• Malte (7/5): Sehr gut gelegenes Hotel, das eine Verjünungskur vertragen könnte. - Sehr gute Lage direkt an der Rheinpromenade und nahe dem Zentrum, das in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß gut zu erreichen ist. Zimmer mit Blick auf den Rhein. Tiefgarage am Haus. Das Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen und dem Zimmer sah man das stellenweise auch an. Es wird daran gearbeitet, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Dass es eine Tiefgarage gibt ist prima, dass es keinen direkten Zugang zum Hotel gibt und man ums Haus gehen muss um wieder hinein zu kommen, nicht so toll. Man sollte beim Einchecken möglichst kurz vor dem Haus parken und dann den Wagen unbeschwert in die Garage bringen.

• Raphael (9/5): Fast perfekt - Sehr geräumiges und ruhiges Zimmer. Sehr sauber und super nettes Personal. Kinder unter 12 Zahlen auch den vollen Frühstückspreis. Ich habe Rührei und Spiegelei vermisst. Vielleicht habe ich es auch einfach nicht gefunden?

• Lunger (7/5): - Das Frühstück war gut, Das Badezimmer im Zimmer war superschön. Leider war das Zimmer auf den alten stiehl. Lage Super. Das Zimmer war sauber geputzt. Im Zimmer waren auf dem Teppichboden 3 Schwarze flecken ( Nicht einladend ). Auf einer Seite des Bettes war keine Lichtbirne drinnen. Es war keine Halterung für unsere Jacken im Zimmer nur ein kleiner schmaler Kasten bei der Tür und fertig ( kein Stauraum). Eine Abdeckung vom Strom fehlte. Die Terrasse muss dringend erneuert werden nicht Einladend.
• Dagmar (7/5): - Das Frühstück am zweiten Tag war leider sehr enttäuschend. Es wurde ein Teller mit Aufschnitt und Käse gebracht. Eine Scheibe Tomate und zwei Gurkenscheiben. Da ich sehr gerne frische Sachen frühstücke war das sehr sparsam. Nach Butter musste man fragen. Kein Joghurt oder Obst. Die Marmelade war sehr überschaubar. Enttäuschend Am ersten Morgen war es in Ordnung

• Bärbel (5/5): Ziemlich teure Enttäuschung - Das Hotel liegt direkt am Rhein. Es gibt eine Tiefgarage (allerdings ohne Zugang zum Hotel - bei Nieselregen war es unangenehm, ums gesamte Haus herumzulaufen). Das Personal war freundlich und bemüht. Das scheinbar renovierte Restaurant und der Barbereich waren ansprechend und modern. Bis auf den Restaurantbereich wirkt das gesamte Haus veraltet und heruntergekommen (es wurde allerdings auch gerade in einigen Bereichen renoviert). Ganz furchtbar war der Gestank im Zimmer, im Bad konnte man kaum atmen (es roch extrem muffig nach Abwasser). Dusche mit Schimmelflecken, fieser Teppich mit etlichen Flecken und sehr abgenutzt, insgesamt nicht zum Wohlfühlen- dafür aber ziemlich teuer (167€ incl. Frühstück)!!! Das Frühstück war „übersichtlich“ - um 9:00 Uhr gab es z.B. nur noch ein paar Krümel Rührei in einer Schüssel, der Kaffee war bitter, Schinken und Salami hart. Das Abendessen im Restaurant war ok (Nudeln mit Putenstreifen und Roastbeef mit Kartoffeln und Bohnen) aber auch völlig überteuert (für zwei Hauptgerichte, drei Gläser Wein, eine Flasche Wasser und zwei Espressi 85€!) Wir haben das Hotel u.a. gebucht, weil es rollstuhlgerecht sein sollte. Gut, dass wir eh früh schlafen gehen wollten, denn ab 23:00 Uhr ist die Rezeption nicht mehr besetzt und damit fährt auch der Fahrstuhl das Erdgeschoss nicht mehr an. Alles in allem war das Hotel für den Preis eine ziemliche Enttäuschung und wir können es nicht empfehlen!
• Christoph (1/5): Der Preis war wegen der Bauarbeiten zwar reduziert, was die Mängel aber nicht rechtfertigt - Frühstück okay, wenngleich das Servicepersonal sehr ungehalten wirkte, weil ich erst zehn Minuten vor dem offiziellen Ende des Zeitfensters (10 Uhr) erschienen bin. Um 8.20 Uhr am Morgen begann auf der Etage meines Zimmers ein hölischer Bauform- seit einigen Tagen und mach Angaben der Reoeption werden die Bauarbeiten noch bis Ostern andauern. Der Fernseher funktionierte nicht. Duschen war unmöglich, da der Temperaturfühler nicht funktionierte und in j e d e e r Einstellung des Reglers nur blühend heißes Wasser aus der Leitung kam

• Karl-heinz (8/5): - Große Zimmer, sehr gute Betten und eine wahnsinnig schöne Aussicht auf den Rhein. Sehr gute Küche, gutes Frühstück und sehr leckere, selbst hergestellte Trüffelpralinen! Für Menschen mit Gehbehinderung nicht besonders geeignet, da es keine direkte Parkmöglichkeit am Hotel gibt. Mit viel Glück, kann man kurz halten, um das Gepäck auszuladen. Ca. 100 m entfernt gibt es eine recht dunkle, kleine Parkgarage für einige Pkws - gehört wohl zum Hotel - die aber offen und für jedermann zugänglich ist. Keine direkte Verbindung zwischen Hotel und Parkgarage - Schade!!!

