• Sean (7/5): A great location in a lovely city - Our host, Fabiola, was waiting for us outside the property when we arrived in our **free** taxi transfer from the airport. (Thanks, Booking.com!) She proved to be a very friendly and helpful young woman, and had excellent English (both spoken and written). She also kindly allowed us to check in a couple of hours ahead of the property's earliest check-in time, and provided us with a list of her recommended restaurants. Thanks again, Fabiola! B&B Acquapazza is very well located on one corner of Piazza Dante, which is within walking distance of almost every attraction in Brindisi - from its magnificent Cathedral and the city's wonderful harbour in one direction to the railway station (a bit further) in the opposite direction. There is no shortage of good bars and restaurants within easy walking distance of the property too. The property consists of three en-suite rooms on its top floor (third storey). All rooms have access to a good-sized communal area that includes a gas cooker, microwave and refrigerator. As we ate out practically all of the time, we only used the fridge. Our room was nicely decorated and immaculately clean - and was kept that way by housekeeping who serviced the room every day except Sunday. It had high, star-vaulted ceilings throughout (a lovely feature). The bed was a decent size and very comfortable. The en-suite bathroom was also a decent size with a good-sized walk-in shower. Our room also had a small balcony overlooking a relatively quiet street off the piazza. Our bedroom was a bit on the small side - but we managed where others might struggle to do so. As the property has no lift/elevator, the aforementioned high ceilings (presumably common to all floors) meant that all rooms are only accessible via long flights of stairs with many steps. While we managed, people with even slight mobility issues might struggle or fail to climb them.

• Matty (5/5): Matig verblijf op mooie locatie - De locatie in oud centrum. Naast enkele restaurants Torenhoge trap, 50 treden, koude douche na enkele minuten, karig ontbijt met 1 kopje koffie.

Dobry kontakt z obsługą. Odpowiedzieli na każde pytania nawet przed przylotem. Przyjemna okolica i restauracje obok budynku. Duża ilość schodów.

• Anonymous (8/5): A unique place to stay. - Charming, a lot of character and eclectic decor. My "room " was actually bedroom, bathroom, kitchenettte/dining and a large patio on the third floor. Greet location for little cafes. Hostess was very accessible and accommodating to our requests. Be warned if you have heavy luggage--there are lots of stairs! The only drawback for us were the high steep stairs, but host helped carry up our bags.

• Zia (6/5): Pleasant stay - The location is good, 3 min walk to the port, breakfast is nice, you only get one coffee pod per day for the machine and no kettle to make tea or hot water for anything you have to put cold water in the microwave which I didn’t like as it’s not good for you and it tastes weird. It’s a small place with 3 rooms, the stairs are very steep to get up, my room was on the road so could hear the cars going past and you have to talk to the daughter on the phone if you need to speak in English.
• Marko (9/5): 5 day trip in Apuglia - We looked for a B&B in Brindisi because is located quite in a central part of Apuglia, reacheable with a high-speed train and a Rent-a-Car nearby. The second reason for choosing The Aquapazza B&B is that is managed by the owners of the restaurant, actual residentsd of Brindsi (and not an agency ...), from whom we got some valuable help and informations about the place. And we absolutely loved the morning tramezini ... Stars. But we are stil young ;-)

Breakfast was good, we got fresh bread, cheese, salami, eggs and coffee each day. I specially liked the common room, it felt really cosy, like I was home. I highly recommend! All fine

Breakfast was also nice & quite generous, considering the typical Italian B&B breakfast. We love the place Nothing. The stairs were steep (good exercise). But there’s now a motorised chair 2/3 of the way for visitors with mobility challenges.
• Lena (7/5): Good - Very central. Clean and fresh. Quit a small room but charming. We just stayed a night and didn’t have time for breakfast because of early start. There were some things for self service but we were also afraid of making to much noise as breakfast area was very close to other rooms. The stairs up to the rooms very long and steep. Not possible if you have any kind of problem walking. Think that should be more stressed in information about the place. Breakfast area quit small. As we understand it there was very much self service, for example making coffee.

Emanuela collected us from the airport (a short 10 mintues drive away) for a small charge and took us to the room and the next morning took us to the car hire company. Very easy and convenient. There really isn’t a breakfast service. Have cake and a few muffins that are kept in cake plates each day. Not freshly made, can access at any time.

The room had high humidity, you can feel it in the air and see it on the wall. Location is good but if you are with car, there is big problem with finding parking spot.
