- enrique (4/5): Precio excesivo para una habitación tipo pension - El hotel esta cerca del casco antiguo , sin aparcamiento.Con una recepcionista muy amable, pero las habaciones son de pension de los años 70 .No hay ascensor y hay que "escalar" una escalarera muy empinada.No hay recepcion de 24 horas , ni servicios adicionales.El desayuno sencillo pero sorrecto.Calidda precio negativa.No deberia pasar de los 45 euros

- Verified traveler (6/5): - Déçu confort moyen une ampoule sur deux fonctionnait pas de wifi dans les chambres (3 ch rdc 1re et 2 ème étage ) pas de prise près du lit une seule prise dans la chambre et pour certaines chambres la prise ne fonctionne que si la lumière est allumée pas de verre à la salle de bain pas de produit pour la toilette juste un distributeur de savon à peine rempli une serviette tachée changée avec insistance le lendemain bref cet établissement profite de son excellente situation et de la piscine . Mais ce n’est pas du tout suffisant le petit déjeuner est correct sans plus . L’accueil est sympathique.Pas de Clim dans nos chambres et celles qui donnent sur la rue sont bruyantes si on les ouvre pour avoir frais….Nous ne retournerons pas dans cet hôtel.

Pas du tout au niveau. Il ne faut pas se cacher derrière la piscine qui est la seul raison valable de cet hôtel.

Climatisation efficace dans la chambre avec terrasse que nous avons occupée, une chambre très agréable, bien meublée et très propre. L'insonorisation laisse à désirer mais c'est un risque acceptable pour une nuit ou deux lorsqu'on souhaite un petit hôtel en centre ville et non un hôtel IBIS ou équivalent. Bon rapport qualité prix pour un mois de juillet.

And once you have sorted where to park, if in a car, which is a bit confusing then you are right in the heart of Albi , which is a fantastic town. The hotel is very run down , like i havent been anywhere so grotty carpet wise ever. And i had three pieces of toilet paper, which i would have expected the staff to have sorted out . My impression is minimal investment and staffing and maximum profit. I was mis led by the pool into thinking it was a better type if place than it was

People above us were noisy until 3:30 am. Only got 3 hours sleep. Had to leave early for cave painting appointment. Did not know how to contact owner after 8 so just got more and more disgusted by 2 am sent him email. At checkout did reduce price but would have rather slept. Said we should have knocked on door to complain. Whose door...his or the young men speaking another language loudly til 3 am. Where was his door?

- eric (6/5): A déconseillé - Cet hôtel date certainement de plusieurs décennies. Petit escalier étroit (pas d'ascenseur) et pourtant 3 étages !. Chambre supérieure ou nous étions, reste des plus simple (petit mobilier désuet), deux lits en 90 confortable tout juste, avec lampes de chevet dont la lumière est faible. Ventilateur au sol remplaçant une climatisation inexistante (à Albi c'est vraiment un problème). Salle de bain dans son jus (bas de rideau de douche pas très net). Aucune insonorisation, on entendait marchait dans la chambre du dessus, très pénible. Nous n'osons pas imaginer ce qu'est une chambre standard dans cet hôtel. Les photos du site sont trompeuses, photos de 3 chambres, ou sont-elles ? (qui ont subis certainement une rénovation) mais qui ne correspondent pas à la réalité à notre passage. Peut-être s'agit-il de chambres dites de luxe ?. Sur le site beaucoup trop de photos du patio et piscine presque rien de l'intérieur de l'hôtel. Pas de parking dans l'avenue. parking payant aux alentours. Par contre, hôtel très bien placé presque au centre d'Albi

Centre ville ancien et monuments du patrimoine et musées très proches de l'hôtel. Personne à l'accueil très obligeante : informations pour l'accès par sms + appel téléphonique pour s'assurer de l'heure d'arrivée. De nombreux renseignements sur les possibilités de sorties en ville et proches de l'hôtel (concert, plans et informations). Jolie salle à manger pour le petit déjeuner avec vue sur le jardin et la piscine. Facilité d'accès pour rentrer à l'hôtel dans la soirée. Rapport qualité/prix correct. Deux bémols: peinture, papier, radiateur, décoration de la chambre vieillots et usés; petit déjeuner bon mais sans originalité (on souhaiterait des pains et pâtisseries plus proches du "fait maison" et des fruits frais plus appétissants).
- Benjamin (8/5): Unexpected Albi - Staying in Albi was a last minuet change of schedule but it was a lovely sleepy town to take in for an evening and morning. The hotel itself was well located very near to the cathedral. It is not glitzy but serves its purpose and is well priced. The bed was very comfortable. We did not use the pool but the pool and garden looked lovely. Best of all was the hotel owner. We were late but he was extremely accommodating and friendly at a late hour. Overall a good hotel that served its purpose
- Flo (6/5): À deux pas du centre-ville mais très décevant ... - Hôtel très proche du centre ville, idéalement placé mais les photographies sur site internet ne reflètent pas du tout la réalité. Chambres sur rue très bruyantes à cause de la circulation, de la place très mal fréquentée la nuit et du service de nettoyage le matin ... La piscine existe dans un petit coin de verdure rempli, hélas, de moustiques, à l’ombre pratiquement toute la journée. Ensemble décevant, cet hôtel mériterait un bon petit coup de jeune, c’est dommage !

- Francoise (8/5): - Hôtel simple mais intelligemment tenu,très proche du centre-ville, accessible à pied depuis la gare,le plus étant une piscine assez grande et très propre dans un joli jardin avec palmiers.Accueil très aimable des propriétaire,très accommodants sur horaires etc. Ce serait bien qu'on puisse disposer d'un drap de bain et d'une douche au vestiaire de la piscine. Prix très raisonnable pour la ville,où certains restaurants de qualité sont excessifs pour leur proposition.
- Benoit (6/5): Hotel accueillant, locaux à revoir - Hotel bien situé, personnel très sympathique et compétent, très belle piscine, agréable et abritée par des palmiers. Par contre, petit déjeuner minimaliste, et surtout chambre vraiment pas au niveau. Nous avons été logés au 3e étage (escalier un peu tortueux) dans une chambre minuscule (10 m2 grand maximum avec la salle de bain) placée directement sous les toits. Le tout en pleine canicule, avec juste un petit ventilateur !!!! C’est vraiment limite. Premier prix Expedia certes, c’est le jeu, mais ce service minimal pourrait être plus explicite.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Great location, friendly staff - This is definitely not a luxury hotel, but its location is excellent in downtown Albi --a short walk to the Toulouse-Latrec museum and the cathedral/fortress and cafes/restaurants. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful.
- Doug (10/5): Comfortable, welcoming hotel - The owner/manager of this hotel was extremely helpful and friendly. He speaks English very well and shared his considerable knowledge of the area, answering our many questions. The hotel's location in this lovely town is perfect -- in a quiet place but steps from all the big monuments and sights. We definitely will stay again if we are in the area.
