• Bahaar (10/5): Happy, lovely, sweet and comfortable! - The moment I reached the Marija, the host was so kind and helpful. She is truly the best and made my experience really well. I had a car so they have a private, secure parking space, very important in you have a car. Makes life easier! The place is in the ground floor so climbing steps! There is supermarket 3 mins walking all the things you need in a house is there. It felt like home. So highly recommended it. Another awesome point is that bus stop is just around the corner. • John Nick (10/5): Perfect Apartment in the perfect location to enjoy and explore Dubrovnik. - WOW, What a great apartment and great location (Pošta Lapad) this is in Dubrovnik. Everything is within walking distance, Sunset Beach is 10 minutes walk, door to door restaurants a few minutes walk,, a supermarket 30 seconds walk, public bus stop is only 2 minutes walk away and the No. 6 Bus (Yellow Line) takes you to the old town and close-by to the port. Absolutely no need for a car or taxi. The host Marija was also super helpful. Will definitely stay here again. The Stay was too short!!

• Tatiana Bugueño (10/5): Excelente escolha! - A anfitriã Marija é extremamente amável e fez de tudo para que nossa estadia fosse perfeita. A acomodação estava impecavelmente limpa. A cozinha é muito bem equipada. Banheiro amplo. E a cama é muito confortável. Perto da praia uns 700 metros e sem nenhuma escada, o que foi um diferencial das outras hospedagens que tinham muitas escadas pra chegar, já que a cidade é cheia de morros. Fácil acesso à cidade velha. Nossa estadia foi perfeita!

В апартаментах сделан качественный ремонт, хорошего качества сантехника, кухонная техника, посуда, постельное белье, кровать, качественные , современные , регулируемые ставни которые помогают защититься от солнца, а также хороший кондиционер который полностью справляется со своей задачей и хороший интернет. Есть свой маленький дворик, где расположена сушилка для вещей и столик с двумя креслами где можно по завтракать или выпить чашечку кофе на воздухе. Вам предоставят также полотенца для пляжа. В апартаментах сделана хорошая шумоизоляция. Владелица апартаментов Мария интеллигентная , умная и добрая женщина которая смогла создать качественный сервисный продукт и которая искренне хочет чтобы отдых ее гостей прошел на высшем уровне. Дубровник фактически расположен на крутых холмах и горах. Проживая в этих апартаментах вы избавитесь от изнурительных подъемов и спусков, вы будете ходить только по ровной поверхности. Апартаменты как и вся инфраструктура находятся на уровне моря. Рядом пляж, пешеходная улица со множеством ресторанов, хороший супермаркет в котором есть хорошая пекарня-кондитерская а также кулинария где хороший выбор годовой еды которую покупают местные жители по приемлемым ценам и довольно вкусной. На расстоянии 15 мин от апартаментов есть небольшой современный медицинский центр где можно пройти ряд обследований. Мы приехали из Норвегии и для нас например доплерографическое обследование сосудов было в два раза дешевле, чем если бы мы делали это в Норвегии. Эта информация конечно не относится напрямую к информации об аппартаментах, но может кому-то это пригодится. Мы поставили высшую оценку этим апартаментам и можем смело рекомендовать их. Хорошего всем отдыха!

• Serena (10/5): Best host ever! - The apartment is in a perfect location: a few minutes on foot from the beach, next to a pedestrian zone full of bars and restaurants and a few steps away from the bus stop, where you can take the bus n. 6 which takes you directly to the old town. The apartment is spacious, fully equipped and was very clean. But the best part of it is the owner, Marija! She’s really the best host ever: nice, caring, she always answers immediately when you need something and helps you really with everything. She also provides you a couple of beach towels! Marija, our host was so helpful with all our requests, with advice on where to go, where to eat, bus stops etc. She organised our airport transfer as well! The apartment is centrally located, close to public transport, lovely walks, ( we walked to the Old Town) and restaurants and supermarket, bakery etc. All round a fantastic 5 night stay in Dubrovnik. Nothing to not like!

