• Noemi (10/5): Una muy buena estancia - El apartamento está bastante bien, cuenta con una terrazita muy mona y unas vistas geniales. Además, muchísimos detalles y con todo lo que necesitas para estar a gusto. La ubicación está perfecta. Los anfitriones de 10, serviciales y muy atentos.

• Heleen (10/5): Uitstekend appartement, zeker een 10 waard. - Uitzicht op de zee vanuit appartement is super. Er zijn 2 bankstellen. Het gehele appartement voldeed aan alle wensen voor een prettig, luxe verblijf. Wat we ook erg waardeerden was het welkomstpakket. Ook Javier was een uitstekende contactpersoon. Hij vroeg tijdens verblijf ook nog eens of alles in orde was. We komen hier vast en zeker nog eens terug. Niets, alles was super!

• emilio (10/5): Apartamento acogedor, reformado y limpio con dos piscinas en la comunidad - El anfitrión está muy pendiente de todo para que tu estancia sea lo mejor posible. El apartamento está totalmente reformado y lo más importante, todo súper limpio y cuidado. Tienen muchos detalles que se agradecen: un pequeño desayuno a la llegada, todo tipo de utensilios de cocina, baño,garaje,piscina… las piscinas están en buen estado. Nos ha sorprendido porque no están nada saturadas y dispones de dos tumbonas exclusivas para ti. Tan solo hay cuatro escalones para coger el ascensor que impiden que puedas entrar con el carrito del bebé o personas con movilidad reducida (esto no depende del anfitrión, más bien de la comunidad de vecinos). Se podría solucionar con facilidad poniendo una rampa. Todo ha ido genial, lo aconsejamos. Nada
• Maria Dolores (10/5): Apartamento acogedor y coqueto - A pesar de no haber conocido a Javier en persona, se ocupó de nosotros en todo momento. La llegada fue muy acogedora, tanto por las explicaciones hasta llegar al apartamento como el recibimiento q tuvimos, con detalles de bienvenida (café,agua fresquita, galletas, neskuit, etc El apartamento es tal cual se ve en las imágenes. El colchón del dormitorio MUY CÓMODO. Los dos sofás se hacen camas enormes y MUY CÓMODOS también. No le falta detalle (albornoz y zapatillas ). Sombrillas y sillas para la playa. Y más cosas q debéis descubrir. Es una suerte tener alojamiento con plaza de garaje privada. Resumido….tal cual pone en la descripción Nada
• Carlos (10/5): Fantástico apartamento - Encantados con el apartamento, la ubicación y sobre todo con la atención de Javier. Hemos disfrutado de unos días muy agradables en familia, mi hija de 4 años ha quedado encantada. El apartamento es cómodo y bonito, tiene absolutamente de todo. La urbanización es muy tranquila, las piscinas muy grandes y poco concurridas. La cercanía a la playa es fantástica también. Sin dudarlo repetiremos en cuanto podamos. Nada, todo fue estupendo.
• Jennifer (8/5): Lovely modern appartment in a good location - lovely modern apartment, terrace, a comfortable lounge diner. the owner had left breakfast ingredients, butter, jam, croissants milk and water in the fridge . There was a small pool open for s3ijiny, the , larger pool was closed afterSept. 9 th . underground parking. the owner Javier was very helpful, through WhatsApp. also several restaurants in walking distance. straight onto the seafront, beautiful beaches. The entrance to the compound required lots of keys, difficult to find exit points , needed some experience. If you parked in the garage, steps up to the outside, then more steps to access the lift, this could be a problem for older people. The hotel opposite played loud music until midnight. Not possible to sit out or have the windows open.
• Thomas (6/5): Pleasant stay but with unexpected, unfair charges. - - location. Beach is 5 minutes walk away. There are also restaurants right by the entrance and a local supermarket. - ⁠the apartment had most things you’d need during a long stay - ⁠the pool was lovely & you have dedicated sun loungers. - ⁠equipment is provided for the beach such as a parasol & beach chairs (though these are well used) - ⁠comfortable bed & cot was provided free of charge. The host also purchased a highchair ahead of our visit. - ⁠during & before our stay the host was very quick to respond to queries Cons - the apartment is on the third floor & the other side of the entrance. There is a lift, but it’s still not easy if you have a lot of luggage, or shopping (& a toddler in tow!) - ⁠the apartment is opposite a hotel, so it’s very noisy at night making the balcony not enjoyable in the evening - ⁠there were two dripping taps from the aircon unit on the balcony meaning the balcony needed to be cleaned frequently due to the dirty water - ⁠the sun loungers at the pool could not be moved (chained to weight) & unfortunately the group next to us were smoking weed (which the lifeguard had seemingly no issue with) so not a great environment for a family - ⁠there were frequent power cuts which the host explained was due to the energy usage needed to be adjusted. These tended to happen when the washing machine was being used whilst another appliance was - ⁠the kettle did not turn off when finished which is a major hazard - ⁠we were charged a cleaning fee which I do not think was reasonable. It was for leaving some food in the fridge, leaving clean plates in the dishwasher & a shower with some hair in it. We left the flat in a reasonable condition expecting it to be professionally cleaned upon our exit. We also left food which is what the larder is full off which hasn’t been mentioned so probably gladly accepted as this was just full of half used items previous guests had left. - ⁠we were charged for an “abuse of electricity”. There is no mention in the guide at all that you have to be cautious with energy usage. We’re a family with a young child who used the flat as our home whilst we were there. Being told by the host that he’d have to increase the electricity usage due to the power cuts, but no mention of this costing anything is not very upfront or honest - we were charged for breaking a lamp( small chip of plastic) which is fair.
• Michael (10/5): Perfect accommodation for a fantastic holiday - Having stayed here before, we knew what to expect and were not disappointed. The quality and cleanliness of the accommodation is still incredibly high. A lovely touch is the breakfast pack included. The property is perfectly positioned with a 3 minute walk to the beautiful beach, a bus stop opposite to take you into the main centre and supermarkets within 15 minute walk. Juan and Javier are excellent hosts who show great attention to detail and are always on hand if you need something Nothing, The apartment was perfect. Everything we needed was there and worked
• Anne (10/5): Exceptional - A well equipped apartment in a good area. Walking distance to a lovely beach and lots of restaurants, bars and shops. We arrived about 9pm and the apartment was stocked with lots of basic cooking ingredients, enough for a light meal and breakfast the next day, including jams, bread, water, tea, coffee. A supply of dishwasher and washing machine tablets also left. Lots of information about the apartment and the area left in the flat. The owner Javier was very helpful with any questions we had and replied very promptly. Leaving
• Ioan (10/5): A very nice experience - I have been travelling all over the world but it’s rarely when you find such a nice apartment and a very attentive owner. It’s nothing that you can’t find in the apartment, all you need and even more, the bed very comfortable, the kitchen has all you need, the owner left for us even some complimentary food which it was unexpected but a nice surprise . Very close to the beach. Absolutely nothing

