• Aleksei (9/5): - В целом мне очень понравилось пребывание в этой гостинице в октябре потому что очень мало соседей очень мало людей на улице уже курортный сезон кончился но прекрасный вид ласковое солнце и тёплое море всё ещё с нами отдельно хочу поблагодарить лендлорда потому что он очень добрый прекрасно относится к гостям предлагает какие-то дополнительные вещи идёт навстречу это наверное один из самых добродушных военлордов что я встречал Черногории он был настолько добр ко мне что даже купил лично для меня шампунь который не идёт в стандартной комплектации к номеру Лендлорд сам предложил мне забрать мои вещи и постирать их потом вернул мои вещи уже постиранные постирал их и вещи пахли просто потрясающе всё было бесплатно Во всей гостинице запрещено курить за это отдельное спасибо потому что меня раздражает запах сигарет и я его не чувствовал всё время пока был в гостинице такая роскошь доступна недалеко не в каждой гостинице в Черногории за это отдельное спасибо Прямо напротив гостиницы огромные массив леса за ним открытое море балкон развёрнутые на юг а значит на балконе можно с утра встречать рассвет что я и делал неоднократно и наслаждаться ласковым солнцем В номере приятный дизайн он стилизован окна в пол как я люблю удобная мебель я буду скучать по этому месту Есть общая Кухня где можно готовить с очень быстрой плитой на которой очень быстро можно приготовить себе лично для меня недостаток в том что раковина есть только в номере но нет общей раковины на кухне для одного это ещё не так важно но с семьёй возможно будет сложновато Очень рад своему пребыванию Здесь всё прекрасно Обязательно вернусь ещё раз Ещё раз хочу отметить добропорядочность лендлорда он заметил что я не выключил плиту и плита работала целый час впустую вот о чём он мне аккуратно намекнул Если для вас по-настоящему важно доброе и хорошие отношения в том месте куда вы планируете отдыхать то дульсине - это как раз то место где вы получите что хотите ------- Review of my stay at the Dulcinea Hotel, Montenegro... • Dano (10/5): - The owner provides excellent service and is very easy to reach. No matter at what time of the day there is plenty of parking at least during off season, during peak season it might be different.
• Monika (6/5): - Az Ulcinji szallashelyek közül ez a jobb elhelyezkedesűek között van. A kilátás a tengerre nagyon szép, bár ehhez fel kell menni a harmadik emeletre. A gazda nagyon készséges és barátságos. Az ágy kényelmes volt. Klímát nem kellett használnunk, mert jó hűs volt a szoba. Vasaló is a rendelkezésünkre állt. Közel van egy kis Idea vegyesbolt. ( de a számlát mindig meg kell nézni, ha ott vásárol az ember, mert becsapják. Ez csak jó tanács) Konyha nincs. Volt egy tűzhely, ami nem működött megfelelően, egy mikro és ennyi egy közös helyiségben. A szobában egy vizforralo, ami számunkra jó volt, de se edények, se tányérok, se evőeszközök, se egy tálca vagy vágódeszka, de még egy kés sem. Kérésre kaptunk persze, de miért kell kérni? Mosogató sincs, a szivacsot akkor találtuk meg, amikor már vettünk, mosogattunk a mosdókagylóban. A szoba fel volt ugyan porszívózva, de ott nem tudom, mikor mostak fel utoljára. Felmosó, seprű sincs, amivel mi takarítani tudtunk volna. Pipereholmi egy pici szállodai szappan volt összesen. A gazda nagyon segítőkész, és mindent ad, ha kérünk, de alapvető felszerelések nincsenek meg. Meguntuk, hogy mindig kérni kell mindent, nyaralni nem azért megy az ember, hogy állandóan a gazdát keresse valamiért, így aztán már nem is kértünk semmit. Mi nem vagyunk nagy igényűek, de ahol eddig jártunk, ilyen dolgok nem fordultak elő.

