• PATRICK (9/5): Un joli et spacieux studio avec vus sur mer proche de toutes les commodités - Cet établissement est proche du port. Certaines des chambres ont vue sur mer. C’est celles là qu’il faut choisir. Les autres sont, en ce qui concerne la vue, n’ont guère de charme. Rien à dire pour ce qui est de la propreté, de la surface des chambres, de l’équipement. Merci encore à la propriétaire de nous avoir surclassé et gentiment proposé une chambre avec vue sur mer. Et merci pour le petit cadeau de départ, une délicieuse confiture maison.

Ottima accoglienza da parte dell’host, pulizia eccellente della camera, come omaggio di benvenuto il necessario per una veloce colazione per i giorni seguenti. Vista pazzesca dal terrazzino. Abbiamo avuto bisogno di un transfer per aeroporto al rientro che la signora ci ha prontamente organizzato e ha prenotato per noi la gita di un giorno alle isole circostanti.

• Asimina (10/5): - Το ξενοδοχείο ήταν σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία και τα δωμάτια ήταν πεντακάθαρα και προσεγμένα. Επίσης είχαμε πολύ όμορφη θεα από το μπαλκόνι μας προς το κάστρο. Η κυρία Γιώτα και ο άντρας ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετικοί και μας βοηθήσανε σε ο,τι χρειαστηκαμε! Θα το ξαναπροτιμησουμε. Δεν υπήρχε κάτι που να μην μας άρεσε.

• Uwe (10/5): - Die Niriides Appartements liegen ideal oberhalb des Ortes Pera Gialos mit fanatischem Ausblick auf die Chora, den Hafen und aufs Meer. Die modern eingerichteten sehr sauberen Studios verfügen über alles was benötigt wird, ausreichend Töpfe, Geschirr selbst ein Bügeleisen steht zur Verfügung. Unser Appartement 35 qm groß mit Küche und modernem Bad mit Dusche, hatte einen einen großen Balkon mit Rundumblick, traumhafter Aussicht auf Chora, Castle und das Meer. Die Appartements werden täglich gereinigt und die Handtücher sowie Bettwäsche werden täglich gewechselt. Unsere Gastgeberin Giota war einfach nur fantastisch, immer ein freundiches Wort und Ausflugtipps für uns. Giota überraschte uns täglich mit Kleinigkeiten und legte uns Gebäck, Obst, Wein ect. aufs Zimmer.

Le balcon offrait une belle vue, et les restaurants et Chora est facilement accessibles. La propriétaire est aimable, accueillante et prête à rendre service. • Philip Park (9/5): A week in Astypalea - Originally given the Thetis room which was OK which just about had a sea/castle view but was then offered the Doto room which didn't have a sea/castle view but was much roomier so we went for that. The room was a very good size and comfy enough. Daily cleaning/towels was very good. Lady running the studios was very nice, obliging and happy to help. Lovely cheese pie! Also a basic breakfast package provided plus wine was a nice touch. Astypalea is a lovely island with a superb Chora. Overall we had a great stay. Kitchen could have had a few more items such as a large sharp knife, corkscrew, ice cube tray. Bathroom was a mix of new and old. High bath side made it difficult to get in and out of for shower. A bath mat inside the bath would also have been useful as bath was slippery.

Nous y avons passés quelques jours avec ma femme pour notre voyage de noces et avons été particulièrement touchés par la gentillesse de l'accueil que nous a réservé la famille qui en est propriétaire. • Fausto (10/5): - The room was amazing exactly as advertised and very clean. The location was great and around 10 mins walk to the center of the town. There are some nice restaurants nearby as well. The host was super friendly, helpful and cordial. She really made us feel at home. The view from the balcony was splendid with a direct view to the castle and port, a great spot for an evening drink and breakfast. We were surprised with delicious local snacks that we highly appreciated. Overall an amazing stay. The kitchen was fully equipped. Nothing, it was a splendid stay. We will definitely return in the future.

• Paula (10/5): Beautiful, modern, spacious studios with balcony just a few minutes walk from restaurants and beach - The location is great, just 2 or 3 minutes walk to the town beach and all the restaurants, cafes in Pera Gialos. The owner Panagiota is wonderful, she really treated us like family, our studio was beautiful with fresh linens and towels daily and every morning she would bring delicious home made pies for us. She speaks excellent English and was extremely helpful when we had a late flight on the day we checked out. She arranged a pick up from the airport for us and then her husband Kostas drove us back to the airport when we left. Nothing, this is an exceptional place!

