• Mario (10/5): Die Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen. - Sehr schöne, große Wohnung. Es ist alles stimmig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts und ist sehr zentral gelegen.
• Patty (10/5): Felt at home, comfortable, clean, safe and close to transportation. - The property owner was there to greet us and explain how everything functioned in the apartment. It was well stocked, with chargers by the bedsides so you didn’t have to use your own. It was well located, close to restaurants, supermarkets, the train station and old town. Although we were two single women with our own bedrooms, it could easily accommodate 2 couples. It was also very safe. Loved this apartment! If you are a light sleeper, the street noise might bother you at night. It didn’t bother me, but my travel partner heard the motorcycles. But it’s a lively city so you can consider this a fun experience!

• ADELINA LOREDANA (9/5): A very clean and nice spot for Bari - The host was fast and supportive, solving our needs. The apartment is central, very clean, could be used if you feel to cook but in Bari will be a waste not to enjoy the restaurants. Also, the lady had written good recommendations for going around. It was a missunderstanding with the heating but the host fix it and it was warm and cozy

Apartment was very clean which was important for us because we were traveling with a baby. It is fully equipped and very convenient. • Michel (5/5): - Annamaria nous a accueilli à notre arrivée et accompagné au parking privé. Ses recommandations sur la ville étaient très utiles. L’appartement est très bien situé, spacieux et confortable. Un gros défaut quand même, il est très mal isolé malgré les volets roulants. L’appartement se situe sur une rue principale et très fréquentée et qui est bruyante entre les klaxons et les gyrophares, le ramassage des poubelles et les passants qui parlent un peu trop fort. Nous avons très mal dormi les 3 nuits malgré qu’on ait fermé les fenêtres et baissé les volets roulants en bois des années 70. La deuxième nuit, il y avait du mauvais temps. Il y avait donc moins de bruit dans la rue mais lorsque que le vent soufflait sur les volets roulants, ça faisait du fracas. C’est dommage car l’appartement est bien.

Anna Maria est une personne très agréable et arrangeante, laquelle nous a permis d'intégrer le logement plus tôt que prévu. Le seul petit point noir : le logement est situé sur une avenue très fréquentée et bruyante. Il ne faut pas être sensible au bruit ou prévoir des boules quies pour réussir à dormir.

Die Küche ist mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet, sogar Wasser war im Kühlschrank und Kapseln für die Kaffeemaschine. Ca. 10 min vom Bahnhof zu Fuß entfernt. Supermarkt, Cafés, Bank… alles in unmittelbarer Nähe erreichbar. Da die Wohnung an einer gut befahrender Straße liegt, ist es Abends doch lauter. Anna Maria war eine sehr hilfsbereite Vermieterin, die uns gerne viele Tipps gab bzw. bei Fragen oder Hilfe stets zur Seite stand. Kann die Unterkunft echt empfehlen und würde beim nächsten Besuch in Bari bestimmt bei Anna Maria wieder buchen.
• Fatima (10/5): We highly recommend our host and the 70’s luxury Cavour apartment when you go to Bari. - Fantastic apartment, very comfortable with all we needed for our 2 weeks stay. It’s located very centrally in Bari, close to everything else we needed. Our host was great, was available any time we needed her and she provided us with excellent advices and support. There is an elevator in the building. The building the apartment is located would look a lot better with un update. But it has an elevator, which is not common in southern Italy, in my experience.

Apartment is beautifully decorated, very clean and spacious. The host Anna Maria went above and beyond to help with our stay, kept us updated and assisted with some logistic issues we had. Could not have asked for a better host and accommodation. Would definitely recommend staying here to anyone travelling to Bari. Nothing
• Edit (9/5): Overall, I highly recommend this accommodation! - The accommodation itself is very beautiful, just like in the pictures. It’s very spacious and well-equipped. The bathroom is very modern, and we found everything we needed in the kitchen. Anna Maria is very kind and extremely helpful. It’s in a perfect location – everything is very close by, including the train station and the old town. There’s also a supermarket, a bakery, and many restaurants nearby. We had two minor issues: it was very noisy at night due to cars and motorcycles, even with the windows closed, and the dining table is a bit difficult to clean.

The apartment is spacious and lovely with lots of thoughtful inclusions for travellers like info on restaurants, shops, and places in the old town as well as nice coffee. We really enjoyed our stay here. Getting into the apartment is a little tricky, but the instructions were good.

• Oral (10/5): I would like to stay here again - I don't want to raise anyone's expectations about this apartment. However, I usually stay in 4-star hotels in Europe. Since I couldn't find a 4-star hotel in Bari that would suit my vacation time, taste and budget and also promise a nice breakfast, I chose this apartment, trying to prepare my own breakfast. The apartment is decorated with an artistic perspective. We were pleased with the cleanliness, newness of the furniture, internet speed, smart TV, kitchenware, dinnerware, and elevator availability. There were also cleaning supplies, a washing machine, dishwasher, iron, and a rechargeable vacuum cleaner. I especially chose the location of the apartment. It is located in the city center, between the train station and the Old City, 450 meters from the station, 750 meters from the border of the old city, and 1000 meters from the Cathedral. The Corso Cavour street on which it is located is parallel to the pedestrianized shopping streets. You can choose "Melo Coffee and Bakery" for breakfast 70 meters, Sigma Supermarceti 120 meters, and the parking lot contracted with the apartment 150 meters away. We would also like to thank our host Anna Maria for the information she gave us about the city and the Puglia region on the first day she welcomed us and for the delicious coffees we drank during our stay. There is no subject I do not like.

• Ivan (10/5): Perfect August stay in Bari - The apartment is spacy, nicely furnished and very comfortable, including fully equipped kitchen, nespresso coffee and a big fridge. The air condition was powerful and easy to use. We also appreciated to have a bidet in the bathroom. The owner Annamaria was very helpful and helped us also to organize the airport transfer on the way home. In addition Bari has surprised us in a very positive way, especially the old town Barivecchia and we also visited the UNESCO monuments in Alberobello and Matera. The apartment is close to the old town by foot and also the mentioned trips starting trip points were very close to the apartment.

DUST BALLS IN THE BEDROOMS AND GENERAL LACK OF ATTENTION TO CLEANLINESS THROUGHOUT. BATHROOM SINK HAD A LEAK WHICH CAUSED A SEPTIC SMELL THROUGHOUT THE APARTMENT. FRONT DOOR KEY HAD TO BE PLAYED WITH TO OPEN THE DOOR SUCCESSFULLY. BROKEN SCREEN IN THE LIVING AREA SMALL FLIES THROUHOUT THE APARTMENT. WHILE THE LOCATION WAS CENTRAL AND CONVENIENT, IT WAS VERY NOISY WHEN WINDOWS WERE OPEN WHICH WAS ESSENTIAL DUE TO WARM TEMPERATURES.

• Larry (9/5): Good apartment, good location, make sure it fits your needs. - The Apartment was exactly as shown. Annamaria was wonderful, allowed us to drop bags off early, made taxi reservations and it was very close to everything. About 4 blocks from the train station. The kitchen is not equipped to cook in. We wanted to eat in one night. No kitchen knives for chopping, cutting board was cracked and useless, pots were minimal in quality, no light over the stove. It is located on a busy street and it is quite loud until about 11pm. The window are all easily accessible for cleaning, yet they were all very dirty. As in all of Italy, don’t judge from the outside, however the entry hallway was in terrible shape, cracked, dirty and in painted walls.