• Terry (10/5): Comfortable, relaxed, drama-free! - The attention to detail was phenomenal, nothing was missing up to and including a dishwashing machine and pod coffee machine! The hosts had thought of everything a family on holiday might need and then added extra such as a sensible welcome pack of essential food and drink, bathrobes and slippers! Even when the AC broke down the response was immediate and effective, our host apologising profusely for something that was absolutely nobody's fault! I cannot think of a single thing to criticise even as helpful advice.
• Michael (10/5): Beautiful apartment in ideal location - Apartment is beautiful, clean and relaxing, with everything you need. The complex is very well maintained. Close to the fantastic beach and amenities with the main shopping area a short bus ride away. Juan and Javier were the perfect hosts who responded very quickly to any questions and were very helpful. Would recommend this property to anyone staying in the area. We have already booked again for next year Nothing. Banged our heads on the cooker hood a few times!

• Verified traveler (4/5): - Left be fair, we visited in January, so did not expect much more than accommodation. There was no sign of any restaurant either open or closed. Reception is no existent, but the owner did arrive at the time we said we expected to be on site, so, having arrived earlier this DID work out! The location is BADLY described as it is called something else on the gated entrance, however the pool does help to give this mystery away! To say the accn is POOL SIDE as an interesting expression, given that it is on the THIRD FLOOR, down a blind alley, but the pool can be seen from the balcony! The sliding doors to the balcony do not lock, neither do they have any curtains, other than a net curtain which can be seen through at night, of course, so one it a bit public! The main facilities are much as shown in the picture, but the real problem is that using the air con and the cooking facility causes the fuses to blow - so you have a choice to freeze or to cook as the supply is inadequate. The AC works reasonably well but is inadequate to heat the whole accn and no other heating is provided in the bedroom area. The bedding, provided, is for summer accn and inadequate for winter use! However we were left with a contact number and when we reported the problems, a bedroom heater was provided, though it seemed to be faulty and kept cycling off and extra duvets were provided. So, rather a disappointment but the owners did do their best to rectify what they could. BTW, the TV has no English
