• Matleena (10/5): - Mukava lämminhenkinen b&b-paikka, jossa välitön palvelu ja loistava hinta-laatu -suhde. Mökit ovat viihtyisät ja pihalta löytyy myös kota. Oli hauskaa istua iltaa päärakennuksessa ja tutustua uusiin ihmisiin laidasta laitaan. Yhteisöllinen meininki! Aamun kruunasi edullinen ja monipuolinen aamiainen päärakennuksessa. • Michel (9/5): Cottage typique en bois - Cottage typique entièrement en bois. Bonne situation,au calme tout en étant proche de la route. Près de la station de ski. Bonne literie, chauffage électrique d'appoint. Possibilité de prendre le petit-déjeuner 8 euros pour les residents des cottages.

• Lorenzo (10/5): Ruka Tupa Cottage!! - Our stay at Ruka Tupa Cottage was a total pleasure. The house was cozy yet spacious enough for at least four people; since there were only two of us, we had plenty of room. The owner was very kind—we asked for a hairdryer, and she provided one as soon as we arrived. We only discovered after the first day that breakfast was included, and we were so happy to enjoy it; every meal was perfect and homemade by the owner. Last but not least was their mascot, Tessu, a friendly and cute husky who greeted us every time we passed the reception. We will definitely come back on our next trip to Ruka. Highly recommended!

• Sandra (9/5): Trascorsi 2 piacevoli giorni in escursioni nei dintorni. - Caldo, accogliente. Attualmente biancheria da letto e asciugamani sono compresi nel prezzo. E' possibile fare colazione. E' situato in posizione comoda per raggiungere il centro di Ruka in auto. Ma un supermarket e' vicino e raggiungibile a piedi. Migliorerei le dotazioni dell'angolo cucina. Un asciugapiatti o in alternativa un rotolo di scottex farebbero comodo. Sono rimasta stupita che non venga effettuata raccolta differenziata per la verita' non solo qui.
• Sari (9/5): - Mukava rauhallinen luonnon keskellä, mukava emäntä, sängyt oli ok Sohva ei ollut mukava nukkua , olisi tarvinnut kunnon paksun petarin , selkä ja lonkat tuli kipeäksi , vaikka yritti laittaa sohvatyynyjä "petariksi" . Tee lusikat puuttui .
• Satu (4/5): - Aamiainen oli hyvä. Olimme varanneet mökin, mutta viikkoa ennen saimme viestin ettei mökkiä ole. Saimme mahdollisuuden ottaa tilalle B&B majoituksen. Huone oli ulko-oven ja yleisen tilan vieressä. Kaikki äänet, oven kolaukset, puhelimen piippaukset, askeleet, puhe, kuuluivat selvästi. Huoneen oveen oli jostain syystä tehty isoja reikiä. Isojen ikkunoiden, jotka olivat takapihan parkkialueelle päin, peittona olivat kaihtimet, jotka rakoilivat. Aamulla huone oli kylmä. Rauhaton ja ei viihtyisä yöpyminen.

• Emilla (10/5): Helppoa, rauhallista ja mukavaa. - Täydellinen sijainti: lähellä Rukan hiihtokeskusta, mutta rauhallinen. Mökki ei mikään ihmeellinen, mutta riittävä nukkumiseen ja lepäilyyn ulkoaktiviteettien välillä. Vessan lattialämmitys ei aivan riittänyt kovilla pakkasilla pitämään vessaa/suihkua tarpeeksi lämpimänä.

• Jenni (8/5): Siisti pieni mökki lähellä palveluita. - Sijainti lähellä Rukan palveluita. Mökkiin ei kantautunut juurikaan ääniä ja oli rauhallista. Tunnelmallinen tupa, siisti. Sängyt, peitot ja tyynyt kaipaisivat päivitystä. Loppusiivousta voisi helpottaa lisäämällä siivousvälineitä ja huolehtimalla niiden toimintakunnosta (imuri).

