 miles away, so be prepared for that, but you can drive to somewhere that is a shorter walk to access the beach. There's a mini playground, a basketball hoop, etc. There's also a pool and a hot tub but I did not check that out. I love Long Beach. Anybody that hasn't been there or goes to Ocean Shores instead should check out Long Beach. It is way better. The cons were the bed hard as a freaking Rock. Also it's not cleaned as well as it should be. There was hair all over the shower, nothing deep cleaned. Either way I found a new great spot and I will come back someday. The people at the front desk were friendly enough.

• W2488QNanned (10/5): 40 years of family reunions!!! - Our family of 35-40 people has been going to the breakers for our annual family reunion for maybe 40 years or so???. It is the perfect place for reunions. The ability to book condos for each family, and stay all in one place is the best. The meeting room is perfect for our evening all group get together. Some of the condos could use a bit of updating but even the ones that need that are comfortable and clean! But the best part is the customer service. The staff goes out of their way to make sure everything is taken care of, every need met. They have kindly changed reservations at the last minute. We have already booked for next year!! The location on the discovery trail makes it a nice walk into town and the large fields give us a nice place to hang out and play games. Truly a favorite place to stay.

• virginian608 (10/5): Unusual... - This review is from V. Nelson, Portland, OR, and it's approx. my 500th TA review: This is one unusual place to stay. Starting with the town, you do not look at the Pacific Ocean from your room, unless you camp on the beach. Long Beach, WA is a beach town, but to see the ocean, you have to get there. Looking out our window, we saw other large buildings, a play area, and grassland. No one mentioned a sauna, but there it was, right IN our room. The room, itself, and the bathroom are European-level small, but adequate. There was no kitchenette. Heating/AC was adequate. The huge property had three or four large buildings, each with three levels. There were very few cars and no noise. The indoor pool is better than any where we've stayed before, including 4-star hotels. There is also a large indoor jetted tub and a very large outdoor jetted tub. These were all great. We saw three desk staffers, and each was exceptionally kind and helpful, much moreso than typical lodging staff. Either they really like their jobs, or they know how to make it seem so.
• Lisa (10/5): Get Away - We took a trip to the beach to have a weekend get away. It was a great stay, the room gave us extra space to relax. The weather cooperated, light breeze, sprinkles on one day. Walks on the beach were pleasant and we saw more birds than we ever have.

The first nite was kinda tough for me cuz I have some back problems and the bed was just too darn soft for me, but my son &granddaughter loved it. I told them office staff of my problem& they upgraded us to a condo with 2 recliner s which suited me just fine. Stayed another couple of days. My granddaughter loved the swimming pool. Oh I should let you know they upgraded me for the same price I was paying. The staff is Awesome and they really do their best to accommodate you. We've stayed at the Breakers every time we go to long Beach and they never disappoint. Thanks guys& gals!! The Bishops.

It is very clean and pet friendly. Pools and hot tubs please families as well as adults. Staff is very courteous and the grounds are so well kept. • 562taryne (10/5): Great weekend stay - Great weekend away. Friendly staff, great accommodations, and just a short stroll to the beach. There is an indoor pool and hot tub, as well as a playground for smaller kids. We loved our stay. I highly recommend The Breakers and we hope to return soon.
• shirleype60 (10/5): Time with family - The room was great The staff was amazing. I called on memorial weekend and Mike got me a condo for two days. It was perfect. My grandson loved the pool. The jets could have worked a little better in the hot tub. But over all we had a great time. Thank you.
• Charles (10/5): - We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony and listening to the ocean waves. The price was really reasonable compared to anything in neighboring Astoria, and we loved the local breakfast option. Very friendly community, and not overly crowded.
• jackjD1202WI (10/5): Great place to stay - The room was clean and the water was hot. Had a fridge for drinks and a coffee pot for the mornings. I was there 2 days. Easy beach acsess. The host where super nice and explained everything in detail. I will definitely stay again. Thanks for everything.
• lisarB2426UX (4/5): Paid to sleep in a room I couldn't sleep in. - Electrical outlets in the alcove bedroom did not work. I sleep with a CAPA machine and as unable to because of this problem. Main bed was already taken. The bed in the alcove was extremely uncomfortable as well. I paid $150 to sleep in a room I could not sleep in. Managed to get 1 hrs of sleep, so I paid $150 for an hour of sleep. Unacceptable. Mentioned the problem to the front desk the next morning and all they did was write up a service ticket to check the electrical outlets in the room. How does that help me? I love staying at the Breakers, normally have an extremely satisfied experience but not this time. Actually moved my reservation from another place to The Breakers because I like staying there, this time I wish I would have stayed at the other place.
• Trip792702 (10/5): A lovely place with a peaceful walk to the beach - Beautiful place! Accommodation was immaculate and well-appointed with a lovely view. We were in a third-floor non-pet room. The beach is close, and the location is quiet and peaceful. The pool was cool and refreshing, with a nice hot tub next to it.

