Guest Reviews
- Stacy (10/5): - Nice & clean. The only complaint Would be that the pool closed at 6 PM because they were low on staff so by the time we got back from sightseeing, we weren’t able to get in the pool
- Kristine (6/5): - Expedia listing makes it sound like each cottage has its own private pool which is why I booked this place. There is only one pool attached to main office with very limited hours and open to everyone in the community. Nothing private about it.
- agitha (10/5): - Very clean and quiet
- Karen (10/5): - It has everything you need, and it’s close to shopping, restaurants and more!
- Ava (10/5): Amazing details - A true gem. They had everything we needed and more. I really appreciate the additional amenities offered that other places we stayed in never had. The little things count. Would love to come back here again.
- Rochelle (10/5): - Absolutely beautiful and comfortable! My only request to management is to lay spider traps around beds and couches, just had some show up but not too bad. Very beautiful rooms and clean! Love the washer and dryer, and 2 bathrooms. Kitchen was very beautiful and clean, and also has utensils for hotel guests to use, but I had my own. I will definitely be back! And if I find the same company in other vacation areas, I’d definitely go there too! Pool was very clean and spacious!
- Matthew (10/5): - There isn't much bad to say, that I can think of. The cabins were clean, and very spacious for three people. Very good deal, for what was spent on it.
- Kyle (10/5): - Very nice, calm, quiet place to have as a retreat to relax from a conference we were attending. Loved the set up of the home and it met all our needs.
- JONATHAN (10/5): - We only stayed 2 nights.
The property is exceptional, there were only a few areas outside that looked tired.
Unfortunately the property has been sold with the future uncertain.
The cottages were very nice, & would be suitable for year for a year round residence
- Amanda (10/5): - Clean house, well appointed; check-in was quick and easy, very friendly staff. Beds were hard, but thats the only negative.
- Samanvita (10/5): - We had a great stay here for 2 nights! The pool and game room were open from morning till evening which gave us a chance to use it even when we got back from our day trip. We had a pretty big cottage and a fully stocked kitchen, along with a washer/dryer. Everything in our cottage, the game room, and in the community room was clean. Would definitely come back!
- Virginia (10/5): - Open spacious layout. Slept very well. Tucked away but easy to find. Love the tall trees. Kitchen is a bit sparse but we managed. Coffee and tea with a good old drip maker. We could have used a salt and pepper set.
- Jessica (10/5): - This stay was ALMOST perfect! Loved the stand along cottage with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, fridge, diswasher, washer machine & dryer. Deep soaking tub was a bonus.
The 1 and only downfall, location. It was minutes to mashpee commons but were were down to explore the entire cape. Getting places took as long as being off cape.
Everythything else was PERFECT!
- Patricia (10/5): - Beautiful house, but the keys hard to fit-
- Dawn M. (10/5): - Wonderful trip and location.
- Ricardo (8/5): - It was a good surprise, great for families.
- CARLO (10/5): - My family and I were delighted with the spacious cottage.
- Michelle (6/5): - The size of the house is great. The community has so much potential. We were drawn to staying here because of the amenities, though we weren’t fully able to use them. The pool/game room closed at 730pm and after a beach day/dinner there wasn’t time to go and enjoy them for long. The kids used the games a few times but were disappointed to find there was no putting green as advertised. Back to the house- it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The biggest downfall was the smell. It was so musty/moldy smelling it made us all sneeze/have stuffy noses while there. Again, it has so much potential. I think if the rec center stayed open longer or had more activities available it would be more fun, especially since you’re kind of stuck there. Definitely not a walkable area- need a car for everything. The price really couldn’t be beat
- Anibal L (10/5): - Great place with friendly staff. Very clean. Will definitely stay there again.
- Senthil (10/5): - We stayed in a 2 bedroom house. House was clean and nice. Will stay again.
- Hanna (10/5): Staff wonderful!! - Booking never told them we needed handicapped access but the staff was fantastic and managed a ramp the security nd night we were there.
- Kathryn (10/5): Comfy Unit in a Quiet Community - Our bungalow was sweet! We stayed 5 nights for an excellent total cost after booking only 2 days earlier. The location is quiet. We even saw turkeys crossing our yard early one morning. It was pleasant to find that the community recycles. We would definitely stay there again.
- Alice (10/5): - It was spacious and spotless and had everything anyone would need!
- Holly (8/5): - Affordable and the perfect size for our family. Lots of space and accessible to many activities.
- Greg (10/5): - Hidden gem. Nice amenities and activities for all ages, with a wonderful proximity to plenty of local attractions. The cottages are more extremely spacious. Some of the mattresses could use updating for comfort but overall the rooms were great
- Peter (8/5): - Stayed at this property for 4 nights. They are individual houses with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The area was quiet, and you can walk around. For what I needed it did the job. Check-in was easy and was check-out. My house was even ready earlier than the 4pm check-in time. A couple of items, that should be noted, the house I stayed in needed a little TLC. Little things, though. Lamp shade had a hole in it, knob to open one of the windows feel off. Mattresses have seen better days, springs were shot on the bed I slept on. Also super low pressure for the showers. Also adding a picture or two more, might make it feel a little homey. All these things are little in the grand scheme of things, but I also feel like these are items that don't cost much to repair or buy. Also one last note. Pool is a bit on the small side, if there are 10 people in it, it's crowded.
