Close to downtown and walkable to McGrath Amphitheatre and nearby bars and restaurants. Excellent owners and great property overall. Will definitely consider staying here again.

• shawn (10/5): Will try to stay on the next trip to cedar Rapids. - Mark was great and so was our stay. It was really nice having multiple rooms where my son could do his gaming and sleep. The house was very clean.
• Jeff (10/5): - Property was as advertised. A nice stopover for our family of six on our way through Iowa. Room for us to spread out and everything was clean and to or above expectations. Definitely beat staying at a hotel.
• Mikelis (6/5): CR short stay - Despite a last minute change to an adjacent similar house, overall our stay was comfortable and the unit was very clean an generally in good condition. One point that future tenants should be advised about is the street noise. It is very loud up to about midnight. It is , however, possible that we may have caught a hot rod/motorcyle event weekend.
• Michael (6/5): - The location was good for our events that were 10 minutes away. It took some messaging though Expedia for the door code/check in process/time, but owner responded prior to our check in. When we arrived in the evening the A/C/fan was running continuously and we seemed to sleep ok, but could have been cooler. I thought the unit was probably just turned on prior to our arrival so some catchup was needed. Upstairs was warm, as both room share one rooms A/C. I didn't check the thermostat the next day. When we arrived home the next evening after 10 pm, the room temp was warm, and fan was running w/ no air from vents. I realized central AC was not working and contacted owner who did respond. The A/C unit was frozen, so we were told to run fan only to thaw it out and circulate air. Luckily it was cool outside that night so opening the windows and fans worked to cool it off. This was too late, of course, for repair and we were to leave the next morning. An upstairs window A/C unit still worked. My daughter was worried for security having windows open. Being just off 1st avenue can be noisy and its close to a police station, so we heard sirens a few times. The shower drain was slow. Laundry in the basement was convenient relative to a hotel. It was an old house with some updates. There was road construction on the street, so entry and parking wasn't as convenient as normal. Formica in kitchen is delaminating.

• Aesha (10/5): - This property is conveniently located. We were less that 10 minutes away from everything. The inside was impressive, clean and spacious. Great option for families. I would definitely stay here again!
