• Rachid (10/5): - La villa est magnifique, la vue est incroyable et nous avons particulièrement apprécié la piscine . Tout était très propre a notre arrivée merci a Sarah . Dommage que le lave vaisselle ne fonctionne pas , et qu'il n'y ait pas le minimum comme par exemple du café et du sucre . Les matelas sont très dure et pas confortable

• Liliia (9/5): - привітні хазяї, помешкання просторе, чисте, зручні кроваті. Прибирання проводилося кожен день, гарний вид на океан. Є невеликий пляж в декількох хвилинах пішки. Для життя тут краще мати машину. Меблі на кухні трохи зношені, але все працювало. Трохи набридали сусідські коти, які постійно нявкали і крали їжу, навіть сьорбали каву, залишену на пару хвилин без нагляду. Треба було завжди мати якусь їжу для них, але вони все одно завжди були голодні. В басейні відвалювалася плитка, обіцяли полагодити, але так і не зробили цього.
• Todd (10/5): Awesome for a family of four! - Our stay was absolutely wonderful! Arno and Sarah will take care of you. Arno even stocked our fridge with groceries from a list I sent him because our arrival was delayed! The place is stunningly set overlooking the ocean and we spent endless hours in the private pool looking out over the ocean. There's AC in the bedrooms and the kitchen is sufficiently stocked. I can't recommend this place enough and would stay there again without any hesitation whatsoever!
• Matija (10/5): An exceptional stay in Seychelles - The property is located in the north of the island, close to the beach, and surrounded by only a few houses, guaranteeing privacy. The host was very responsive and helpful, both before our arrival and during our stay. There is a small market nearby and a bus station just below the house. The pool, as well as the house and its surroundings, were clean and well-maintained. Our housekeeper, Sarah, was nice and helpful. The kitchen is well equipped for everything you would need. Rooms have AC and comfy beds. Considering everything stated above, the value for money was exceptional. -

• HELENE Laure (10/5): - The house is magnificient with a view that just takes your breath away! Arno was really nice and let us get in earlier than planned. It's a great place to stay and I definetely recommend.
• Grete (10/5): Amazing house, highly recommend. - Spacious house with a well-equipped kitchen, a cozy living room, a large terrace, and an outside pool on the first floor. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms (2 double rooms and 1 twin room) and two bathrooms. Amazing ocean views from every room. It’s clean, the cleaning lady is very nice, and sheets and towels are changed frequently or upon request. There’s a cool rock pool just a 1-2 minute walk downhill. The owner is very friendly and responsive, and arranging a late check-out was very easy. A small shop is not far away, but it might be a bit challenging to walk there since there are no walking paths - having a car is recommended. The house is located on the side of a hill, so consider the short but very steep slope. The kitchen was a bit worn out, but it wasn’t an issue for us.
• Michael (10/5): Everything was great! We will come again. - Very nice house with a spacious terrace and lovely private pool. It is located in a great area of Mahé with many nice beaches nearby you can reach by car. The „rock pool“ is just a 2 minute footwalk down the property hill.

U can find everything what you need in villa We got lucky and got early check in! - Since the house was for a long time in rent the house need some attention: a lot of broken small things that are building the whole picture. - On our last day we agreed to check out as on house rules at 10.00. In the morning we woke up at 7am and found the guy who started to clean garden and pool already, we were a bit confused. At 8am cleaning lady came and started to clean the house while we still were inside. We asked her to leave the house for 2 hours and give us space but after 30 min she came back and while we were having breakfast she started to clean completely the house: removing towels, bed linens, cleaning the WC. Not really best feeling when somebody is trying to to kick you out of the apartment earlier than agreed time.

• Robert (10/5): Well positioned villa close to some of the nicest beaches on the island. - Kaz Bulinger exceeded our expectations. It is accessed from a flight of stairs from the car parking area and as soon as you enter the sea views are incredible! The layout works well with large outdoor seating area, wrap around veranda giving access to the pool. Also to note there is an outside shower, a bbq area and the sun beds can be positioned below the palm vegetation to be out of the shade. Supermarkets - we found MR Pillay on the north coast road 5 mins away to stock everything we needed, and further supermarkets in Beau Vallon. Great local beaches at Top Soleil and Sunset, 5 mins away. Absolutely nothing. We hope to return one day!

• Amvogel (10/5): Great house in beautiful setting - Kaz Bullinger is a lovely house in a great setting, very peaceful and private. The views are great, the pool a bonus and the furniture was very comfortable. We found everything we needed and it was very clean. Arno, the host, was very welcoming and kind. Highly recommend a stay at Kaz Bullinger. Nothing.
• Virginia (10/5): Enjoying Seychelles - The house is amazing. You have all the facilities you need for your stay. Arno is a great host and Sara, is very friendly and does her job. The internet conmection is good and you can enjoy in the TV of your fims and favorite series, because there are connection with Netflix, Amazon Prime,… The sea views from the rooms are a plus. Hopefully, we can come back soon. If you want to enjoy Seychelles, this is your accommodation. Everything is OK

• Henriette (8/5): Great villa for a family - The House is great, the view is amazing and can be enjoyed from both balcony, dining table etc. The rooms are spacious and the pool area is very nice. Arno - the host - was a great help, both before arrival with booking transport, but also during and helping us find boat trips for our stay after having left. Response was very quick. The beach is close by for a swim and a beautiful look at the rocks. The kitchen, appliances and tools needs an upgrade, we booked it specifically to ensure we could cook, but we’re missing knives and forks as it only just had enough for every meal to eat with, could use new pans and we were missing the basics of an kitchen like cling film, peber etc. We didn’t have a car, but the bus stopped right outside and was easy to use, there is a tiny “supermarket”, but not one where you can do your main grocery shopping, we wish we had done some shopping on the way, even with the long journey. All little things :)

• Tegwhen (8/5): Excellent stay and would highly recommend - The location was perfect and the balcony and private pool with the view of the sea was stunning. The kitchen was well equipped with appliances. The facilities were great and we would happily visit again. The beds were slightly hard.
