• Darlene (1/5): Das schlimmste was ich je erlebt habe. - Die Lage Es war komplett schmutzig und verschimmelt. Ich rate jedem ab diese Unterkunft zu buchen. Bauarbeiten direkt vor der Tür, ohne vorherige Angabe. Also sowas schmutziges und verdrecktes habe ich noch nie in einer Unterkunft gesehen.

• nath (2/5): A éviter - La localisation, Le propriétaire ne répond pas, n'anticipe pas, les équipements sont hors d'usage ou pas entretenus, l'appartement est sale. Il a fallu attendre 3jours pour avoir un robinet en état d'usage dans la salle de bains, pas de pression dans la douche, les joints des carrelages n'ont sans doute jamais été nettoyés, la machine à laver est rouillée et se décompose... Les photos de l'annonce ont une dizaine d'années !!

Dvě ložnice (jedna větší druhá menší), možnost sednout si ke stolku v kuchyni, kde jsme hráli deskové hry a byli jsme spokojeni. Tiché místo ve skvělé lokalitě. Obchod doslova za rohem. Zastávky autobusů do 5min chůze. Koloseum 20min chůze, Curacaovy lázně 15 min chůze…. Proste příjemné ubytování ve velmi dobré lokalitě! A bit modest accommodation, but clean, sufficient, we didn't miss anything here. Two bedrooms (one larger, the other smaller), the opportunity to sit at a table in the kitchen, where we played board games and were satisfied. Quiet place in a great location. Shop literally around the corner. Bus stops within a 5-minute walk. Colosseum 20min walk, Curacao Spa 15min walk.... Just nice accommodation in a very good location!

• Sven (2/5): Dreck und Schimmel - Der einzige Pluspunkt ist tatsächlich die Lage. Einfacher wäre zu schreiben was uns gefallen hat, weil das wirklich um einiges kürzer wäre... Die hygienischen Zustände sind in diesem Apartment katastrophal. Dreck und Schimmel überall.(Siehe Fotos) Nichts ist gepflegt oder annähernd gereinigt. Die Böden waren so dreckig, dass unsere 14 jährige Tochter von sich aus gesaugt und gewischt hat !!! Der Geschirrspüler geht zwar an, aber wäscht nicht annähernd sauber. Bei der Waschmaschine ist es genauso. Den Trocker haben wir aus nachvollziehbaren Gründen nicht benutzt. Bei der Therme ist das warme Wasser Glücksspiel und es tritt immer wieder die Fehlermeldung F20 auf. Laut Vermieter soll man dann einfach den Reset Knopf drücken... Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war dürftig und per WhatsApp. Am Spülbecken gibt es gar kein warmes Wasser. Die Duschecke ist vollkommen verschimmelt und der Duschvorhang ist ein Fall für das Seucheninstitut. Leider kann ich nur 4 Fotos hochladen. Es kommt uns so vor als wenn hier nur Geld gemacht und nichts investiert werden soll. Der Vermieter wusste auf Nachfrage nicht einmal wie sein Wlan-Router heißt!? Ich denke das er die Wohnung nicht wirklich kennt. Es ist kalt und die Luft in der Wohnung ist ständig feucht. Die Heizungen bzw. Klimaanlage geht ebenfalls nicht. Im Moment ist zudem ein Baugerüst vor dem Fenster, sodass die schon recht dunkle im Erdgeschoss gelegene Wohnung eher wie ein Keller anmutet. Die Türen sind aus Metall und recht schwer, zudem kennen die Mieter keine Türklinke und scheinen auch ihre Nachbarn nicht zu mögen. Es knallt ständig und zu jeder Tages und Nachtzeit. Leider kamen die letzten schlechten Bewertungen für uns schon zu spät, da wir nicht mehr stornieren konnten. Die Bilder vom Vermieter stellen höchstwahrscheinlich die Zustände bei der Erstvermietung dar.
• Marcelo (1/5): - Nothing It was dirty, filled with mold, and the beds smelled like urine. Basic services such as wifi did not work. I tried reaching out the the owner and got little no help. At the end we had to look for another place last minute.
• Mélanie (1/5): - L'emplacement pres d'un métro Très sale, beaucoup de poussière, nous avons fait des allergies. Mauvaise communication avec le propriétaire, prend beaucoup de temps a répondre. Pas d'internet, nous fourni un code reseau qui n'existe pas je lui dit et plus de reponse. Air clim ne fonctionne pas bien. Je ne recommande pas.