• Randi (10/5): - Ramzes is an accommodating and communicative host. Before check in time stored luggage. The room is 3 flights up and offered to help with my bags. The bed is comfortable,air conditioning worked great,fridge in room and in common area microwave,stovetop and toastie maker. Ramzes will provide kitchen items as needed. It was 15 minutes to Ladies Beach with mineral waters. Old town 20 minutes and downtown 30 minutes. Highly recommend. Nada
• Dariusz (10/5): Pobyt w Villii Dulsinea był jednym z lepszych naszych wakacyjnych pobytów. - Wspomniany obiekt znajduje się w spokojnej części miasta Ulcinj, z którego do centrum i małej plaży jest stosunkowo blisko. Widok z balkonu jest przepiękny! Warunki pobytu i czystość w obiekcie są na wysokim poziomie a właściciel Ramzes jest bardzo serdecznym i uczynnym człowiekiem.

• Ester (10/5): Exceptional - We had a fabulous stay - we are small family. The owners are very helpful and able to communicate well in English. They accommodated all our requests. Child friendly and very welcoming environment. Good and fast internet and also TV with many international programmes. Location is brilliant as 5 minutes walk to the beach. Also, takes you straight to a great beach restaurant Sapore di Mare, which also is 5 minute walk. Beautiful sea view with balcony, very comfy beds. Local well stocked up shop only 3 minute walk away. Lovely and fresh air in the area, perfect for morning walks to the pine tree forest and run along the beaches. Also, there is an outdoor gym area by beach and pine trees. We will be back! 🙂🙏

I enjoyed the sunrise colors on the horizon, the occasional wooden boat that sailed by, the impressionist splashes of gold, pink, orange, indigo, red, yellow across the skies at sunset. And if you are a stargazer, you would be thrilled to know that you could watch the starry skies from the terrace of your room, and the silvery moon as well. And the stovetops, cookware, and oven that are available are great for preparing meals. The property is also conveniently located in close proximity to the beach, supermarkets, convenience stores, cafes restaurants, banks, and pharmacies. And a scenic promenade that is within 10 minutes' walking distance makes the stay at Villa Dulcinea absolutely superb. And the host is hospitable, helpful, and kind. nothing

Terrace affords lovely view of the ocean, the sunrise and the sunset. Good supply of kitchenware, a comfy bed, and efficient plumbing all make for a nice stay. • Magzhan (10/5): Amazing relaxing stay in a breathtaking quiet place with sea views close to the beaches - It is a perfect location with a very cozy comfortable and clean room. very fast Internet if you work online and an amazing view on the Adriatic Sea. The host is a very kind and welcoming person. Always gives useful and practical suggestions. The weather in October is amazing you can enjoy 3-4 beaches which are at a walking distance. There is a supermarket and a lot of restaurants with tasty fresh seafood nearby. The room is well maintained and very comfortable bed and furniture. Lots of storage with a big chest of drawers and wardrobe. Great communication from the host prior to check in and during our stay. Not far from the town beach (10 min walk) and a few restaurants (not much open at this time of year - mid Sept). Up 3 flights of steps but we knew this before we booked so be aware if you have mobility issues. Bathroom is a wet room so gets drowned whenever you shower as there is no shower tray.

The sunrise, the sunset, the waves of the ever so azure Adriatic sea, the full moon, the moon in all its phases, the sky in the twilight hours, the morning sun, the pastel clouds, the pink, the fuschia, the celestial blue, the orange clouds, the cotton clouds, the canary yellow swathes of clouds streaking across the horizon at sundown, the crescent moon beaming down, the shimmering waves so blue, so aquamarine, emerald ...etc etc all visible from the terrace of this wonderful villa. And the marvelous location: close to supermarkets, cafes, the lovely promenade by the beach, great bakeries, banks, convenience stores.....I adore this place. And the host is so kind, lovely, helpful, and generous. nothing

Property is within easy walking distance from the beach. The Villa's proximity to supermarkets, convenience stores, restaurants, bakeries, pharmacies and the city center makes it an ideal accommodation. Well-equipped kitchen provides the opportunity to prepare meals. Lovely promenade in the immediate vicinity. Serene location. Kind, lovely and generous host. A memorable and fun stay. Nothing.
• Larisa (10/5): Great vacation in low season. - My mother and I spent 3 weeks in this appartment. The owner has offerened us a better room than we booked. The room had a wonderful seaview. Since it was a low season we felt as very special guests. You shouldnt expect any luxus in this hotel, but you get everything you need for the money you paid. You can cook your own meals, internet is good, all the beaches are in the walking distance. The area is safe and quiet. Supermarket Franka is 300 m away. The owner is very hospitable and helpful. Very nice budget-friendly place. We spent a few days on the beach Mala Plaza, the water in November is still good around + 20 C The beaches are empty, what I like most in this season. The water is crystal clean. After swim you can enjoy a cup of coffee in a cafe. Very peaceful atmosphere, compared with summer season. For us it was ok, but may be it important for other guests - there is no public transport in this part of the town. The walk to and from the beach is up and down the hill.

