Ei ollut kahvinkeitintä eikä mitään siivousvälineitä..esim. harjaa millä lakaista murusia lattialta. Tästä huoneistosta puuttui myös keittiö joten edes mikro ja hiukan enemmän astioita olisi hyvä.

• Molli (10/5): - We absolutely loved our stay here! Upon arrival Dora met us at the front door and showed us our room. She gave us a map of Split and pointed out places nearby to eat and what to go see. Everything inside the room was very clean and tidy. The view from our room and balcony was stunning! It’s also a very short walk to the beach. The pool was lovely and very clean. We will definitely be staying here on our next trip to Split!
• Timo (8/5): We were lucky when we choosed this; one week stay, first time at Split (it's better than Dubrovnik) - Nice and clean basic apartment at very quiet area and near Firule Beach. Dora is very kind and helpful; where you have got a private tourist information about city, restaurants etc when you check in ? And we were lucky, got very early check-in and -out because we had early flights. Pool is good (and rare at this area, so near Old City) and air condition worked fine. Just only note there; breakfast, "about this property" says: "Breakfast is served in the "Luxury Boban" restaurant that is 50m away from Apartments Zuvela"... Note that there is NOT breakfast included at price.

• Aine (3/5): Not worth the money - We booked this apartment as it had the pool facilities however we didn’t get to make use of this despite paying over the average cost of a 4 night stay in Split compared to that of accommodation without a pool. We paid the higher rate specifically for a pool. For 3 days in a row a large group of guests had taken over the small pool area from the early hours until sundown. When staff were questioned as to how other guests could make use of the facilities if the large group were going to use it everyday, the answer we got was that they were leaving for their next destination later that day (meaning they had already checked out) why should they get preference over guests paying for the current stay? The following day, another large group arrived and took over the pool space but this however was early morning (as we had specifically gotten up early to use the pool). This group had not yet checked in but yet were allowed use the facilities thus blocking it from current guests who have paid for this facility and were in the middle of their stay. The rooms aren’t overly clean, quite run down, nothing like the pictures. Balcony was dirty, looked like it never gets a clean when the room does. The toilet had a smell of urine for the duration of our stay.

La kitchenette n'est pas très pratique et peu d'équipements. Pas de porte entre la chambre et le salon. Le mobilier extérieur a besoin d'être changé. Cloisons assez mince on entend les voisins.

Kort avstand til byen og en liten ubertur til de fleste av severdighetene. Det var litt lytt ut til gangen og vi hørte godt når gjestene brukte trappa. Men var ikke så ofte det bråkte.

• Liam (9/5): Split stay - The bedroom was spacious and clean with a lovely balcony to watch the sunrise. The bedroom has a small fridge, good air conditioning, and extra blankets if required. There are two comfortable armchairs and a table as well. The bathroom is massive with a giant bathtub (which fills slowly!) a wash hand basin and a large walk in shower with a rainforest head and a separate shower head. There is also a swimming pool at the accommodation. The host was very welcoming and provided a map and recommended things to do during our stay. The bathtub is great however it fills up very slowly. Other than that, there is nothing about this accommodation we didn't like.

• Catherine (10/5): Relaxed beach based finale to our interrailing trip. - Great location for the beach, supermarkets, harbour and a 15 minute walk to the centre. The area is quiet and family friendly. The view from the balcony was incredible and the hosts were so kind and helpful. The pool was clean and a welcome relief from the busy beach.

• Sophie (8/5): It was just what we wanted. - It was all amazing, the pool was great, the apartment was a good size and had everything we needed. The owners were helpful and friendly. The hob was confusing and we didn’t get told how to use it. The aircon also took some trial and error before it worked.

• Moéa (7/5): - Nous avons passé une semaine dans ce logement, nous avons aimé la piscine, le fait qu'il y ait la clim, la possibilité d'aller à la plage en 5 min et dans le centre en 15 minutes. Mini frigo dans la chambre et grande salle de bain. Balcon petit mais sympa 👍 C'est très bruyant le soir jusqu'à minuit et ça reprend vers 3h du matin ... On entend très bien l'escalier qui dessert les logements. Autre point : la literie, matelas très mou ! Donne l'impression d'un matelas pneumatique..
• Bandana (9/5): - The owner of the building was super nice, when I asked for the market for buying milk for my daughter they gave me milk from their house and also heated the milk in their house and gave us, so kind of them. Room was spaceous, bathroom specially was great, view was superb, beach was like 10 min walk, nearby rastaurants and super markets so it was very convinient for me. Centre was not far either but scorching heat and traveling with kid I was taking taxis (uber) it was only within £5 each ride to the centre. By walk also you can make it in 20 to 25 minutes.loved the city and stay both. Only cash is accepted so it was little stressful, and 3 nights price was €380 so more than €100 euros for one night which seems expensive for a room only.
• Collette (9/5): A fantastic stay - perfect for our trip! - Apartments Zuvela was a great stay. The view from our balcony was fantastic, the pool was an amazing feature and it was in a good location close to the beach and only 25 minutes walk to the Old Town. The room was clean and comfortable with plenty of storage and a huge bathroom. Dora met us when we arrived and was very friendly and welcoming. She told us lots of information about the local area, where to find everything and what to expect during our week which was so helpful! We were in a double room however we had hoped for an apartment. It would have been nice if we’d had a kitchenette although we did have a small fridge and a kettle.

Sehr schöner Strand 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Split ist super und auch in 19 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Tolle Dachterrasse schlecht nutzbar, da die Möwen gleich am Dachfirst sitzen. • Jeremy (10/5): Lovely holiday in Split - Lovely family running the apartments, pool area was great, very comfortable beds, easy access to the Old Town via Uber (we found the walk along the coast to be closer to 40 minutes), local restaurants, beach and bars within a 5 minute walk Whilst the duplex apartment was a little quirky with the main bedroom eaves affected and the kitchenette not really practical for self catering, this didn't detract from our stay.

• Richards (9/5): Very happy with everything in the apartment. - Being a residential area, it was lovely and quiet. It's a 20 mins walk to the old town and harbour which can get very busy and crowded, so I appreciated the park, coffee bar, and supermarket close by.

• Thomas (8/5): Un super séjour, je recommande ! - L’hôte était très sympathique et arrangeant. De bonnes suggestions de restaurants et d’activités. L’emplacement est proche des commodités, de la gare, de la mer… L’isolation est un peu légère, mais pas de soucis particulier autre que ça.

The location of the property was very good - only a 15- minute walk to old town and Riva . We had a pleasant stay. They only accepted cash as I had chosen pay at property. There was also no toiletries- no shampoo
