• Carol (9/5): We will stay here whenever we are in town again. - We have stayed at this little family-run hotel twice now. Both times we were impressed with its cleanliness, cheerful vibe, and basic value. There is coffee in the lobby as well as the room, plus a refrigerator and microwave. But it would be nice to have just a few items added for simple breakfast.

• Deborah (8/5): A quaint and comfortable gem - I did my research before booking this Motel. As far as rental accommodations, motels get a bad rap. This motel was close to the Giant Center, so quaint and clean and very comfortable. Little touches like rocking chairs outside each room and spring themed flags in giant flower pots added to its charm. And the quilts on the bed just made it homey which I loved. For what we needed, which was a place to sleep for one night, it was perfect. It was cleaner than several well know chain hotels I’ve stayed at in the past. Perhaps its smallness allows for greater attention. Give this place a try the next time you go to Hershey. The one turnoff for some will be that there is no free breakfast but if you can get past that you’ll find a gem.
• Crigger (6/5): Good but could use some improvement. - Beds are comfy. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Asked for a pack n play when booking the room days before. Arrived and one was not available. When we firat entered a room, the TV would play sound but no picture. Staff switched us rooms.
• Mansfield (8/5): A great comfortable and convenient stay. - The staff was fantastic and helpful at multiple times throughout my stay, and the location was convenient for me. The room was clean and comfortable. It would have been nice to have blinds rather than curtains, as I had to choose between natural light and privacy. Additionally, all light bulbs in the room were a cold white color. It would have been nice to have at least one warmer-colored light.
• Jordan (10/5): It was welcoming, quiet, friendly and will for sure return next time I travel back to PA. - It was very clean and quiet. I felt very safe there and very pleasant staff! There wasn’t a thing about the property that I didn’t like.
• Michael (6/5): Motel is nice and clean. They should get rid of the 1970's connecting doors between rooms. - Room was clean and relatively modern/updated for a motel. Staff was nice and friendly. Room had larger size mini fridge. Microwave and coffee maker were also provided. Room had a old flimsy locked connecting door to an adjoining room. The second night of my stay the I could hear the guest in the adjoining room as if they were in my room. I didn't enjoy being jolted awake at 4am by that guest's hours long coughing fit. Motel should install a modern heavy insulated fire rated door.

• Julie (10/5): See above - My husband and I absolutely LOVED the comfort and cleanliness of the room and grounds. Its location was fantastic. While we were there we were able to visit Hershy, Gettysburg and Lancaster. There was nothing we didn't like.

This hotel was conveniently located to the Giant Center & the price was amazing compared to other nearby hotels. Would highly recommend staying there, rooms were clean & comfortable but there was some neighboring room noise.

We come back here every year and everytime it's awesome. It's affordable, close to hershey park and the rooms are clean. And, the pool is the best part!!!.

The pool looked inviting, but it rained and was chilly. The room and bathroom were squeaky clean! Good job! I had asked for a room overlooking the grass/ pool and my request was confirmed. Unfortunately, I was in a corner room where the two buildings meet, and it was too dark. There is no place to put toiletries in the bathroom due to a small pedestal sink. Difficult to manage my items

• Gail (9/5): Pre Christmas Stay - We had a wonderful stay at the White Rose Motel. The room was spacious and very clean. The beds were incredibly comfy. The motel was a fantastic location, close to Hershey Park and other attractions. I would definitely stay here again! Nothing.

• lynn (10/5): Wonderful - I always stay at the White Rose Motel anytime I am in Hershey. Great Location, very clean, staff is all very pleasant. As a single person traveling I feel safe staying there, instead of a large hotel. There isn't anything I didn't like.

• Andrew (6/5): Clogged sink, smoke alarm from dust & dirt - I had a bit of a rough stay. The first problem was that the bathroom sink was pretty much clogged. Running water to brush my teeth resulted in a sink full of nasty water that took forever to drain. Shaving was even worse. But the headline here was the fire alarm. In the middle of the night I got cold. So I walked over to the wall unit and turned on the heat. So much dust, dirt, or whatever came out of the vent that the room smoke alarm went off. Well NOW I'm awake! I had to climb on a wobbly chair to push the button on the smoke alarm. Then I had to go for a walk waiting for the cloud of asthma aggravation to dissipate. I might not left this review, but when I reported my adventures upon checkout the woman at the counter seemed pretty indifferent to my plight. A half hearted "we'll check the room" and she never offered to so much as comp me a cup of coffee. I'll look elsewhere next time.

• Janice (10/5): - First off, I usually don't do surveys and when I do it's rare for a 10 out of 10 because I believe there is always room for improvement, we are all human. However here I am going to make an exception. This place was fantastic. The rate was wonderful; the staff was awesome and overall, one of the most enjoyable hotels I have found in some time. I'm a bit nostalgic at my age (mid 60's) and this place made me feel a longing for simpler times. The bathroom reminded me of my grandmothers' bathroom with built in cup and soap holders. The hotel itself was so clean, there was not one spider web on the celling of the second-floor balcony. That's impressive. The Lanscaping was beautiful, and the overall property was very clean. The little touches were awesome. It was very apparent that the owners do all they can to care for their hotel and are very articulate on its condition for their customers. Overall, I rate this place as a 10 out 0f 10 and like I said this is rare for me. If you're going to Hershey, check this place first to see if they have a room before you book anywhere else.

The shower head was nice and big too it was a comfortable stay in a nice area too. We had everything close by and some really nice restaurants too! The only thing really i can say i didnt really enjoy was the TV its older so we only had the channels that the xfinity box had which wasnt much but we also couldn't watch our own things on the TV but it was not that big of a deal
