• Kay (8/5): Amazing location, spacious apartment, great communication with staff will definitely book again the next time we want to - Location and the amount of space in the apartment. The communal areas (stairs and landing) were very tired.

• Julija (7/5): Spacious good location apartment - Super location. Very spacious. Awesome London vibe due to living room window view! Take sleepers with you, floor is tile therefore cold. You can hear metro in bedroom, I could sleep only with earplugs. Freezer door was broken, one of two chairs was broken, stove was quite dirty inside. No teaspoons, no cutting board. Dishes were filthy, had to rewash then all before use. Fireplace didn't work.
• Gabriel (8/5): Buena relación calidad precio - Lo mejor del apartamento es obviamente su ubicación, está a 1 minuto andando de trafalgar. El mango de la ducha estaba regular, se escapaba el agua. El sofá estaba un poco sucio.
• Edward (1/5): Horror accommodation - The location. Tje accommodation was not what I expected. The entry door was not secure. The stairway was dangerous. There also handwritten warning signs. I felt very unsafe. . I went to the W hotel.
• Alistair R (7/5): - Excellent, very central location. Just across the street from Leicester Square tube station. Poorly maintained. rubbish in the stairwell, blown light bulbs, electrical sockets hanging off the wall.

• Wendy (8/5): A very enjoyable location close to lots of activities. - The location was excellent. Close to Sainsburys for food and to the tube station. A frypan would have been handy for the kitchen and a vegetable peeler. Having to walk up 42 steps to apartment 2. Glad we weren’t on floor 4. I know it would be difficult but the outside windows need cleaning.
• Lowles (7/5): Great Location - Central area next to Leicester Square great size with air con. Comfortable clean and lots of space. Much better value to most hotels where you get a shoe box of a room Having to collect keys from a different place, only a quick moan as it was a really hot day. Access in to flat was pretty awful dirty and unloved. Would also benefit from having some shower gel rather than a small bar of soap

• Christine (7/5): Despite the negatives, the position was the big plus. - No breakfast - it was an apartment . I liked the space - large rooms. Very convenient to many of the main tourist attractions. Close to supermarkets. The stairs were very steep and the light kept going out before you reached the next level. Step in, slippery bath difficult to cope with. Not draining well. No chopping board, teaspoons, cooking utensils.The large saucepan is a health hazard, as all the coating is coming off. TV dodgy. The laundry was only accessible through a partly-open door which was mostly blocked by cleaning equipment.
• David (6/5): Fine basic clean in great location - Basic but clean. Limited kitchen stuff
• Jane (9/5): Hidden bargain. - This location is 12 out of 10. 2 minutes to Leicestor Square or Trafalgar Square. Very little if any noise at all. The apartment is basic but spacious and clean. Second story stairs might be a bother for some but we were fine. For the money this is a gem. Big supermarket 200m up the road and every imaginable food nearby to buy. Various tube stops within 5 min walk.Slightly nicer places in the area are an awful lot more money. I would stay here again. Bed and bit squeaky, stairs might be tricky for some. All basic amenities but no luxuries.
• Gökhan (6/5): Pleasant - Very old bed and sofa . Barely enough kitchenware . But helpful and very kind staff .
• Edward (8/5): Perfect location - The location was perfect for a theater trip. One minute walk to Leicester Square, two minutes to Trafalgar Square. The apartment was very spacious. Having the washer and dryer available was a great plus. The windows in the living room had a great view of Charing Cross Road, but unfortunately the blinds were broken so there was no way to block the view. I knew in advance that it was a two story walk-up, but might be a problem for some people who have problems carrying luggage.

• Kenny (7/5): Good but could do better - It was central to everything that we needed or wanted to do We had a very large case due to a 3 day stay, we weren’t told it was on the third floor which is hard for elderly persons. The front door smelt of urine
• Jade (10/5): Amazingly clean - Very central to everything, easy to walk about around, plenty of stuff to do. Staff accommodated us within 5 minutes of booking as our original hotel had scammed us and left us stranded. Nothing
• Andrei (8/5): Perfect location - Perfect location. All the necessary equipment in the apartment, including washing machine with dryer. There a bunch of noise air conditioners right near the window in the bedroom. It took us a few nights to adjust.

• April (10/5): Extraordinary! - If I would have had expectations, they would have been far exceeded. The apartment is so spacious, extremely clean, and cared for very well. The energy within is amazing and lends a spectacular view of the bustling street of Charing Cross Road. Anything you could need is within 1-10 minute walk- the location is absolutely perfect!!! The restaurant a side step away from the front door have wonderful food with employees to match. I very much look forward to staying in this magical apartment again and again in the future.