First class service from arrival into port on the 4:30am ferry when I was met by Panagiota’s husband, Kostadinas, with keys for my studio in hand; to my departure when he so graciously drove me to the airport to catch my flight. The studio was outstanding, beautiful, modern, and exceptionally clean and the views were extraordinary. However, the real gem 💎 here is the owner, Panagiota. She was extremely attentive, brought cheese filled pastries and delicious cupcakes in the mornings, checked in to make sure I was doing well and answered every question I had about the island. I was so impressed with my stay that I can’t wait to return. I liked everything about this property.

The apartment is beautiful and the views are amazing. The host is very friendly and helpful and she ensures that your stay is 100%. • CHRISTOS (10/5): Excellent host for an apartment with breathtaking view - Our stay was amazing! The location is great, 2 min from the closest super market and the Astymove stop, next to the Pera Gyalos beach. Giota is an excellent host. She provided small things for preparing the breakfast, always with warm words and giving us insights about the island. The room was cleaned every day with the view being even better than the pictures. We hope that our roads will cross again in the future! -

Ενώ στη διαμονή μας δεν συμπεριλαμβανόταν πρωινό , το δωμάτιο ήταν εξοπλισμένο με καφετιέρα , μαρμελάδες , φρυγανιές κτλ που αναπληρωνονταν καθημερινά . Η δε ιδιοκτήτρια κάθε πρωί μας πρόσφερε κέικ, τυρόπιτα κ.α. Η διαμονή μας ήταν υπέροχη
• Loretta (9/5): La vacanza del cuore - Ci è piaciuto tutto! La posizione comoda, la vista spettacolare sulla baia e sulla Chora, la pulizia e gli arredi delle stanze ampie . Aggiungo la disponibilità e la simpatia della signora Jota che ci ha accolti e coccolati per tutta la durata del soggiorno con le sue torte dolci e salate a colazione! Sempre sorridente e pronta a darci suggerimenti e indicazioni preziose sull'isola.
• Kostasgi92 (10/5): Fantastic stay, amazing host - Great location, clean rooms but mainly an excellent host. Giota, the property owner was so kind, generous, friendly and helpful. The best hospitality I have ever had. I recommend it, no questions asked.

L’hôtesse est d’une attention exceptionnellement généreuse. Excellent établissement xxxx Rien! Mais Il faut être en forme pour monter à pied les derniers 50m de pente ;-))))
• Εύη (10/5): - Ευχαριστούμε πάρα πολύ για την υπέροχη φιλοξενία σας!!! Περάσαμε σούπερ τέλεια!!!!!!Πεντανόστιμη η χειροποίητη τυρόπιτα, τα σπανακοπιτακια και το κέικ!!! Μας μεταφέρατε από και προς το αεροδρόμιο. Όλα πολύ καθαρά, η θέα εκπληκτική!!! Το συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα!!! Ευχαριστούμε!!!
• Σπυριδουλα (10/5): Ήταν το πιο ωραιο κατάλυμα που έχω μείνει με την καλύτερη οικοδέσποινα - Το κατάλυμα ήταν πεντακάθαρο με την ωραιότερη θέα του νησιού!!!!!! Όλα ήταν άψογα!!

• Priscilla (9/5): Un bon endroit pour découvrir cette très belle île. Une hôtesse incomparable, souriante, chaleureuse, Panagyota, à l’af - Studio très confortable et parfaitement équipé. Machine à espresso, parasol pour la plage. Rien ne manquait. Bcp de bonnes choses offertes: eau, vin, biscuits apéro, café etc… Seul petit inconvénient par rapport à certains concurrents: il n’est pas directement sur la plage. Mais tout près, une rue a traverser, qq marches à descendre

• Lisette (10/5): Awesome room with a great view. - Fabulous large room with a great view. Everything was super comfy and clean with lots of little treats to welcome guests. The owner, Giota, is a really lovely friendly lady! I was extremely happy with my stay here and just wish I'd booked it for longer. I'll be back!

• CATHERINE (10/5): Une adresse incontournable pour un séjour sur Astypalée ! - Nous avons beaucoup aimé cet appartement, très coquet et confortable, très bien placé dans la petite baie de Pera Gialos avec un superbe vue sur le vieux Hora et son château. Les hôtes sont adorables, hyper disponibles et très accueillants. Bouteille de vin à l'arrivée , panier garni de friandises et gâteaux fait maison par notre hôtesse, vraiment très généreuse. On recommande vraiment cette belle adresse pour un séjour farniente sur l'île. Absolument rien !