• Amber (1/5): - Nothing! The host didn't respond to emails or msgs on how to get into the property until hours before check in. While the host did let us enter a few hours earlier than check in once we got in it was disgusting. The place was filthy and hadn't had a decent clean in years. The shower was prutruid, the coffee machine had old capsules in it and was disgusting and the fridge has mold in it along with most of the property. Also it says it has wifi, the host didn't give us the code until I asked multiple times we got it the day later, when we finally got it, it was so weak, it didn't work anyway. Do not stay here.

• Tatiano (1/5): Terrible experience! Don’t recommend! - Only location is good about this property! Photos of the accommodation are out of date and they doesn’t reflect the actual situation. It’s dirty, air conditioned only in one room and not working at all. Bed linen and pillows very old and smelling. Kitchen utensils very old and dirty. Host doesn’t answer phone or reply questions, only the ones at his convenience.

• Edoardo (7/5): The apartment and the area is good, but then management of it is unfortunately poor - The Neighbourhood is good, the division inside apartment is also good Unfortunately, water was coming out from AC in one of the rooms. Moreover when we enter the hot water wasn’t working, so we couldn’t take shower, we called the owner, and he was so low in answering. We solved the problem ourselves by resetting the boiler more than two hours later.

• Ралица (6/5): Pleasant - The location of the apartment is very good. There are shops and restaurants nearby, and the Colosseum is within walking distance. Very poor apartment management. We arrived late in the evening and were unable to reach the manager to obtain the password for self check-in. As a result, we had to spend the night in a hotel and only managed to get in touch with him the following day. The cleanliness of the apartment was below expectations. In one of the bedrooms, there were insects that bite, which made the stay uncomfortable.

• Tee (8/5): Good find in Rome - The location really worked for us. It was close to a supermarket, a vegan restaurant (we didn't even know, so it was a fab surprise) and super close to the bus line to get to all the places we needed. Was good to have 2 rooms, kitchen and the washer & drier. Surrounded by lots of free parking and the entry instructions were really easy. Host was very helpful and responsive. Aircon didn't work in 1 room. There was a fan, but it was average. The aircon in the main room was good but it leaked. It didn't cause us an issue, and we laid towels to catch it all. Beds are pretty hard and pillows were lousy but otherwise all good.

• Sarina (3/5): Unhappy customers - Location. Apartment dated. Needs cleaning, floor dirty, cooker, oven needs cleaning. Dirty laundry in wardrobes, toilet requires deep clean. Air-conditioner broken. It was very hot, and no AC in the second room. Had to ring for WiFi password. Light bulb in the toilet has many many dead flies stuck to it. Pictures deceiving, may have looked like that many years ago. Apart from location, I wasn't pleased with the apartment.

• Jaspal (6/5): Good location but average facilities in such price - The place is very near to Metro and super store. It is on metro Line B with access to all attractions. The apartment is ok but not maintained properly and have issues. The shower place is very small and often gets clogged. No iron board. There were no soap and shampoo. The chimney and oven were too dirty. The first day when we arrived we found A.C was not working properly and creating lot of noise. I contacted lorenzo on this. He told me that technician will visit someday to Fix. So I requested Lorenzo to arrange FAN. Next day some lady came and gave us sealed box of table fan. We took almost an hour to understand that how to Assemble the fan as I had never done such thing in life without screw driver. We got late on our day due to this hassle. But due to hot environment of Rome , we were not able to use the small room for sleep with just Fan. At the checkout day, I requested Lorenzo on whatsapp to waive off the city tax as compensation to us for the inconveienance. He did not replied. Our checkout was at 10 a.m . I made many calls to Lorenzo on phone and whatsapp calls but he did not picked any and not replied anything. I did not liked this type of Rude behaviour ans left 42 euro on his table ( as asked by lorenzo) and put keys in keybox. So overall I feel owner should be sympahtic and should be concerned with whatever his guests are feeling.
• Korngold (8/5): this is a great find in Rome! I’d stay there again. - it’s a great property. well located. clean. no frills. (ie bring your own shampoo) the towels smelled musty but I’ll just let the owner know. the cleaners probably just mistakenly left them wet in the washer too long.

• Larysa (9/5): Staying at this apartment definitely added comfort to our very pleasant experience of visiting Rome - Location was excellent. We arrived quite late but host sent us a detailed instruction on how to collect the key and enter the property and it did work well
