- Poornima (1/5): - The staff are not trained. First we were offered a room that smelled of cigarette smoke. Then they changed the room at our request. Next there is a club on the roof top. The DJ was so loud that the entire hotel vibrates. A number of guests complained for more than an hour. The music was shut down only around 1 am. My mom actually checked out and stayed with family.

- Nayak (7/5): It was okay. - Good property, well maintained and the location is perfect for shopping and walking around at night. There is an electric vehicle charger as well, albeit there is just one gun and it is 30kw. The tariffs are okay. Some of the staff is pretty rude, one of the managers at the Yaki restaurant inside the property was extremely rude and refused to let us take food inside for my toddler, I had to escalate the issue to the property manager and have it sent to our table. The hotel should do a better job at educating such managers. While checking in one of the receptionists kept my check in on hold to cater to a few customers who had come to visit the club, guest check in should be the priority and not walk in customers.

- Pr (8/5): Beautiful stay - Spacious room and amazing bar and restaurant on 9th floor with the view. Amazing and varieties of breakfast . Purabi and Sangiana in the restaurant are always happy to serve . In 4 days of stay ! Both morning and evening staffs in the reception are never found happy attending the guest. I would suggest them to attend the guest with the smile which don’t make us feel strangers.

The staff are very nice, breakfast not bad They still have a nightclub on the top floor- which if functioning reverberates in every room. Our was 6 floor below and you hear bang bang till late. This is not a new compliant if you read earlier reviews. Guests in the hotel are valued less than nightclub users. Our car was also damaged in the car park

The shower room had visible mold, and used toiletries were left behind when we checked in a clear sign of poor cleanliness. It was also quite cold, and no slippers were provided in the room; we had to call housekeeping to get them. The washroom should be cleaned thoroughly, especially the partition area, which had visible black mold. Used toiletries were present at check-in hygiene standards need improvement. Fruits and bakery items at the breakfast counter were stale and not fresh. Room slippers should be provided in advance, especially in cold weather, without needing to call housekeeping. Breakfast variety could be improved as the options were limited and repetitive.

We had a bitter experience with your Duty manager Ankita . I did call Sagar your HR manager and informed him .kindly take the details from.him . One strong request Your Dm shouldn't have bullied her junior staff infront of us .whatever the issues were could have been settled very politely. Ankita was in general very rude to us while checking in and same on check out Hope we don't get to experience this in our future stay since we are frequent visitors in Belgaum and we have been staying at UK 27 Regards Your DUTY MANAGER ANIKA. very rude .Doesn't know how to handle the guest and worst she is not capable To take care of her junior staff .

The staff need to politely tell these people to wait. Not attend to them first !!!! It’s not the loudest and rudest go first !! Their flight was after all other people waiting ! When requesting information after we booked and confirmed our accommodation we received no answers to our numerous messages regarding airport transfers … this was very poor customer service also when asking for information at hotel staff did not call us in our room with information when they said they would . Better customer service needed !!!

- Pankaj (7/5): The hotel is clean and comfortable however, it does not meet expectations of a 5 star hotel. - Location was good. Hotel breakfast was fair but not reflecting 5 star rating. There seemed to be confusion amongst reception staff about the hotel offering a money exchange facility. On person told me there was no facility at the hotel for money exchange and another said it opens at 9am. In respect of the use of hotel car facility, I was charged R.1000 for a 7 minute trip covering 1km.