Next time I think I will bring some supplies and make a meal or two there. The room was nice and quiet. The hotel staff was very knowledgeable on things to see, places to eat, and what entertainment was going on this weekend. It. Was so peaceful. You deserve it! Take some time to unwind and enjoy the peace.
• 942bobbiw (10/5): Relaxation - We have been coming here for 11 years and it’s been enjoyable with very little complaints for all those years. Really enjoy chatting with Patric who is so accommodating and friendly. Dogs love playing on the beach and exploring. Nice little town to explore.
• K6087UWcoreym (10/5): Off season comfort - Coming in the off season is absolutely wonderful! The Breakers, situated north of the Long Beach strip, is in a quiet peaceful location right next to the end of the Discovery Coast bike trail. Our second floor room looked out over the dune grasses and seasonal ponds to the ocean in the distance. The well supplied kitchenette allowed us the choice of making our own meals, keeping expenses low. What stands out for us is that the staff uses non-toxic cleaning items without fragrances, something especially important for chemically-sensitive individuals. We already look forward to coming back!
• Katrin (10/5): Fantastic stay in Longbeach - We stayed in room 118 and it was beautifully and tasteful decorated and very comfortable. The staff is super friendly and the amenities are great. We used the pool a lot and also rode the bikes. They even have puppy pamper station. Everyone in the family agreed that we will be back!

Thank You to My Auntie Gwyn for Recommending the BREAKERS 🥰🤗💕 We've had Many Memorable Moments at the BREAKERS 🥰 1/31-2/3/25 Will Be FOREVER Remembered as the BEST VACATION EVER & It was Super Affordable as that was my initial Requirement being on a Fixed Income (I get it!) 🤣 Anyway, I Love Them All and they make for a Great Vacation Get Away to One Of GOD'S Most Beautiful Creations 🥰 Get this, my plans (on my end) got bumped a week as I wanted to be there the week before when it was Nice & Sunny 😎, but because as some would say I made a poor choice getting a tattoo and to them I say GOD Bless You, In JESUS Name, Amen 🙏 Now back to my story ... Friday Night after arriving safely at our destination (Yes, The BREAKERS) 🥰 Friday Night held a crazy storm 🥰 Saturday there was Sunshine Periods that were to die for 😎🥰, Sunday & Monday mornings waking up to snow and more snow 🥰 I had a safe drive home, though Eden took a few rocks to her 😥. But All in All a Fabulous Trip and I Thank the Staff at The BREAKERS, and throughout the Community: The LOST ROO, DIAMOND ESPRESSO, SUBWAY (Phenomenal Salad!) ... Even went back to up the Tip, it was that Good and the Sunset Pictures were STUNNING 🥰
• O5766TQangiet (6/5): Good Location, Nice Staff, but some issues, should be cheaper - The staff was friendly and helpful from beginning to end. The location was great, with well marked trails right to the beach. The kitchen amenities were adequate and we had everything we needed to make basic breakfasts, snacks and dinners. The living room/dining furniture was basic and outdated, but it was comfortable enough for a few days. it was nice to have the fireplace option, and we did use it one evening. The bathroom had lots of towels, which was nice. We dont have a tub at home, so we were excited about having a January soak. But, when we first ran the jets, a bunch of crud came out, which was really gross. So, we ended up filling it and running the jets (with soap) for 10mins and draining it twice before using it. Also, there was some gross hairball type things around the spigot that we had to wipe off and clean before using the tub. The bed was sort of uncomfortable. My spouse was awakened a few times with a spring making a weird popping noise. The blanket and comforter were super outdated, likely from the 1980s, and not very cozy or warm. The pillows were kind of hard / uncomfortable, too. There was a heater in the bedroom, so that helped w/heat. The "view" room we were in had a view toward the beach, but we were too far away to actually see the ocean. The lights from the other Breakers building were very bright and lit up the entire living room and bedroom, so we had to close all blinds and drapes. Our last morning was a Saturday, and at about 7:45 am we were startled awake by a loud alarm that sounded like a tsunami warning. We’re not from the coast, so we called the front desk immediately, as we were panicked and thought we might have to evacuate. We were told it was an alarm from the 1940s, for the volunteer firefighters or something, and not an emergency. I wished they had told us at check in. It was more than startling and concerning, and if we had known it wasn’t an emergency, we could have gone back to sleep (we were up late celebrating the night before). Overall, it was pretty clean and quiet and provided basic needs for a hotel w/kitchen. I don’t think it’s worth the high price, though.
• carrieaB2205RN (10/5): Perfect Christmas getaway - I started staying at the Breakers in the summertime 20 years ago when my daughter was little. For the past two years my husband and I have been coming over the Christmas holiday-- we have a beautiful view, can walk the beach in all kinds of weather, have a full kitchen, can do puzzles and watch Christmas movies or sit by the fire. It's also the dog's favorite vacation of the year. The place isn't fancy, but the condos are always clean, the staff are fantastic, and the location can't be beat. It has everything we need!
• markbZ5025VM (10/5): Best of Long Beach - This has been my go to hotel since 2012, for several years I was staying here at least once a month for multiple days. I have tried other places but now always The Breakers. I will not stay in any other place in Long Beach. They know me by name when I call, always friendly and accommodating.

