- Steven (1/5): Overall, the trip was a success. The hotel was the absolute worst part. - The rooms smelled very musty, with a touch of mold and mildew. There was a Spider on the bed in my daughter's room, who is deathly afraid of spiders. The A/C in my daughter's room made a chattering noise, so I pulled the filters out and washed them (washable type filter), which should've been done before our arrival during their cleaning process. The beds and pillows were uncomfortable. Do Not Recommend! The entire experience. It was like a hotel from a horror show. The front desk staff was not very friendly. The hotel was extremely unclean. From someone who has traveled all around the globe, I highly recommend you stay elsewhere!! This hotel had great reviews, so I question the cleanliness of those that ranked it High!

I was in the room less than 20 minutes and my son seen bed bugs on the bed , went down spoke with front desk, about not staying because of bed bugs they did offer another room, but bed bugs is a ultimate no to stay anywhere. So my stay lasted 20mins and I drove 3 hours back home.

I stayed for 3 nights and wanted to leave to another hotel, the minute I walked in. I did contact Hotels.com, about staying one night and getting a refund for my other 2 nights. The manager never got back to you. I stayed out all 3 nights really late, due to not wanting to be in the hotel. I was definitely catfished with the hotel. Moving forward I will not book with Hotels.com. I also was charged an extra guest for $90.00. I asked the hotel about this and they stated they did not charge this fee. This fee is from Hotels.com. I will continue booking with Expedia. I never had an issue like this before.

Instead of putting the $100 back they put only $50. I called the hotel for an explanation but they couldn’t tell me what the charge was for, even worse they said that they couldn’t see a $50 charge on my card. I had to call the bank to do a charge back.

There’s smudge of brown stuff on the sheets, the room smells like smoke and dust and it smells like wet laundry that has been there for weeks. They also charge security deposit but they do not advertise it. They tell you that when you get there. The price was too high for it’s quality. Nothing good about this hotel. No free drinking water, but they offer free breakfast. Breakfast doesn’t include drinking water too. The elevator is scary as it sounds like it’s going to breakdown anytime. They didn’t have the rooms we booker available so the guised it as upgrading our booking to something better but nothing is better. The tub in the other room that we booked has a chair in it and says sorry jetted tub is not working. And it really smells. After our stay, we all got sick. Like cold and cough because of the room’s smell. The ac smells dirty too.

- Elizabeth (4/5): - I normally don’t leave reviews, but I felt inclined because the rating I saw for this hotel on Expedia was not reflected when I arrived. The building was run down and in a bad area. I’m not from New Jersey, so I wasn’t aware of this. Aside from that, there was limited parking in the front. I got to the front desk to check in and the staff was nice but seemed like he had no idea what he was doing. They also charged me a deposit I was not aware I was going to have to pay, but that was on me. The room was not at all like in the pictures. It was also kind of run down but the bathroom was nice & it was clean. I will say that I did go to use the ice bucket and it was actually dirty. Like food and hair was stuck to it. I would’ve used the bag it came with but it was actually stuck to the top of the bucket & I was so disgusted I decided against even getting any ice or using any of the other cups provided. There was also water damage on the ceiling and looking up when I woke up while the sun lit up the room was quite a surprise. The TV was fine but they had VERY limited channels. Like maybe 5, but it took me a while to find them. As I said, the bathroom was nice and seemed clean. Although, when we woke up to shower before leaving the hot water stopped working & warm water would go in and out. The stay was short so it wasn’t terrible but I definitely wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone who is staying longer than a night.

BEWARE!!! - Well at first check in I booked six nights but when I got there they switched to five saying they don’t do anymore than five. Then the next big kicker is $100 a night deposit are they crazy I told them I don’t have money like that I’m on the verge of being homeless now I’m in tears cause they are being so stern and harsh well that’s our policy and blah blah blah I said well when I booked on hotel .com it did not say anything about a deposit of $100 every night so now I guess because I’m in tears he is now finagling with me I finally said $200 but I guess I won’t eat dinner while I’m here cause that’s my spending money!! Then well you better not smoke in our rooms cause then it’s $250 plus security deposit there is an outdoor spot outback for that. And we need you to check out on the 2 nd or our boss will be mad. Like who tells a customer that!!!!!

- Jessica (4/5): - During the check in process, I was caught off guard by the security deposit since it was not stated anywhere on the website. The gentleman behind the counter was very rude about me being unaware of the deposit. Okay well that right there makes me never want to stay here again. I go up to the room, the tube has mold around the seals and on the shower curtain. The toilet had a brown ring in it and in the bottom of the tub. I will gladly spend my money else where
