• Marc (8/5): - Hôtel accueillant, belle vue sur la ville de Victoria, hormis la centrale électrique au loin. Petite restauration de bonne qualité, très pratique car cet hôtel est un peu désaxé du centre-ville. il dispose d’un parking d’environ 10 voitures fermées et sécurisé. Un soir on a demandé au chef de cuisine de nous préparer un dîner, il nous a cuisiné du poisson perroquet en papillote excellent. Les chambres sont confortables propres et les douches sont à l’italienne. Je le recommande pour les personnes qui dispose d’une voiture. Avec des employés toujours souriant.

• Kevin (2/5): Nous déconseillons même pour une nuit - Nous avons choisi cet établissement pour finir notre séjour vu sa proximité à l’aéroport en raison d’un départ matinal. Nous avions aucune espérance quant à celui-ci, vu que nous cherchions qu’à y dormir. Nous avons quand même réussi à être surpris dans le mauvais sens du terme. Insonorisation désastreuse : Accès aux conversations de l’accueil et du restaurant depuis la chambre. Nous avons pas dormi de la nuit en raison des hurlements des chiens a l’extérieur. La literie était inconfortable. Nous avons été réveillé, dans la nuit, par l’accueil qui s’est permise de taper à toutes les portes pour demander quelle chambre avait commandé un taxi. Du jamais vu.

• Klaus Neumann und (8/5): Good value for money - ideal for a stop over - Good option for a stop over with nice views. The restaurant was good. We had a nice pizza and spring rolls. The rooms are simple, but equipped with everything you need (incl. coffee & tea). The WiFi worked well. We appreciated that the Hotel offers breakfast from 7am as we had to leave at 7.45 in the morning for our departure flight. The Ridge Residence is not far away from the airport, approximately 8km (13 min. by taxi). Don't pay more than 500 SCR for the taxi to the airport! The environment is not very nice, but okay and you can feel that the place counts already a number of years. But everything was proper and clean.

Pour les chambres du premier étage, les balcons étaient appréciables. Nous avons trouvé que le prix élevé n’était pas en rapport avec le type de confort proposé. Les chemins de table du restaurant étaient tachées et Il y avait des problèmes d’étanchéité dans les douches.

• Susan (9/5): A piece of heaven - The view was spectacular. The restaurant food was delicious with plenty of choices, including Creole influenced meals. The infinity pool was very clean and a pleasure to use. All the staff were welcoming and keen to help us enjoy our stay. Unfortunately there was a misunderstanding when we asked at reception about ordering a taxi for 10.30am for the next morning. The lady came to find us by the pool area to tell us our taxi had arrived at 10.30am on the same day we asked about it...I repeated that my husband had said" tomorrow" and apologised that there had been a misunderstanding or miscommunication. The next day the taxi came at 9.30am, earlier than expected, however we had packed up and we decided we had better accept this one. Despite this misunderstanding it did not spoil our overall impression of staying here and we would be happy to recommend a stay, as we did prior to boarding our cruise. Jamelah made me an excellent Passionfruit Mojito, which I loved too.

• ANA (7/5): Práctico para lo que buscábamos - Estaba relativamente cerca del aeropuerto y tenía piscina, que era lo que teníamos para la noche previa a nuestra partida. Los textiles estaban muy viejos. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba del todo bien. No hay ducha junto a la piscina. El acceso es algo complicado.

• Raquel (5/5): Regular. The reality of the Hotel does not exactly match the pictures on the website. - The Hotel views and restaurant are beautiful, helpful staff. Nice small pool on the roof with sunbeds and nice views. The rooms really need a renovation. They are a bit old and the furniture as well. Night stand lights not working properly and not enough sockets to plug things. I asked for a blanket or a bed cover and said they didn't have anything except for sheets. The towels provided were old and too worn out.

• Anke (10/5): zu empfehlen - Wir haben nach Ankunft aus Deutschland dort eine Nacht verbracht. Dafür ist das Hotel super. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, alles sind sehr nett und das Essen im Restaurant war auch super. Auf der Terrasse kann man den Tag ausklingen lassen, der kleine Pool war wunderbar und in der Dämmerung wird mit mit einer Flugshow der Flughunde belohnt.
• Marie Juliette Alix Odette José (6/5): - L emplacement, le cadre,la piscine et le restaurant J avais réservé chambre plus petit déjeuner....mais en raison de l horaire de notre avion,ils ne pouvaient pas nous servir le petit déjeuner à 6h du matin( les horaires ne commençaient qu à 7h du matin)....je le leur ai signalé au moment du paiement....ils me l ont fait payer quand même, je trouve cela plus que moyen....ils auraient dû ne pas nous faire payer la pizza du soir( qui coûtait moins cher que le petit déjeuner).... c est très dommage et je vais le signaler sur mon avis tripadvisor

• Georg (8/5): Für zwischen Stopps Perfekt - Die Zimmer sind nicht zu groß aber für einen kurzen Aufenthalt reicht es. Die Lage zur Fähre und Flughafen ist super und mit Taxi je in 10Min erreichbar. Die Terrasse mit Pool hat einen sehr schönen Ausblick über die Stadt. Frühstück war ausreichend und Gut. War alles in Ordnung

Vorab wurde Kontakt aufgenommen und nochmal ein Zimmerumbuchung zu unseren Gunsten vorgenommen, somit hatten wir ein Zimmet mit direktem Zugang zum Pool. - Öffnungszeiten und Preise im Restaurant - lautes, mehrfaches Anklopfen vom Reinigungspersonal relativ früh am Morgen

• Olga (5/5): Frukost var ok. Tyvärr inte prisvärt ( dyrt, standarden tyvärr stämmer ej med 4 stjärnor). Men för en natt helt ok - Frukost var ok. Läget var bra. Pool med utsikt. Fint bemötande vid incheckning. Vi fick välkomst frukt tallrik och drink( firade födelsedag). Vi bokade 2 rum, ena rum var inte fräsch städat.Tyvärr kändes att rummet fixades i sista sekunden. Golvet var inte fräsch. Det var små kryp på vägen( ganska många) kändes inte bra.små insekter runt bord som var överallt.frågade tjejen i reception ( hon visste inte vad det var). Fick för svar bara ursäkt.Ena lakan kändes obytt.lakan var trådig på både sängar.

• Luis Fernando (4/5): lots to improve - Being ironic, I could say that I loved how their photographer could make a 4/10 place look like a 8/10 in the website pictures. Being realistic, I must say: nothing to mention here, really. The room has that appearance of not clean, which transpired in the bathroom: the tiles inside the shower cubicle has lots of mold (see the pictures), besides that, the cubicle door doesn't keep the water inside the cubicle, allowing it to flow like a river to the bedroom. PLEASE SCRUB ALL THAT MOLD OUT! IT IS DISGUSTING!

• Anna (9/5): wspaniała obsługa, pyszne śniadania, widok z balkonu przepiękny. - wspaniała obsługa, trafiliśmy do hotelu w nocy, bo musieliśmy szybko znaleźć jakiś nocleg (awaryjna sytuacja) pomimo, że już recepcja była zamknięta jedna z Pań z obsługi hotelu dała nam klucze do pokoju i mogliśmy bezpiecznie spędzić noc. Mój partner bardzo źle się czuł, otoczono nas troską, śniadanie mógł zjeść w pokoju a wszelkie nasze prośby były realizowane bez problemowo przez obsługę hotelową. Niesamowicie oddani pracownicy i niesamowity client service.
