• Mary (9/5): - It would be good if booking .com could have control of power points for mobility scooters they werewitched off and we couldn't contact anyone at the property to pay to have it switched on.we had no scooter for 2 days and our battery was taken from the scooter by a Spanish lady in the building.othetr couples had the same problem. No body on duty in the building and no English language

• Steven (8/5): A pleasant stay. - Overall, the apartment was an excellent choice and exceeded our expectations in many ways. It was extremely spacious for a couple, offering plenty of room to relax and feel at home. The kitchen was well-equipped and perfectly adequate for our needs, and the bedroom was generously sized and very comfortable. One of the standout features was the swimming pool – it was beautifully maintained, pleasantly warm, and large enough to enjoy a proper swim. We were particularly impressed by the provision of 20 sunbeds, which is quite rare and ensured there was always somewhere to lounge and unwind. The apartment offered a high level of comfort throughout our stay, and we were so pleased with the experience that we’ve already booked to return next year. While our stay was generally pleasant, there were a few aspects of the accommodation that could benefit from attention and improvement: The pillows provided were quite high and unfortunately caused some neck discomfort during our stay. A variety of pillow options would be appreciated for guest comfort. The shower head was unable to stay fixed in its wall fitting due to damage, and the shower tray leaked significantly, requiring us to mop the floor after each use. Additionally, there was no plug provided for the bathroom basin, which made it inconvenient for basic use. The sliding wardrobe doors in the bedroom were misaligned, making them difficult to open and close smoothly. The kitchen lacked suitable microwave-safe containers, and the plates were not clearly marked for microwave use, which limited convenience. Additionally, the glass cooker hob had a damaged corner that appeared to have been previously broken. This raised some safety concerns, as it could potentially pose a hazard. Addressing these issues would certainly enhance the overall guest experience and safety.
• Colin (5/5): Never be back. - The janitor was terrible, I had a mobility scooter and he was impossible to deal with, he actually put my scooter out in the road one morning. Went to Benidorm booking.com to complain about him and they said they would deal with it, but still had no joy, for that reason I would never use the apartment again, what a shame all because of a twisted old man.

• Henry (9/5): excellent. not far from beach, and the rooms were clean, spacious, and well-equipped. - Loix Mar Apartment 2-F Levante Beach in Benidorm was an excellent choice for our recent visit! For those who enjoy spending time at the beach, this flat is perfect because it is just a short stroll away from the Beach. Everything we needed for a nice stay was provided by the rooms, which are large, clean, and well-equipped. Perfect for watching the sun go down, the terrace overlooked the bustling neighbourhood. Throughout our stay, the helpful and after a day at the beach, guests may cool off in the building's pool. We loved being right in the middle of all the excitement, If you are seeking a place in Benidorm where you can relax while also having fun, this is it. If you are looking for a central apartment with all the amenities for a fantastic holiday, we highly recommend this one. The only thing was the air conditioner had an extra box next to it, which dripped on the floor, which we had to put the bin under and keep emptying
• Balaji (1/5): Very bad experience - Leaky Air conditioner, Parking was full, no toiletries, too much noise from the street and I had to wait for keys for more than 2 hours. Checkin was at 4 PM but we got the keys at 6 PM