• pablo (9/5): Felt like home....from day one.... - I felt home from the moment I was collected at the airport. Then I was met by Panatoya ( amazing lady!). The room/apartment was bright, clean and spacious. The table was full of welcome goodies provided by Panatoya. Lovely view of the old town and the castle. Great stay!. I should have stayed longer....
• Carol (3/5): Beware! - For what I was paying and what happened I could have stayed in a far better place closer to the castle with a view. When I arrived the owner, Giota, tried to stick me in a small room without a view. We had had direct contact about me extending to six days because of my flight changes, and that a view of the castle that I had seen on my booking was important to me. She moved me into the appropriate room that I had seen online. But said I had to pay 10 euro per day more. I really had to accept it because the first room was so unacceptable. I'm sure she plays that trick on all visitors. Then on my first night, she recommended I go to their family restaurant just below my room. There was no one in the restaurant except a table of two men. Late into the night I got a serious case of diarrhea. Giota wanted to blame it on me eating something in Athens airport before I arrived. I was in the room, in bed.with diarrhea that lasted for 4 days, I used so many rolls of toilet paper and the diarrhea smelled distinctly of the octopus I had eaten at the family restaurant. On the second afternoon of my stay I became so weak and dehydrated I called a cab to take me to the hospital. The doctor examined me and ordered an electrolyte vitamin type shot to be given to me along with electrolyte packets to rehydrate me at a pharmacy. He said it would take at least two days more or a total of four days before I would be better. He also told me that it was very common that tourists have been coming to him 'because many of the local restaurants let their fish or food go stale rather than throw it out and still serve it to the tourist'. The only time Giota helped me was when I asked her to get me apples and the few things the doctor said I could eat. When it came to the bill being settled she still wanted the extra 10 euro for six days. I refused, but she still got more per day than we agreed upon.

• FILIPPOS (9/5): - Υπεροχη φιλοξενια, καταπληκτικη θεα με ομορφο μπαλκονι, πολλες παροχες με καφετιερα dolce gusto και δωρεαν ταμπλετες καφε, πολυ καλο wi-fi, ανεση δωματιου, καθημερινη φροντιδα δωματιου, προθυμια για παροχη ολων των απαραιτητων πληροφοριων. Ολα υπεροχα, η βαθμολογια 9 στην ανεση και οχι 10 οπως αξιζουν ολοι οι υπολοιποι χωροι, αφορα μονο στο ελαφρως αβολο μπανιο με ελλειψη ραφιων τοσο μεσα στην ντουσιερα, οσο και εξω για την τοποθετηση των απαραιτητων, σε καμια περιπτωση ομως δεν επηρεαση τη συνολικη εικονα και την επιθυμια να ξαναμεινουμε
• Jeffrey (9/5): A great and convenient place to stay - Highly Recommend. - We were close to the beach, restaurants and buses. The views were terrific and the host was wonderful. The apartment was full of goodies; wine, yoghurt, bread, coffee, tea, breakfast foods, etc. They were replenished daily and the unit was immaculately clean. I would return in a heartbeat. Better instructions on how to use the wonderful shower.
• Chrisa (10/5): - Η τοποθεσία ήταν εξαιρετική, μέσα στο κέντρο του οικισμού. Το δωμάτιο τρομερά καθαρό και ευρύχωρο με όμορφη θέα στη χώρα και το κάστρο της Αστυπάλαιας. Η οικοδέσποινα, κυρία Γιώτα, ευγενέστατη και επικοινωνιακή. Παρά την ''παρανόηση'' που προέκυψε με το ζήτημα του πρωινού (εμείς όταν είχαμε κλείσει το δωμάτιο στις παροχές αναγραφόταν ότι περιλαμβάνει πρωινό, ενώ όταν φτάσαμε μας ενημέρωσαν ότι κάτι τέτοιο δεν ισχύει πλέον) φρόντιζαν καθημερινά να υπάρχουν στο δωμάτιο βασικά είδη πρωινού -καφές, τσάι, φρυγανιές, μέλι, μαρμελάδα, διάφορα μικροσνάκ- Αν βρίσκω να πω κάτι είναι για το πρωινό, ότι καθώς δεν περιλαμβανόταν στις παροχές, θα θέλαμε να το γνωρίζουμε, για να το λάβουμε υπόψιν πριν καταλήξουμε σε κατάλυμα.
• Andrea (9/5): - Studios bilocale con bagno , ampio ben arredato, e attrezzato molto bene con tutto ciò che serve, vista bellissima sulla Chora e anche sul mare. Ma il valore aggiunto di Niriides è dato dalla titolare Mrs. Panagiota. Attenta a soddisfare ogni ns bisogno o desiderio. Gentilissima, veloce, disponibile. Ogni giorno venivano offerti, dolci, frutta, tortine di verdura, ecc. Grazie mille Panagiota, siamo stati bene e torneremo!! Praticamente niente.
