• Ines (2/5): Con poco cariño - El tamaño Muebles antiguos, habitación con 2 camas matrimonio (una sofa cama) que casi no cabe, ventanas mal insonorizadas, muy poco menaje, sin totadora y microondas con plato roto.

• Matteo Mencagli (8/5): Ottimo soggiorno. - Ottima posizione, vicino alla metro in un quartiere molto tranquillo e pieno di servizi. Casa molto ampia e spaziosa con due camere molto grandi tranquillamente adatte a due famiglie da 4 persone. Casa molto pulità. Casa tutto sommato un po' datata che avrebbe bisgno di qualche ritocco. Finestra del bagno che da sulla vasca da bagno pericolossissima in quanto molto bassa.

• Kristine (8/5): Great for the Vatican City! - The property is walking distance to the Vatican City Museums and a great location close to public transport links into Central Rome. There are lots of restaurants and supermarkets nearby and taxi to airport FCO is about 50EUR. The pizza place called Bonci near the metro is amazing! The apartment is on the 7th floor but there is a lift, albeit very tight, so if a group of 8 people, then requires multiple trips. The apartment is quite old but very functional and has all amenities needed. The bathroom is very spacious and has 2 sinks. There is no lock on the bathroom door, city tax is paid in cash and there is no kettle (however, this is very typical in all Italian accommodations!).

• Raquel (4/5): Alojamiento barato pero falta de arreglos dentro. - El alojamiento estaba bastante cerca de la estación del metro. Al lado teníamos el Vaticano. Me gustó que pudimos estar los ocho amigos en un mismo apartamento. Uno de los sofás cama tenía una mancha importante en la tela que no sabíamos que era, daba un poco de asco. Los colchones de los dos sofás cama eran muy incomodos se clavaban los muelles. Los colchones de las camas grandes se hundían. El termo de agua caliente era insuficiente para ocho personas, salía agua fría a la que te duchabas dos personas. La ducha resbalaba bastante. Y los enchufes la mayoría estaban en mal estado porque poníamos los móviles a cargar y por la mañana no habían cargado. Luego una vecina de abajo el día que nos íbamos del apartamento eran las 8 de la mañana y estábamos recogiendo sin hacer ruido y vino a decirnos que nos quitáramos los zapatos que la habíamos despertado.

• Dulcyane (8/5): Boa acomodação, bom preço Roma é tudo muito caro. - Tamanho acomoda bem um grupo familiar de 7 pessoas. Bem equipado com máquina de lavar. Poderia ter um filtro para água (bebedouro) e itens básicos, como açúcar e sal. A acomodação em si atende bem, o fato de não ter portaria para receber pedidos de Uber Eats me desagradou, acabei levando golpe de um entregador indiano que ficou com minha comida. A vizinhança do apartamento também é chata, exemplo, o elevador era pequeno e foram reclamar de subirmos com malas e por isso demorar um pouco mais no elevador.
• Anna (9/5): Reszta super - Lokalizacja bardzo dobra. Do Watykanu chodziliśmy pieszo 20 min. Do Panteonu, Hiszpańskie Schody, Fontanna Di Trevi . cała pętla 1.5 godz. W łazience przy wannie dużo okno, nie zabezpieczone kratą, a to 7 piętro . Może się ktoś poślizgnąć i wylecieć przez okno.

• Mirek Zaszkodny (7/5): - Przede wszystkim bardzo dobra lokalizacja, bardzo blisko sklep Conad, niedaleko stacja metra i możliwość podejścia pieszo do Bazyliki św. Piotra. Przeczytałam wcześniejsze opinie dlatego nie spodziewałam się luksusów. Pralka działa, piekarnik też, gotowaliśmy obiad dla 7 osób, naczyń wystarczyło. Wodę na herbatę gotowaliśmy w garnku (Włosi piją głównie espresso więc często ma czajnika) Dokupiliśmy i zostawiliśmy 6 szklanych kubków dzięki temu bez problemu mogliśmy się napić herbaty. Mieszkanie trzeba by doinwestować. (Porządna klimatyzacja, nowa wanna, wyciszone okna, cyklinowanie podłogi, nowa zasłona prysznicowa, doczyszczona lub wymieniona muszla toaletowa, solidniejsze krzesła w kuchni)

• Amaral (9/5): Estadia ótima para um grupo de sete pessoas. - A abertura da porta do prédio e do apartamento era feita por um link que o anfitrião enviou. Nós achamos muito prático e funcional. Funcionou sem problemas. A torneira da pia da cozinha estava desregulada e esguichava muita água, nos molhando toda vez que fossemos lavar alguma coisa. O elevador é apertado.

• Tadej_SI (9/5): Close to Vatican. - Big, clean appartment. Close to Vatican. Easy check in. Damagges on the floor were annoying. There were two portable ACs in the appartment but they could not cope the heat. But it was very very hot outside.

• Antoon (4/5): Disappointing - Don't go here. The metro is not operational what makes the location not very easy to travel to town. The bed is bad and uncomfortable and the house is unbearable hot with a not functional air-condition. The kitchen is badly equipped and dirty. Not an useful place to make a meal.

• Ken (10/5): Great value for money close to Vatican City - Efficient, no frills, hassle free and good value for money. In a neighbourhood where real Romans live. Wonderful bakery La Siciliano (see pic) around the corner serves amazing breakfast and cofee. The appartment is old but everything works. The streets are noisy but we slept very well with our earplugs in 👍
• Annaid (8/5): Family of 6 - Very good location. 20 min from Vatican Museums, 6 min walk to the metro. Easy parking near by. Fit our family of 6 comfortably. Happy with the kitchenware provided. Lots of cafeterias and restaurants near. Pretty quiet location at night! Amazing view from the balcony 😍 It was on the 7th floor 😭 (there is an elevator). Shower has a full size window and right below that is a shelf/cubby hole that collects water and doesn't drain out.
• Furkan (7/5): Great location but.. - It had a great location. Owner is always Quick response. The house's floor was very dirty. It wasnt good for the Kids. There was no sofa in the living room and sitting on a chair all day wasnt comfy.

• Bartosz (9/5): Very hot, although very interesting in Rom. Had a chance to sightsee a lot of architectural marvels. - Very close to metro line, and Vatican City. Every major attraction less then 30minutes away, weather by walk or ride. Owners are very helpful and thoughtful. Interior is very old and looks very cool, me and my wife we liked it. Both AC are very loud with no way to dial fan speed, it was hard to fall asleep with it on, so was with it off because of the heat. Neighborhood is dirty but that is not on the owners, its just how it is in Rome.

• Jenine280 (10/5): Spacious apartment for big family/group of friends & nice, polite, responsive host! - The apartment is very big (even though we have 5 people in our family!). The location is also good with a bus stop in front of the apartment and just a few minutes walk to Vatican City. Not to mention that there are a lot of supermarkets nearby. Alice is the best host we've ever met 😊. She is very responsive and quick problem solving for us. Thank you for your hospitality and lovely conversation!!! We hope to stay at this apartment again next time when we are in Rome! Nothing!!!

• Jeffrey (7/5): stay was comfortable enough for a short stay - property was cozy and spacious. The decorations were neat as well There was certain property that was fragile, such as the chairs in the master bedroom (the one with the balcony) in addition, the tub/shower was high up and made it challenging for my older folks to get out of it. Lastly, the washer was unavailable which we were hoping to use since this trip was part of a longer journey.
