• Mykola (1/5): - This was the worst apartment experience I’ve ever had. The place smelled extremely bad from the moment we entered — a strong, unpleasant odor that never went away. On top of that, it was incredibly dirty. It clearly had not been properly cleaned: dust, stains, and general neglect everywhere. What’s even worse, the photos in the listing are completely misleading. The actual condition of the apartment is nothing like what is shown online. I would strongly advise avoiding this place. It does not meet even basic standards of cleanliness or honesty.
• Ludger (10/5): modernes sauberes Apartment in guter Lage - sehr modernes und hochwertig eingerichtetes Apartment in einem Neubau. Alles absolut sauber. Dann wieder ist freundlich und extrem schnell in der Reaktion. Ich habe schon viele Wohnungen gehabt, aber hier gibt es wirklich nichts auszusetzen. die Lage ist ruhig und sowohl für Flughafen wie auch Innenstadt gut gelegen. Wir haben zwar meistens ein Taxi benutzt, aber eine Bahn die auch zum Flughafen führt ist um die Ecke. es ist perfekt.

• Luc (10/5): Quiet and comfortable flat centrally located. - I stayed there for 2 weeks. It’s a quiet and clean apartment, windows curtain blocks well the light at night and you got all you need (microwave, dishwasher, etc.). Bed is comfortable. Location is very good with some shops and restaurants 5-10 min walk. And on top of that the host was very flexible with my check-in/check-out hours as I was moving lot of things. There is nothing to complain really. -

• Vladyslav (10/5): - Great option for a business trip. The Warsaw business center is within walking distance. If you're driving, there are a lot of parking spots available close to the entrance. The host is very responsible for all arising issues. It would be nice to have tea, salt, pepper, oil, and other basic kitchen supplies in the apartment. Also, there could be a more sufficient amount of toiletries – we only had 4 small shampoo packets for 2 adults for a 3-day visit.

Kontakt z właścicielem wzorowy — szybki, pomocny i bez żadnych problemów reagował na każdą moją prośbę. Dodatkowym plusem jest lokalizacja: dosłownie 3 minutki spacerkiem od Browarów Warszawskich, więc idealnie na wieczorne wyjścia czy kolacje. Zdecydowanie polecam i chętnie wrócę!

• Jacqui (9/5): Comfortable and well equipped studio apartment in Warsaw - The apartment was clean and well equipped and laid out. (We are on a long trip so have 2 suitcases and need room to either unpack or have 2 suitcases open. ) The host was extremely helpful when we messed up our booking dates and booking.com was not able to help. They also supplied new pillows and a filter coffee maker. The apartment complex has 24 hr door staff. Very appreciated. Very minor issues. The location is a little out of the Old Town but very nice and quiet The TV is not smart but we didn’t travel to watch TV