• Satu (10/5): Hintalaatu suhteeltaan erinomainen. - Mökki oli siisti ja mukavan kodikas. Henkilökunta oli mukava ja ystävällinen.
• Maiju (6/5): Kiva majoitus 1 yön viipymään. - Ihan hyvä majoitus 1 yön viipymiseen. Hyvä sijainti. Hinta-laatusuhde kohdallaan. Ilmalämpöpumppu hyvä, sai viilennystä helteellä koiran kanssa!! Ehkä hieman kulahtanut, mutta viihdyimme kyllä 1 yön hyvin.

• Toril (7/5): Extra große Hütte mit viel Platz und großen Fenstern. Für Familie ideal - Die Hütte ist riesig groß. Es wurde schön warm, es gibt viele Schlafmöglichkeiten, besonders angenehm ist der Vorraum mit Trockenschrank zum Schuhe ausziehen. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, es fehlt nichts. Großer TV (den wir nicht brauchten), die zweite Etage hat große Fenster (was für das Silvesterfeuerwerk schauen super war) die Lage 3min vom Zentrum Rukas entfernt für uns super. Wir würden noch einmal buchen und wieder kommen. Das Bad ist sehr klein und würde eine Renovierung vertragen. Ansonsten gibt es nichts auszusetzen.
• Jovita R. (3/5): Very disappointed 😞 - Only location worked for us. Reception was closed all the time. Wifi didn't work at all, not very clean, hair left in the shower, sink in the bathroom and the couch full of hair. The window in the bathroom with no courtain and you will be seen from outside while having a shower. In the coffee machine left old filter. Bedlinen extra charge. Before check out you have to clean the whole cottage, if not you will be charged 75€, you will know only when you come in, there's a note on the door. We travel a lot, but we had first time such an experience.
• Leticia (10/5): Muy acogedora - Nos encantó ya que es una cabaña super acogedora y tiene todo lo que necesitas. Que reservamos para 4 personas y solo tenía 2 camas y un sofá cama con capacidad para solo 1. Por lo demás y general todo excelente.

• Toni (8/5): Onnistunut syysloma - - Mökki oli kahdelle ihmiselle täydellisen kokoinen ja viihtyisä. - Keittiövälineet erinomaiset. - Sijainniltaan ensiluokkainen, kaikki sopivan lähellä. - Hinnaltaan edullinen! - Oli aina vaikea sanoa onko henkilökuntaa paikalla kun itse päärakennus oli jatkuvasti pimeä tai lukossa. Ovessa olleeseen numeroon ei saanut yhteyttä, piti soittaa eri numeroon. -Mökki oli pienesti vinossa minkä vuoksi ovien kanssa sai olla tarkkana. - WC-paperia ei löytynyt mökistä ylimääräisenä, eikä vessa-/suihkutilassa ollut ikkunaverhoa peittämässä näkymää.

• Kirsi (8/5): - Kiva pieni mökki, sopiva yöpymiseen ohikulkumatkalla. Wc/ suihku niin pieni, että suihkuttelemaan ei juuri mahtunut ( päärakennuksessa kunnon suihkut).
• Toni (8/5): Hyvä tukikohta Rukan lähistön maastoissa liikkuville. - Mökissä kaikki tarvittava ja oli vähän tilavampi kuin oletin. Mielestäni hyvä hinta-laatu suhde. Ehkä suihkutilaan olisi hyvä saada verho ikkunaan. Ikkuna kylläkin pään korkeudella, mutta tuntui oudolta ilman verhoa.