• David (5/5): Das Hotel war in Ordnung für zwei Nächte, ich würde es jedoch nicht weiterempfehlen. - Die Lage ist nahe am Rhein und der Altstadt mit Parkplatz. Das Zimmer müsste dringend renoviert werden; defekte Lichtschalter, Steckdosen ohne Abdeckung, defekte Lampen, defekter Rollladen, viele Roststellen im Bad. Zimmerreinigung; Die Abfalleimer wurden geleert, jedoch wurde das Bett nicht gemacht und das Bad nicht gereinigt. Rezeption; Die Dame an der Rezeption bei der Abreise war sehr wortkarg und empatielos, fragte nicht einmal nach meiner Zufriedenheit des Aufenthalts.

• Birgit Sallermann (8/5): Ein schönes Hotel mit sauberen Zimmern und nettem Personal. - Die Lage ist phantastisch gewesen. Das Essen sehr lecker und mengenmäßig zum preis klasse. Das Servicepetsonal war aufmerksam und hatte gern mal einen netten Spruch auf den Lippen. Auch konnte man sehen ,das sowohl das Essen mit frischen Produkten und auch die Leckereien wie Kuchen und Torten selbst gemacht waren.Wir kommen gerne wieder. Da gibt es nichts zu berichten.

Obwohl ich länger dort gebucht hatte als andere Klassenkameradinnen, hatte ich im Gegensatz zu ihnen kein Zimmer mit vollem Rheinblick! Den Kaffee beim Frühstück konnte man nicht selbst ziehen, und die einzige Bedienung musste rennen um alle zu bedienen....das hätte man wie in vielen anderen Häusern anders gestalten können!! Das Zimmer hatte keinen bequemen Sitzplatz !

• Frankfurter Jung (9/5): - - die Lage ist top - das Personal ist absolut bemüht und engagiert, dazu stets freundlich - der Gast wird hier wie ein Gast behandelt - Nachmittags werden traumhafte Torten und Kuchen aus eigener Herstellung angeboten - ebenfalls aus eigener Herstellung werden ganztägig Pralinen angeboten - das dazugehörende Restaurant bietet top Essen mit hohem Niveau an - die Klospülung ist zu wassersparend eingestellt, so dass man zum runterspülen der "Hinterlassenschaften" mehrere Spülvorgänge benötigt um den Vorgang abzuschließen - die Matratzen sollten fester sein....diese entsprechen gefühlt einem Härtegrad 0 - 1

Since all hotels close where full, i stayed here with my friends. The hotel surpassed my expectations. The lady working at the reception in the evening/night and morning was a 10/10. Knew my name when i walked in, had everything ready to go. I've been to 10x more expensive hotels, and did not get this friendly kind of service. Keep up the good work ladies! Room has an extruadinary view of the river, and the surrounding mountains. I instantly hooked. Best morning view to wake up to. View 10/10. Clean air 10/10. Surrounded by nature 10/10! That i did not visit this place before. Just go. No worries. You're in good hands.

• Terence (10/5): As mentioned above we had a really lovely time and we are already looking at coming back. - The room that we were given was lovely and we really enjoyed the balcony and view of the Rhine. We would certainly ask for this again. We really enjoyed the restaurant, the food was delicious and it was so relaxing. The room we had was lovely and comfortable but, we do feel it could be updated a little.

It was nice to have free parking in the garage. It was a little shabby in places and the breakfast was nothing special - no bacon or sausages for example.

A great shame as the menu looked good and we had been travelling all day. in fairness the rest of our stay was OK

Abrupt staff who looked miserable and were extremely slow to serve. Breakfast was self serve buffet and of poor quality. Very limited food choices. Rooms need updating. Walls need painted, marked furniture and generally unkempt. There is a newly decorated dining area which is bright and modern which is in stark contrast to the rest of the hotel. Drinks are expensive. No room service although listed as a facility.

• mdhk2013 (6/5): Nice location, a bit outdated - Location, right on the river Rhine is great. Short walking distance to the center of the city. Rooms are bit old fashioned (typical 80's style). Everything was clean. Prices a bit steep for the quality offered. Breakfast was ok. Typical basic German breakfast. In the summer great to sit outside and enjoy the river front.
• K7714UTmanuelp (8/5): WONDERFUL WEEKEND - This was our second Andermach. visit but first this in this hotel. Located near the Rhein and within a 10' walk from the city centre. Hotel team is professional and always available to help. Breakfast was good as well as the evening meals. Room and bead was Excellent with a Great view to the river.
• SinusEnCamino (4/5): Unfriendly and dishonest staff. Hotel acceptable, but a bit outdated and not really worth the price. - We spent a night there over friends' wedding celebration at the hotel. The hotel in itself is OK, however the rooms are a bit outdated. Still, definitely OK for German small town hotel standards (i.e. no air conditioning, small rooms, everything a bit old and in general nothing fancy). However, what we found unacceptable is the apparent dishonesty of the staff and/or the management and their arrogant behavior. Our friends who had the party and booked the hotel rooms for the attending guests had agreed with the manager on a discount for all the guests. The problem was, we only knew about the agreed rate, not the normal one or that there even was a discount. At check out then we were given a bill which was EUR 10 higher than what we had expected. When we asked about it and mentioned that we were guests of the party last night and that we were told the price was EUR 100, not EUR 110 per night, the attending clerk basically told us off in a quite arrogant way that the price is always EUR 110 and that that's it. Not having any written confirmation or anything, guessing that maybe our friends accidentally told us the wrong number and not really feeling like calling them up in the morning after their wedding night we paid what we were told to. Later on, however, we were able to confirm with the married couple that they indeed had agreed with the manager on a special price for all the attendees of the party and also, that apparently NO ONE got it, and all guests were told to pay the "normal", i.e. higher, price. This way to us it looked like a organised scam/rip-off on parts of the hotel...
