• Karl Sanders (4/5): Hygiene and health concerns, helpful staff - Staff is helpful and tends to special requests. Closest hotel to my location of interest. Price is on the low side. Has parking. Moldy AC. Moldy fridge. No mosquito nets, it gets full of mosquitoes at night. Ongoing road construction right in front of the hotel. Difficult car access, due to construction. No elevator. Overuse of perfume in the lobby, rooms and bed linen.

• Chakarov (2/5): Дървеници по леглата - Хареса ми че стаята беше доста просторна с климатик телевизор и голяма бая. Негативите са повече като най-притеснителното беше ухапванията от дървеници както по мен така и на моят приятел. Стаята ни беше 205 моля да се оправи това защото не е нормално за хотел 3 звезди да има дървеници по леглата. Климатикът също е малък и не правеше на практика нищо защото стаята беше прекалено голяма за 2 легла.

• Антоний (3/5): Poor - The staff were really nice people. Room full of mosquitoes. Some dead on the floor, some smashed on the walls, and enough flying around to make your stay unpleasant. Some of the bedsheets were dirty with old stains.

• Maria (5/5): Passable - Very clean. Easy parking situation. Friendly staff. I got no WiFi signal on my floor - none. The remote for the tv in the room was not functional and therefore I could not watch. I believe there should have been another remote provided to us… also the location is not great - no easily accessible cafes or establishments.

• Yantsislav (3/5): I am not going to stay in this hotel again. - The hotel was locked when I returned and nobody was at the reception. There is a code to enter but nobody gave this code. The access to the hotel parking is blocked because of long-lasting reconstruction works.
• Deborah (2/5): Stay away - Booked 2 nights as husband had a stroke and was nearby in hospital. Picture of hotel was good and room said mini bar for use and essentials. Arrived to a building site, hotel was in a building zone and it was horrendous. If we wanted breakfast it would be impossible as there was no restaurant just a hole with concrete posts and no roof. We asked if we could get refreshments as travelling all day to be told there’s a 20 minute walk with a baby through the building site. There was no mini bar just a space in a cupboard where it should be. But funny enough 2 plastic cups. No lift and had to carry pushchair up a steep flight of steps. Complained and was told we would be refunded as never stopped the second night as it was too bad. Photographs should be consistent with the realistic state of property. Manager of Hotel was unavailable on numerous times to try and sort this abysmal experience

• Daniel (3/5): Poor - One girl in the personal was very nice and helped me a lot, but the manager was the opposite The location and my room had many issues. The bathroom didn't close at all, there's no personal working 24/7, there's no restaurant.

• Eddy (2/5): Think twice for this hotel - I do not recommend this hotel in cold season unless bring your own stuff, incl. watercooker. This hotel closes at midnight I found out when I phoned to inform about my 1.5 hr flight-delay. Only after strongly insisting 1 staff member stayed untill 00.30hr. I was told there would be no breakfast, although I had make a reservation for it. The room was cold, heating didn't work, radiator ice cold. WiFi didn't work at all, so had to use my phone as hotspot. Television didn't work well, with snowing effects.