• MatBer (7/5): Voi yöpyä jos ei luksusta vaadi. - Kelpaa hyvin yöpymiseen. Petarit puhtaat. Ilma lämpöpumpun ulkoyksikön resonointi oli häiritsevää,tämä johtui siitä etä on asennettu rakennuksen seinälle . Mökin kaikki tuuletus ikkunat oli ruuvattu kiinni, ei voi tuulettaa . Jääkaappi on off tilassa kun saavuttiin ja ovi oli kiinni, niin todella ikä haju tuli vastaan.
• Erkki (7/5): Ruskareissu - Perusmökki ei mitään turhia mukavuuksia. Kävi meidän tarpeeseen. Suhteutettuna hintaan hyvä. Henkilökuntaa ei saanut kiinni hyvin minä eikä muutkaan. Poika oli joko salilla tai muualla. Ei ehtinyt lämmittää saunaa vaikka kysyttiin. Olisi pitänyt kuulemma lämmittää itse. Mutta tämä oli ylimääräinen palvelu joten ei vaikuttanut siihen mitä maksettiin. Keittiössä ei ollut uunia. Keittolevy ja mikro oli. Siivousvälineet riittämättömät.
• ArmidaS (5/5): Kaikki vähän sinnepäin - Kiva sijainti, kiva maisema ikkunasta metsään Vastaanotossa ei ketään paikalla, respan numeroon ei vastattu. Onneksi lopulta toisesta puhelinnumerosta sai henkilökuntaa kiinni että pääsi kirjautumaan sisään. Mökin lattialla roskia, hiekkaa ja mm kuolleita kärpäsiä. Yleisilme epäsiisti, matot rullalla ja korpuksi kuivuneita kertakäyttöluutuja altaiden reunoilla. Suihkusta tuli lämmintä vettä ensimmäisen minuutin ajan, eipä tarjennut käydä kylmässä suihkussa.

• Sanna (7/5): Basic cottage with everything needed at a very good location for skiing - Great location for cross-country skiing, okay for downhill ski as well. Had our own cottage so was very quiet. Cottage was warm and had all necessary facilities. Reception was friendly and helpful. The bed was too soft and the sofa bed too hard. The cottage was quite small of course, but enough for us three for a few days. Was missing our own sauna a bit - the main building has one but it's not heated every night.
• Suryanshi (1/5): Very dusty place. I do not recommend the place. - Only location We have stayed in cabin. During our stay we had many issues and we do not recommend this place. We noticed that our refrigerator broke during the night. All the food in the fridge had gone bad during the night.During the day, a new refrigerator was replaced for us while we were away. When we came back, however, we noticed that the cabin door was open. We had valuables inside, and it's not good to leave the door of the customer's accommodation open for the day anyway. Our cabin has not been cleaned properly and, among other things, the logs are covered in dust. We all got various respiratory symptoms from sleeping in the cabin. Our cabin's air heating pump is broken and it has been replaced with a separate electric radiator, which is also partially broken. This would be ok as it is, but the cabin doors are so swollen that it usually took several minutes to open the front door. Once we even had to call the reception for help to get out of the cabin. The fire risk of the semi-functional radiator next to the sofa was always in mind.
• Joonas (7/5): Good quality for the price - Nice tv, six people fit in the cabin well, nice roomy hallway to store your skis etc. The air in the cabin was pretty bad, all of us had stuffy noses during our stay, as soon as we left it got better.
• Ivan (10/5): Good place to sleep - Great location, not far from road but I didn’t hear cars on the road. Comfortable house and very friendly staff. Air conditioning pump outside make some low-frequency noise, but it mostly unhearable.

• Terhi (10/5): A real gem in Ruka! - Location was very pretty and located fairly close to the ski center. The bus to the ski center goes directly from the yard. The accommodation was clean, cozy and incredibly cute! A real true Lapland-feeling. I will definitely go back later! The staff was very kind and welcoming, I felt like we came to visit friends! We asked for a later check-out in the morning, and it was arranged without hesitation - excellent! Also: the furry receptionist must be the cutest worker I have ever seen 😁

• Jan (8/5): Very helpful host, great location and cosy. - Location excellent. Cross country ski track just a few metres away. Supermarket close and a very good restaurant for dinner less than 1 km away. Shower very small but I understand the cabin is being fully renovated this summer. Will stay again next winter, I hope. Kitchen quite small but it has microwave, fridge, jug etc.
