The breakfast is super good and the staff is amazingly kind. I can not recommend this accomodation enough. Its a great value for the money. Their inside garden is just beautiful. NA

C’est juste le premier abord qui nous avait un peu refroidi … Mais au final très disponible, et elle gère très bien l’hôtel

Fajnie bo wszystko można załatwić na recepcji skuter itp bez naciągania cen Lokalizacja mimo wszystko . Wyspa mała Ale fajnie mieć plaże pod nosem
• Isabella (8/5): Buono - Abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti e prolungato per altre 6 notti. Le camere ampie, pulite e comode. Si può noleggiare uno scooter direttamente alla reception. Ubicazione buona per raggiungere qualunque parte dell'isola. La colazione alla carta buona e abbondante, anche se dopo qualche giorno può risultare ripetitiva, poca opzione dolce nel buffet. Buono il caffè. Il wi-fi nelle camere non funziona molto bene. Il personale è disponibile però non ha l'amabilita' che caratterizza la Thailandia. L'orario della colazione è abbastanza ristretto 7.30-9.30.

Przestrzeń wspólna sprzyja odpoczynkowi i pracy, pyszna kawa i naprawdę wyjątkowe śniadania z karty — dopracowane zarówno wizualnie, jak i smakowo. Tutti i servizi necessari sono nei dintorni. La colazione era molto buona. Lo staff non é stato sempre accogliente. Abbiamo avuto un problema con lo scarico della doccia che é stato sistemato quando l'abbiamo segnalato.

• Alexander (9/5): Sehr schöner Aufenthalt auf Koh Kood - Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Dara Homestay. Das Personal ist außerordentlich freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das tolle Frühstück, dieses war wirklich extrem lecker und sieht man in dieser Qualität sehr selten. Das Zimmer war modern, groß und schön eingerichtet, mit allem was man braucht. Ein Roller sowie Schnorchelausrüstung konnte unkompliziert ausgeliehen werden. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

• scharon (7/5): bene ma non benissimo - la colazione a buffet è molto scarsa oltre a questo se non arrivi presto trovi quasi tutto finito, loro ti propongono due piatti a testa da scegliere alla carta , abbiamo preso lo yogurt con la frutta e il latte di cocco, questi piatti ci sono piaciuti molto, erano ricchi , ben fatti e gustosi , li preparava una locale per le colazione che si trova proprio i fronte alla reception. buona la pulizia le foto che trovi sul sito non rendono la veridicità della stanza, noi avevamo una camera con piscina privata. La piscina sicuramente non era male , ma la camera ha proprio delle finiture di basso livello , al contrario di quello che si evince dalle foto che sono fatte molto bene , camera normale non grande e bagno MOLTO easy. l rapporto qualità prezzo non mi sembra buono.

• Kate (8/5): Excellent stay, would come back! - Everyone at Dara was so welcoming and friendly, we quickly warmed to the place and became familiar with the area. They gave a great guide of restaurant and beach reccomendations which we found really useful when planning our days. We rented bikes from them easily and the breakfast served from the cafe was delicious. The location was good, it was perhaps a little bit far out from some restaurants/beaches that we wanted to go to which meant one of us had to bike each evening, but we were okay with that. Overall I would be happy to come back! We didn't realise that walls between the rooms are very thin, and when we made a phone call around 10.30pm at night, the neighbours were banging on the wall so we had to end our call. The AC didn't get very cold despite being on 17 but it wasn't anything major for us.

Lage war ruhig aber man braucht definitiv ein Motorrad, welches sehr einfach zum Mi - Zimmer schön sauber, Terrasse war toll, wir saßen jeden Abend draußen. Frühstück war lecker aber zu wenige vegetarische Gerichte. Es gab 2 verschiedene Fruchtbowls (super lecker) und ein Toast und Omlette die mir persönlich nicht geschmeckt haben. Buffet nicht besonders aber dafür war der Kaffee sehr lecker

• Marcelina (9/5): The best breakfast! - Very comfortable bed (not a hard one which is common in Thailand), amazing and rich breakfast - you get to choose 2 meals per person (coconut bowl was my favourite) and on top of that there are pastries, spreads, fresh fruits , great coffee etc. Location is close to a very lovely beach and in walkable distance. And there is a little gym outdoors at the property which is convenient. Nothing.

• Siar (9/5): Tolles Hotel mit Top-Mitarbeitern - Sehr schöne und gepflegte Unterkunft mit richtig tollen Mitarbeitern. Zimmer sind groß und haben alles, was man braucht. Badezimmer sind riesig. Alles ist sauber. Sofa wurde kurzerhand zum Zustellbett für unser Kind, alles ohne Aufpreis. Tolles Frühstück mit vielen Optionen a la Carte + kleinem buffet zusätzlich. Absolut top! Gleich nebenan das beste Café der Insel! Preis/Leistung für Koh Kood mega! Nächstes Mal würde ich eine Pool-Villa buchen, die sahen toll aus. Kein richtig negativer Punkt, aber die Unterkunft liegt an der „Hauptstraße“ und fußläufig ist nicht so viel zu erreichen. Mit Scooter/Roller aber gar kein Problem. Beides kann das Hotel organisieren. Bei uns wurde 2 mal vom Housekeeping das Licht angelassen, dadurch hatten wir abends ein paar Ameisen im Zimmer. Aber halb so wild alles.