Literally less than a ten minute walk to both. The bus stop to the old town and pick up point for various trips is less than five minutes away. Can’t wait to return. Nothing!

IMPORTANT : You don't need to walk over the steps to the apartment, so it is easy and handy for elderly people and families. Very friendly staff. Outside of the apartment is the place for rubbish etc. It is very messy, lots of rubbish, cartons etc everywhere. 😔

She even let us check in a bit early, met us on the street upon arrival, showed us where to go, ensured I was ok to work and connect to the WiFi (which worked excellent by the way! 🙏 I was able to work remotely on video and voice calls to the US with no issues at all for any digital nomads!;) the unit is on the ground floor and we were so thankful after having to climb many steps at other properties. Although there’s no balcony with a view it didn’t matter because you’ll be out in the city anyhow:) sunset beach is just down the street too. The local bus to old town is less than 3 blocks away and comes super frequently so you don’t even have to wait. INice restaurants and grocery store within two blocks. The washing machine was an added bonus and worked great. The shower worked wonderful as well and plenty of hot water. The place was very very clean. AC worked great too! lovely stay, thank you! This apartment has everything you need. We enjoyed having a small kitchen as well. I didn’t care for the mattress so much in the bedroom and the AC didn’t flow so well into the room. I liked the couch a bit better and it was cooler in living room. (It was extremely hot like 95 or so so maybe this isn’t a problem at other times)

• Majed (10/5): A welcoming host and a perfect apartment! - Very nice apartment close to the beaches and only a short bus ride to the old town. Host is very friendly and helpful. We were allowed to check in earlier and she also answered quickly when we had questions. Well equipped apartment, there was soap, lots of towels and also towels to bring to the beach. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. We had a lovely stay thanks to Marija, she was a truly exceptional host!! The bed was a bit hard.

Everything we wanted was to hand. The immediate area surrounding the apartment is just so convenient to walk the promenade or take a bus, visit the beach, local shops, supermarket and variety of restaurants, we discovered a wonderful fish restaurant seating us on the marina to enjoy the catch of the day, cooked to perfection...just 5 minutes away. The sea is clear and inviting, we spent several days swimming and visiting the neighbouring islands. Overall a fantastic holiday, made perfect with the comfort and security of our spotless apartment. • Old (10/5): Exceptional - We stayed at this amazing apartment for 10 days and felt like we were at home! Maria was so delicate and hospitable, and provided us with everything we needed. The apartment itself was very clean and cosy with all the stuff for comfortable living. We were even welcomed to pick lemons from her beautiful garden 😁!!! Also, we were informed about all the necessary details: good beaches, cafés, timetables and shops. We were pleased to use an air conditioning, a washing machine, a TV set and a comfy kitchen to cook. Also, there is a nice quiet terrace with a table and chairs. The area is quiet and it is convenient to get either to the centre or to the beaches. It's quite a short way from the airport (about 30 min) by taxi or by shuttle-bus, during the way we enjoyed the stunning views of the mountains and the sea. All local people speak English quite well and extremely polite and helpful. The apartment is almost new with all the furniture. It was real pleasure to stay there! We will definitely come back one day!

A short bus ride (No.6) from the old town, it is located in a quiet area with a supermarket just across the road and a restaurant next door which serves an excellent espresso. • Mary (10/5): Relaxing, comfortable and enriching. - Marija is an exceptional host. Nothing is too much trouble for her and she helped us with her knowledge of the area - and recommended a superb restaurant - Maskeron - which we visited several times. The apartment has privacy - an area to take the sun and everything you need for a lovely stay. It's just a short bus ride to the Old Town ( which is always packed with people) so it's very nice to come home to after a busy day. There are great coastal path walks nearby and plenty of welcoming bars and restaurants. We even got to watch the Eurovision Song contest on the TV - didn't understand a word of the commentary and didn't like the result but we Brits are used to that now.We used her driver service to get to and from the airport - comfortable and courteous and good value. The rain - but it was only for a day or two - and we stayed inside the lovely apartment and read books.

