Graham (9/5): Love Wuxi - So convenient location, metro station 200m away, train terminal we arrived in was relatively close by Didi ride 8yuan. Right across the road was harmony city shopping mall with good eateries on lower ground floor as well as an ALDI store.

Swee (9/5): First visit to Wuxi - 2 bedroom apartment. 15th floor. Apartment is very big, clean n cosy. Very well equipped. There is no instructions on operating the induction stove.
Tania (10/5): - Loved this property! Staff was nice. I came in early and accidentally accessed the hotel by the back, thinking it was the lobby. There were two security guards and we left our backpacks, our valuable belongings and money there for more than 7 hours. They took care of our property and nothing got lost. Honestly, these two guards were friendlier than the reception staff. The apartment was very nice and clean It had a nice washing/drier machine No internet, but I used my hotspot I highly recommend this hotel!!

Boheng (7/5): Clean and modern, but beware no AC during certain times of the year - Clean and modern, with washer/dryer available in our unit. Good breakfast. Entire building without central A/C in mid-Oct for “environmental restoration”. Front desk did not inform us of this when we checked in and was only able to provide a fan to try to keep us cool. They also did not offer any compensation for our discomfort. Be aware of this if booking in the spring/fall seasons as A/C or heat may be unavailable during certain times when outdoor temperatures are moderate.

They have extended veg breakfast menu for our vegitarian group on our request. All facility is available as per hotel standard. I will book again whenever I will be in wuxi.

Instantcalmer (8/5): Elegant and confortable - good for a romantic getaway - The location is very close to Minfeng Metro station if you take exit 4. This station is only one stop from Wuxi Railway Station on red Line 1, You cross the road from the metro exit 4 and Somerset is at the rear of building 1. Other managerment companies share the building in the front and side positions. plus: breakfast was full of choices with good coffee the spa rooms were great and included without extra cost but are segregated by gender the room was clean, comfortable and functional with features such as a hi-tech toilet, very big bed, bathroom with bath and a kitchen with everything except cooking pans large Samsung TV with TV channels, BBC and HBO check-in and checkout was fast and efficient. Service was good in general minus: the internet was very slow some of the time there are very few restaurants nearby as it is a new area dinner in the restaurant has very limited choices and was very slow- 20 minutes for a club sandwich when only 12 people in the restaurant Somerset is part of the very professional Ascott chain and they have hotels in many Chinese cities. Highly recommended for a romantic getaway and excellent value.

I have booked one studio and one bedroom for four of us.On top of first impression stay experience at Somerset Jiefangbei Chongqing is 25 percent discount for member's birthday. This place located at the excellemt location(mingfeng mrt station is right at the front)nice room with kitchenware and washing machine, lot of facilities as spa pool ,sauna and steam room,fitness, yoka, kids room and business center that fee of charges. Breakfast so yummy. We are enjoy every minutes there.