He even offered us to stay a day longer because the room was free on the day we were supposed to depart, so that was very kind of him and we're very grateful! Overall, we highly recommend staying here, especially if you have a furry friend, they'll be welcomed!

There is a market close by. And the host is verry nice The beds are horrible. They hurt my back so much. The sink is way way to low to do the diches. I dont like to do dishes next to the toilet either. The stove avaible in the hallway only worked on 1 side. Parkinf is close available but sometimes no space.

• Tatiana (9/5): This is a unique & affordable experience - Ulcinj is a very picturesque town, with breathtaking views. This villa stay provides unique experience, which is very cool. The host is GREAT - he is very accommodating, & checks on your needs daily. It's a 10-15 minutes walk to 3 different beaches, & many amazing & affordable restaurants, all with the sea view. A food store is a 5-min walk. There is a stove to cook, & a fridge in the room. All was good.

• Daina (9/5): Great rest in a hospitable house in a wonderful, but untidy, part of Montenegro. - Breakfast as a service was not available.Great sea view from the balcony. The sea is 5-7 minutes away, as are the restaurants located on the seashore. About 15 minutes to the old town or the market. There is no public transport, only taxis,so it is both a necessity and a great opportunity to get around. Special slippers are recommended for rocky beaches. Smoking is not allowed, which I think is a plus.There is TV for rainy days, fast 5G internet.The room has more or less enough dishes and cutlery for preparing meals on site.Tap water is too chlorinated, drinking water should be purchased. The shop is only about 200 m away.The owners of the house provide the necessary information and support, are kind and hospitable. Communication is provided in English.You can also pay for accommodation by card, but in most restaurants, cafes, and markets, of course, cash is required. I am very satisfied that I chose this accommodation for my vacation.

• Zaparilty (10/5): Amazing stay - There's not much to comment on coz when everything is great, you don't pay attention. Overall, it was a great experience which resulted into my thoughts of buying a house in Ulcinj :) Ramzes, the owner, was very responsive and helpful. The location couldn't be better because you stay far enough not to get caught into the noise of the touristy downtown and enjoy the silence, views and tranquility and yet it's not that far from the beach and the centre, it would take around 10 mins or so. I wish I stayed longer. The only thing that I personally would recommend is getting a brighter bulb/lamp in the room coz the room gets dim in the evening which is a wee bit inconvenient if you work remotely. There was nothing else to notice or dislike

• Juan (10/5): Exceptional - This place has an amazing view. Ramses and all the staff is very helpful. You are very close to the best swimming spots and all the facilities work perfectly. If you are thinking on going to Ulcinj, you must definetly stay here.
• Reka (10/5): Exceptional - The host is super nice. Very helpful. The location is perfect. Near to city center and beaches. The sea view from the balcony is amazing. Really good price value ratio.
• Iustina-maria (10/5): A nice and quiet place to stay in the heart of Ulcinj - Very good value for the money as it’s a nice and quiet place to stay. Close to all attractions in Ulcinj (besides Velika Plaza, but it didn’t bother us since the beaches near the villa are way better). The owner is very nice indeed. -

• Verified traveler (10/5): - Wunderbare Lage mit traumhaftem Ausblick. Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt wirklich sehr genossen. Man ist schnell am Stadtstrand, und zur anderen Seite hin liegt ein wunderschöner Wald mit einem Weg am Meer entlang zum längsten Sandstrand Montenegros. Die nettesten Gastgeber die man sich vorstellen kann! Wenn man Orientierung benötigt oder eine Frage hat sind sie immer für einen da. Preis/Leistung könnte nicht besser sein. Absolut zu empfehlen!