• iamtzar (10/5): A Perfect Getaway! - I recently booked units 403 and 404, and I couldn't be happier with my choice! The fully furnished apartments made us feel right at home, and the huge TV in the living room of unit 404 was a fantastic bonus for our movie nights. The easy ground floor access was super convenient, especially when coming back from the beautiful beach just a short walk away. The lovely view from the unit added to the overall experience, making our stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy and inviting retreat. Can’t wait for our next visit! 🌊🏖️
• Mapuhl (10/5): Clam digging stay - We love to stay at the breakers. It’s convenient for clamming. Stayed one night the weekend of November 2nd. Brought our dog to enjoy the beach and to clam. It’s a great cozy condo with a fireplace and a full kitchen. We accidentally broke a glass and made the staff aware of it. They didn’t charge us for the mistake! Great staff and very clean.! Would highly recommend!
• W1736KVambere (10/5): Family vacation - This was the perfect place for our family of 8, the rooms were spacious and comfortable. We loved everything about the hotel. Staff was super friendly throughout the entire check in/out process Our only complaint was the pool was really cold haha

• Lisa (6/5): - The advertisement for this property was misleading and inaccurate. What we expected was a normal sized hotel room with a queen bed. The bed was closer to being a twin than a full queen. The room was half the size of a normal hotel room. There were no luggage stands. It was not what we were expecting based on the attributes advertised. Orbitz should send a representative to review what is being advertised vs. what is real.
• Sunny (6/5): - The room was outdated and smelled musty. The beds were uncomfortable and the decor looked like it came from a thrift store. Seriously over priced.
• Nolan (6/5): - There was black mold in our shower on the curtains, stains all over the carpet and the sheets didn’t even fit the bed. Only providing one paper thin pillow for a guest on vacation is wild.

• Lola (10/5): - A quiet, cozy room. A little entryway to take off our sandy shoes. A private path to the beach. The place was delightful. The only thing missing was a kettle to heat water for my tea. The coffee maker makes the tea taste like coffee (bleh), and the microwave doesn't get the water hot enough to steep the tea (bleh again). But I guess lousy tea in the morning is a small thing in such a vast and gorgeous landscape.
• Steve (6/5): - People were great. Our original room was a bit dated but after we complained about noise from rude construction workers (who were staying for the week) we were moved to different room which had been updated. Internet and cable were down constantly (Spectrum so not surprised). Eating options were sketchy due to time of year but we had great weather (which you don't care about LOL). Indoor pool was nice and has hot tub but the walk was a bit far from "C" unit and it was in the 30's while we were there so didn't use much. Again everyone we dealt with at hotel and other venues was accommodating and friendly it was just the other guests who were jerks. I will say that if it was a busy time of year the noise from other rooms would like be intense. They have thin walls here and need to address with some sort of soundproofing.