- Timothy (10/5): - Spacious
- Veronica (8/5): - Nice cabins for the family! We played ping pong and shuffle board. Unfortunately the pool was closed out last day. It is about 20 minutes to Falmouth beaches and the bike trail. There were some small ants in the kitchen. Otherwise, the cabin was clean.
- Moira (10/5): - The estate the houses are on is beautiful and the houses are way bigger than the website and very spacious inside. Laundry facilities were good and dishwasher also very handy. Large supermarket at Mashpee Commons close by (5-10 min drive). Site has tennis, basketball and swimming. Staff were all very helpful. Highly recommended.
- Timothy (10/5): - The property was perfect for our family. It was clean and quiet. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
- Erica (10/5): We loved it! - We booked a little last minute stay for 3 days here. To be honest, we usually stay in hotels and we weren't 100% sure what to expect, but we are SO glad we ended up staying here and will absolutely book here again!
First off, the amount of space we got for the price was amazing. We got 2 full bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen, 2 living rooms, a jacuzzi tub, a front porch and the unit even had a washer/dryer. They also had a lot of practical things there for us to use like toiletries, trash bags, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, etc which was so helpful.
The front desk staff was super nice. There is a pool, DVD/board game library, and much more. We honestly didn't didnt use much of those extras but it was nice to have them there. We left my toddlers prize bunny there somehow by mistake and the front desk called us right away and held it for us until we could come grab it.
All in all, it was such a nice stay. Yes, some of the furniture is a little out dated, but we were so happy we didnt care one bit! It had absolutely everything that we needed. It was also in a really great location with less than a 10 minute drive to food, the childrens museum and a beach.
- Thomas (10/5): - Nice location close to the Ice Cream
- Jackie (10/5): - Great place for our kids to stay . Indoor pool was fun , cottages were very clean , a bit dated but didn't matter it was perfect for their visit from Maryland .
- SORIN (10/5): - Our kids loved it! Perfect for a family, nice cozy cottage. It was very spacious and clean. The indoor pool was good size for a small group. Staff was friendly and very accommodating. Highly recommended!
- Douglas (10/5): - nice
- Patricia (10/5): - This was a great value for the money during high season (early August). Our cottage was spacious and included a wonderful jacuzzi tub. We had plenty of privacy. Everything was clean and in working order. Highly recommend!
- Lisa (10/5): Best place for a family - Perfect for a family, cozy “cabin” with ample space and great recreational area.
- Bonnie (10/5): - Wonderful gem of a place in a great location. Close to beach and town yet in a rural setting. Well maintained and staff are friendly.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Great staff and cottage - Wonderful time. The cottage was nice and clean. Staff was accommodating and friendly. Check in/out was easy and without any issues. Will definitely be back again!
- Kay (10/5): - I think this resort property is a well kept secret. When I booked it, I thought it might be too good to be true, but it really was as it was listed. It is one of the best values for the money that I have had in a long time. I was looking for two hotel rooms, and this came up as a 2 bedroom, 2 bath place that was very comfortable for 3 of us. There was even an additional space that could have been used as another private area for sleeping. I would definitely come back here again!
- Liz (8/5): Great space and quiet. - The units are spacious, clean and in a quiet area. The community is really nice.
- Wilhelmina (10/5): - Amazing place to stay. Everything you need is included. We loved everything. Will be back
- Margaret (10/5): - Clean. Quiet. Well equipped cabin. Dishwasher, washing machine and spa bath. Pool on site. Pretty location close to South Cape Beach. Great base for exploring the Cape and islands. Close to supermarkets and shopping area. Some great restaurants to try. Easy drive from Boston.
- Aki (10/5): Quiet time at the Cape - We went after Christmas for a social distanced vacation. We enjoyed some quiet time away from the city.
- Marie (10/5): - Big Space, clean and quiet.
- Kerri (10/5): - Pool only open till 6. To early. Most people are just getting home
Oct 10th 2021. Should be able to have access to the pool until 9. That is the only complint
Turkey is running everywhere.
Check in was easy.
- Elizabeth (10/5): Great space - Each unit is a cabin. The units have a fantastic layout. Aside from the 2 bedrooms (with ample sleep and clothing storage space) there is a study off the living room. There’s a queen bed in there, 2 night stands for clothes and a sliding door. You don’t have to trip over the kids or people staying on the pullout bed and you can go to the living room, dining room and kitchen to hang out without waking or keeping them up! The master bath has skylights and a fabulous 6 foot jetted tub. There is a separate shower too.
- Maria (10/5): - I loved this house. It was Huge and clean and bright. I could totally live here full time. This property has a clean, big, indoor pool, ping pong and a putting green. There are several styles of houses, and some have a second floor! Mine was a 2BR 2BA house. Nice lobby area and friendly front desk people too. Only one negative thing? The hot water is a little slow to come up in the sinks. The shower was perfect though.
- Kathleen (10/5): - We all very much enjoyed our short stay. It is a quiet and private location. Only issue we had was there was no internet/WiFi connection.
- Andrew (8/5): - The place was nice, very clean and in great condition. My only gripe was the bed was the super firm variety. I didnt sleep well and it was like lying on a sheet of plywood.