A good kitchen corner, with all the necessary utensils and pots, towels, salt, spices, olive oil, tea... The living room had a good TV with SMART TV, HDMI, USB, so after a day's rest at the sea, you can watch your favorite series. There are a lot of spare towels in the bathroom, there were also towels for the beach, which was very pleasing. There was also shampoo, soap, shower caps, washing powder, washing machine. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed, sockets nearby, safe, iron and ironing board. On the spacious veranda there was a table and two chairs where we could sit pleasantly in the evening with a glass of wine. Not far (5-6 minutes) from the apartment there is a good Tommy supermarket. The old town can be reached on foot (25 min) and can also be reached by bus Nr-6 (5 min), buses run very often. The bus stop is 3-minute walk from the apartment. Bus tickets can be bought at the same bus stop, as well as from the bus driver. A pleasant beach is a 10-minute walk from the apartment, you need to go along the promenade with cafes and restaurants. The beach is rocky, and therefore, for a comfortable swim in the sea, you need special slippers that you can buy at kiosks along the way to the sea. On the sea, a sunbed and an umbrella are quite expensive - 20 EUR. Water in the sea is clean, with beautiful views around. This apartment is very well located, at the same time close to everything, and at the same time very quiet, calm and safe area. I can't say enough about the hospitality of the hostess. She is very friendly and responsive. She helped not only with useful advice, but also in practice. Arranged a transfer to the airport cheaper than a taxi. She allowed us to leave our suitcases with her on the last day, and therefore we could fully enjoy our vacation by the sea. Then she allowed us to take a shower and change clothes after the sea. • Mia (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is impeccably clean and has everything one needs during the stay - from salt&pepper to beach towels. The host is very nice and welcoming.
• Laura (10/5): 10/10! everything was perfect - Everything! Our host was one of a kind! So attentive, not intrusive and really thought of everything you would need in a vacation rental! location was fantastic! Super quiet! the bathroom even had shampoo, soap and so many fresh towels. nothing
• Žilvinas (10/5): All was great :) - The apartment was beyond very clean. The owner greeted us very warmly. She has also helped us with the arrangement of transportation to airport. Everyrhing you will need (china, cleaning supplies, beach towels, bunch of towels in general etc.) Location is also pretty neat. There's a grocery 50 m away, a bus stop to get around fhe city and/or beaches). If we were to go back, we would choose this place instead of any other at any time :)
• Jean-Didier (10/5): Très recommandable - Accueil très aimable de la logeuse, toujours disponible, dans ce deux pièces très bien situé, proche d’un arrêt de bus permettant de rejoindre rapidement la Vieille ville. Le quartier fourmille de bars, restaurants et boutiques et il borde la plage du couchant.
• Verified traveler (10/5): - Professionally run family business. Both Marija & Neno exceptionally helpful is offering map guidance, room needs and local travel and eatery tips. Property is clean and spacious. Fully equipped kitchen. Spacious bathroom, ample closet space and safe for valuables. Very nice garden with chairs and table for breakfast outside or take a puff. One bus # 6 10 mins to Old Town or Cruise Terminal / Bus Station in the opposite direction.

• Verified traveler (10/5): - I think it is a great location next to restaurants, beaches, bars and supermarkets. Then just get bust n6 and I was in the old town. the place is simple but spotless clean and with care for every details including communication. I think the check out should be slightly later as in the last day people still want to the beach
• Barbara (10/5): Lovely stay, you can feel like at home - Really enjoyed my stay at Artemis Apartments. The apartment is quite spacious, clean and well equipped. You can really feel like at home over there! It's only 10mins walk to the beach, very close to the harbour where you can start your boat tours or simply take a ferry to another island, there is a local market too. You have some shopping centres nearby and bars/restaurants. We have walked to the old town (approx 40mins walk).