Honestly, we haven’t had such a delicious breakfast in a long time. Everything was perfect: you have everything you need, even scooter rental directly at the homestay. The price is actually too low for the level of service you get. Highly recommended! 🥰❤️

Der Pool ist super und es gibt immer genug Schatten. Die Leute sind total nett, alles sehr entspannt – auch mit Kleinkind absolut zu empfehlen. • Miinu (10/5): Excellent experience! - What a lovely experience! We first booked pool villa for three nights but we just love it and extend our stay two times so we stay one week at Dara homestay. Room was clean and the bed was so nice (you know when your over 30) that good bed and sleep is must things to have. We also get new towels, coffees and stuff everyday. Place was calm and quiet, just what we needed. The owner was best thing here, she was so lovely and nice to us, giving all info we ever needed and also we rent a scooter at the hotel and everything went so well. We also booked tickets to Bangkok through Dara Homestay, and the trip went very well. We couldn't have asked for more – thank you HUGE recommend this place!

• Zadaf (8/5): Wir kommen gerne wieder :) - - saubere Zimmer - Zimmer wurden jeden Tag gereinigt - gute Lage - Frühstück ist super mit viel Auswahl -Bett sehr bequem Man soll am Ende des Tages die Strandhandtücher abgeben, damit es am nächsten Tag wieder neue gibt. Das haben wir auch gemacht, leider gab es dann am nächsten Tag keine neuen Handtücher… etwas blöd wenn man einen Schnorcheltrip gebucht und es dann windig auf dem Boot wird. Leider hatte hier eine Mitarbeiterin kein Verständnis für und wollte keine Handtücher ausgeben. Nach erneuerter Nachfrage gabs dann wenigstens ein Handtuch für 2 Personen. Alle anderen Tage gabs keine Probleme mit der Handtuchausgabe.

• Julie (10/5): Fantastic, cannot recommend this property enough - We loved this homestay, the place is beautiful and so well kept and we were made to feel so welcome and comfortable. They have thought of everything and we really did not want to leave. Apart from the property being so nice what really made our stay was the staff - each and everyone of them were brilliant, special shout out to Saii who also helped up with onward travel, scooter hire and general information about the island. Nothing is too much trouble for this team. Nothing - leaving was the only part of the experience i didn’t like!

We rented a motorcycle directly from the reception. We received complete information about the island and all the details on how to get to the pier on the day of departure. What I must highlight are the great and delicious breakfasts.

• Scrambler 23 (8/5): Sehr schöne kleine Anlage - Zimmer mit viel Ableger Möglichkeiten, Klimaanlage +Ventilator im und auf der Terrasse. Moskito Netztüre. Personal war sehr Freundlich und beim Frühstück hatte man Buffet und alla Carte zur Auswahl.(ist für jeden was dabei, auch verschiedene Obssorten ) Auch das dazugehörige Yak Cafe war fantastisch. Roller verleih vor Ort mit 250-350 Bath und sehr gutem Zustand. Gerne immer wieder. Die Bettumrandung hat sehr spitzige Kanten wo man sich ziemlich verletzen kann. Leider haben wir ein paar Tage Nachbar gehabt, wo viel Cannabis geraucht haben. Als Nichtraucher ziemlich unangenehm.

• Basma (8/5): Très bien ! - Excellent petit déjeuner ! Du café voisin ! Ménage très bien fait tous les jours ! La chambre avec piscine est belle ! La froideur de la réceptionniste et sa manière de communiquer (très directive). Malgré un séjour de cinq nuits, elle nous traitait comme si nous étions des inconnus de l’hôtel. Pour un établissement de cette taille, il est surprenant qu’elle ne se souvienne même pas de notre numéro de chambre, alors que son collègue, lui, l’avait parfaitement retenu depuis le premier jour. Il faut dire que nous avons ressenti un manque d’hospitalité.

• Markus (10/5): Tolle Unterkunft mit herausragendem Frühstück - Hervorragendes Frühstück (viel, sehr gute Qualität und wirklich lecker). Wir hatten ein Deluxe Zimmer, dass sehr sauber und modern gestaltet war. Großer Pluspunkt war, dass eine dichte Fliegengittertür vorhanden war. Jeden Tag frisches Wasser und Handtücher. Auch empfehlen können wir den unkomplizierten Rollerverleih bei der Unterkunft. Besondere hervorheben möchten wir den tollen Service, dass das Hotel eine Badematte für den Strand und Handtücher kostenlos zur Verfügung stellt! Wir fanden die herumtollenden Affen am Dach in der Früh (wohlgemerkt zu einer angenehmen Uhrzeit) spannend und süß zum Beobachten (aber absolut nicht störend; da kennen wir andere aggressive Affen aus Indonesien). Für thailändische Verhältnisse eher hochpreisig, aber wohl entsprechend dem gesamten Niveau auf der Insel. Der größte Mangel stellt aus unserer Sicht der fehlende Abfluss in der Dusche dar.
