Very friendly contact person Be aware that you need to do an online check in and are asked to upload a picture of your id and face. Also the rooftop terrace is very close to the adjacent terrace.
• Daniele (9/5): Il posto giusto per un soggiorno di grande soddisfazione - Ottima posizione, molto pulita, bellissima vista, accessoriata con tutti i servizi, in ottimo stato La porta dall’interno si apre solo attraverso un pulsante perché ha una serratura elettrica. Se c’è un’emergenza e va via la corrente? Magari la risposta c’è ma io non la conosco. Io ci tornerei mille volte però prima farei questa domanda.

• Monika (9/5): Apartament jest cudny widok z tarasu nie do opisania - Obiekt blisko centrum, bardzo dobry kontakt z gospodarzem, kuchnia bardzo dobrze wyposażona, butelka wody w lodówce, 2 łazienki co jest bardzo wygodne przy większej ilości osób, według mnie w apartamencie bez problemu może spać 6 osób, widok z tarasu przepiękny przypuszczam że w cieplejsze wieczory cały czas bym tam przebywała bo naprawdę jest cudnie Klimatyzację na każdym piętrze osobno, po wyjściu z apartamentu prąd zostaje odłączony co w zimie może utrudniać nagrzanie apartamentu

The home didn't have adequate heating..downstairs there was only a portable plug in heater which did not generate enough heat given the size of the room and the high ceilings. The upstairs heating unit worked a bit better, but it was still uncomfortably cold. The host moved me to another home she had, and the heating was terrible in the new location as well. Very cold. At this point I asked to be reimbursed for the three remaining nights I had already paid for. She agreed to reimburse me, but it's been 4 days and no refund and no response to my 3 separate requests for the refund she agreed to give me.

• Michał (8/5): Dobra lokalizacja, super kontakt z gospodarzem - polecam! - Super lokalizacja w praktycznie w centrum. Wszędzie blisko. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia we wszystkie potrzebne rzeczy. 2 łazienki sprawiły, że komfort był jeszcze większy. Super kontakt z gospodarzem. Bardzo niewygodna rozkładana kanapa (czerwona) na dolnym piętrze. Miękka i zapadająca się - ból pleców gwarantowany. Dodatkowo przy podróżowaniu z dzieckiem uciążliwe schody wejściowe - strome od razu za drzwiami wejściowymi. Dość kłopotliwe również dla osób, które mają problem z poruszaniem się.

• Roberto Prencipe210661 (5/5): Soggiorno complicato, la struttura non era stata controllata nelle sue funzionalita prima della cons - La posizione centrale Abbiamo patito il freddo condizionatore soggiorno non funzionante, sostituito con stufetta elettrica non adeguata che faceva scattare il salva vita. Il termo ventilatore al bagno superiore non funzionava bagno non utilizzabile per il freddo e umido.

Bellissima la terrazza panoramica accessibile con scala chiocciola, per vedere Ostuni e il mare! Sono presenti 2 bagni completi (e finestrati), ottimi contando che la casa può arrivare ad ospitare fino a 6 persone. Grazie alle puntuali indicazioni ricevute dalla gestrice siamo riusciti a trovare subito parcheggio gratuitamente a 5 minuti a piedi, ma è Ottobre. Credo che in piena stagione serva più fortuna, o ricorrere al posto a pagamento. Neo di poco conto: scarso il numero di prese elettriche, non tutte in posizioni comode. In 6 potrebbe essere complicato caricare i tanti dispositivi elettronici che ormai ahimè ci accompagnano...

• Furlong (7/5): Good stay, not great - Good location to visit the old town of Ostuni Very difficult to find. No parking nearby so dragging wheeled bags along the very rough roads was terrible. Independent check in was made really hard by GPS to address not accurate. Host needs to send actual coordinates or at least give specific instructions on how to find. The place is not good for larger individuals. Narrow steep stairs, shower stall very awkward to get into

Informazioni per l'apertura e la chiusura dell'appartamento corrette...bisogna solo leggerle con attenzione. Letti comodi. Vista spettacolare dalla terrazza. Uno dei due climatizzatori faceva molto rumore e non ti permetteva di dormire, perciò l'abbiamo tenuto spento Box doccia del bagno di sopra da sistemare perché le ante non si chiudono in modo semplice

Indicazioni e informazioni chiare in merito al check in elettronico e sulla struttura. Divano letto con materasso di scarsa qualità ., aria condizionata in area soggiorno cucina con la presenza del divano letto non funzionante, mancanza di aria condizionata nella stanza con il letto a castello

• Lori (8/5): Great place with a lovely rooftop terrace - The property is very cute and in a great location. Quite a few skinny stairs to navigate inside and to get to the terraces. Views are incredible! Communication was excellent. Parking was not bad, found free spots not too far away but that was in May, so might be harder when it’s busier.

