• Shari (5/5): Better communication about the functionalities of the amenities. - I chose this property, even though it was more expensive because it had a hot tub. We were in Wichita for a funeral and state at this hotel. I was very upset to find out that the hot tub was out of order. This should be stated on the website, the breakfast was not ready at 7 o’clock when I went down for breakfast on Saturday morning on Saturday evening when we came back to the hotel there was another group of people in the breakfast area having a party, which is fine but their children we’re running around the hotel messing on the gym equipment, running up and down the hallways I will most likely not ever stay at this hotel again it is not worth the money that we paid for this hotel. I was very disappointed. The beds are comfortable.

Great scrambled eggs, nice variety of cold cereal, Ice cold milk and juice , yogurt, bagels, toast, sausage... Really good coffee bar, cool breakfast and outdoor patio area.. overall, great room, comfy linens and pillows. Nice and helpful staff.

However, the biggest downfall was the breakfast. Coffee and hot water were lukewarm, pastries were mediocre and not a wide selection, the breakfast sandwiches were tough and not very flavorful. You really need to work on improving the breakfast.

• Sarah (6/5): - It would have been an excellent stay, but a large group of children were in the room directly above us jumping around and stomping on the ground til well after midnight. It was so loud that my 12 year old complained he couldn’t sleep. I complained to the front desk twice about the noise. The first time by phone and the girl at the desk said she would go upstairs and talk to them. I don’t believe she ever did. Then I went down in person to the front desk to report it again and the gentleman I spoke to seemed completely unaware of the issue, but said he would address it. I am not sure if they confronted the guests or not as the jumping and pounding continued. I gave up reporting them, but it made for a rough night of sleep. It was an expensive stay only to be so exhausted the next day.

Coffee from the complimental breakfast was cold. Super cold. When brought fresh out was still cold. Breakfast is all prepackaged items. Not sure if they are still under covid restrictions but this is the first hotel iv stayed at that has everything prepackaged. Wasnt that great. Pool and hot tube were perfect tho!
• Cesar (4/5): Never clean the room daily - When I Arrive to 6 nights trip I advise to clean the room daily and just cleaned one day. Everyday morning told the front desk to clean the room and never happens. Very disappointed.

• Cheryle (10/5): Exceptional - The room ,the bed , the cleanliness, the pool, and whirlpool/ spa.. The hotel charged us a fee along with the total due for 2 nights. We were told the fee was in case we used the snack and beverage area. We didn't use that at all. My grandson paid with hus own bank card because we didn't know. When we checked out the concierge told me I'd be reimbursed in 7 days. We'll, I've yet to be reimbursed. So in reality the room was a total of 330 for me plus almost 50 bucks for a stay. Not very happy.
• Jonathan (8/5): - This was our second time staying at the Fairfield. Our rooms were clean as well as the other areas of the hotel. The staff was friendly. We utilized the breakfast area for eating our supper and playing games, which was awesome! I would caution anybody who wants more of a breakfast to stay elsewhere. The breakfast options are quite limited. The kids were bummed that there wasn't a waffle or pancake maker.