There are 2 terraces, awesome view from the top one on the old part. All was great, just we spent like 5 min searching how to open the door from the inside :D there is a button to open it but not next to the entrance door but in the kitchen. Would be helpful to put it for dummies in the instructions book.
• Carmen (9/5): Cute little house with amazing views - Cute little house with a wonderful roof top terrace with beautiful ostuni city and sea views. Very clean and two bathrooms. Kitchen and kitchen material is basic, not ideal for elaborate cooking (no oven, wine opener or sharp knife, not much light).
• Dominika (6/5): Pleasant - the rooftop terrace is wonderful. good wifi. great communication with the host. easy self checkin. good pillows and towels. very central location in Ostuni. 2 bathrooms. there is washing machine but we did not use it, it seemed very old. we stayed for 5 nights in December and it was not comfortable. the bed was too small, the red duvet was old and icky, the couch was not comfortable, there was no proper knife, no bottle opener, not enough storage space for clothes… it was cold and damp. street parking can get tricky - we never managed to park in the recommended free parking street, but always found a spot (either paid or further away for free). it could be great for a shot stay in the summer when you can make more of the outdoor space.

• Inga (9/5): Beautiful place with magical roof top view ✨ - Good location. Beautiful interior, lots of stairs and climbing. A very comfortable bed on the second floor, there's also a bunk bed, but it has a big gap between the bed and the wall, that makes it hard to sleep there. This apartment has two terraces. From the top one you can see all of Ostuni city. Which is great. The door locking system is very strange. Opened the door by accident a few times. Because the lock is near the light switch. Loved this place. Surely recommend. It was hard to find at first, but just look for a logo near the door. Google maps doesn't show clearly where the property is.

• Aaron (10/5): Still dreaming of enjoying a drink on that terrace. - The outdoor terraces are absolutely incredible. The view over Ostuni is exceptional. A decent kitchen and living area separate from sleeping. It did not bother us, but there are a lot of very narrow stairs and very tight access into showers. One bed is against a wall, so one adult has to climb over the other. We commented many times that as amazing as this accommodation is, it would not be appropriate for anyone who is frail, has poor balance or is larger in size. You would really struggle with the stairs etc. Also, very cool automated locking system, but it doesn’t allow people to come and go separately. You only have 1 key.

• Leelee (10/5): Great apartment in a handy location. - This apartment had everything we needed. A good location and excellent roof top terraces for when we wanted to relax. The beds were comfortable and living area had enough space for the three of us. Helpful and friendly communication with the owner/manager too. Quite a few steep stairs into the apartment and to the bedrooms, something to be aware of if you have issues with that.

• Joseph (9/5): Very attentive staff who responded with our questions very quickly. Comfortable apartment in a very central location. Pa - We came in mid-January and the heating units all worked fine. The showers were very good, providing ample hot water and good force. The rooftop terrace though small provided a nice break from being in doors. A luggage caddie or two would be nice. There were three of us in the apartment and there isn’t a lot of table top space to lay a suitcase. Also the only closet available was very high to hang clothes on so using it was difficult.

• Gaia (7/5): Good - Nice house in the old town with lounge terrace from which you have an amazing view of the white town Ostuni and the Adriatic coastline. Nearby parking areas and facilities. Beaches easy to reach (10 minutes by car). Plenty of places to go and eat around the house (few minutes on foot). The kitchen is not fully-equipped (no oven/micro-wave nor dishwasher) and some tools were missing (e.g. the pasta pot was broken, pans were a bit worn out, no knife to cut bread). Bathrooms need a bit of maintenance (a shower's door had derailed). For us was not a problem, being a family with kids, but the beds are placed on the side of the internal staircase of the house, so that you have to pass through the other guests' "bedrooms" to go to the toilet or to the kitchen, unless you are on the right bit of the staircase.

Lovely views from the two roof terraces. Nicely laid out for up to 4 people, very clean, need to make sure you know in advance where to park and meet host. Very friendly service, no hesitation in recommending
