• John (8/5): My stay was only 3 hrs as I had to catch a flight, but my room was clean, and the manager was very personable and friend - Located close to airport Seemed outdated with mattress pads and the actual mattresses beyond usefulness.
• Crosley (10/5): Walking distance from local stores were great - They don’t serve breakfast, cigarette holes in the none smoking rooms,stains in the mattress and because with the all night traffic it’s hard to sleep other than that it’s ok. Same as above answer ^^^

• Todd (2/5): Terrible Facilities and Staff - That it had a bed, running water, and the heater in the room worked. Almost everything. Staff was terrible. Arrived to a room with every wall lamp crooked, cheap desk and shelving trim literally hanging off of furniture, smoke detector hanging by its wires from the wall, and the toilet seat was covered by some unknown sticky purple substance. Staff claimed to be unable to clean it that night and claimed they didn't have access to provide me with cleaning supplies when I offered to clean it. Instead, the staff told me that I was fine and they would tell the cleaning crew to address it the next day. Didn't offer any sort of compensation nor offer to provide me with a different room despite there being plenty of vacancies. While there, for two nights, the area received significant snow fall. The parking lot was never plowed and several people's vehicles were stuck in the snow. When the outside site was closed, there was literally light shining through from the entire outside edge from the outside street lamp. Would never recommend coming here unless ALL OTHER OPTIONS are not available.

• Melissa (2/5): - The room smelled absolutely terrible. It was a mix of stale cigarette smoke and mold. There were cobwebs and stains on the ceiling and walls. The bedding appeared clean but had burn holes and was ill fitting. The shower curtain was black with mold and smelled rancid. The man who worked during the day pressed his face against our window to look into our room on our first day. Made us feel very uncomfortable. We only stayed because we had our dog with us and had already paid in full for our 4 night stay. Would not recommend to others and we will definitely not return.

• Harvey (2/5): - Terrible experience, had to pay a $50.00 deposit because I used Expedia and paid through the app which is supposed to be some sort of money savings; hell no took an additional $50 I’m to get back in4-5 days I’m sure I’ll have to call about. Terrible that this is not told to the customer prior to arriving to the property. When I ask the front desk person what’s the deposit for? His answer was; I don’t know, that makes two of us pal. I guess this is some imaginary Trump tariff tax ? What happened to being honest with your customers about the cost of something? All businesses now just on the take and zero give even when paying the posted price?

• LINDA (1/5): My Room was an uncleaned CRIME SCENE! - NOTHING! the room was an ACTUAL crime scene. blood on the walls, the phone line was cut. the smoke detector was taken apart, someone punched a hole in the bathroom door. when I asked for a refund the staff said "No fuckin way you will get your money back"
• Mable (5/5): It wasn't bad, but I definitely wouldn't recommend it for a long stay. - When we complained about our first room, the manager made sure to get us into a better room for the remainder of our stay. The bed was decent. The first room they put us in had a broken latch and blood stains in the bathroom. We had to wait for management to come in the next morning before we could get the situation resolved.

• Roxana (5/5): It sucked - It was close to my sister that’s about it Where can we start Upon arrival we booked a king size bed and got two full beds The attendant had us waiting for 20 mins before acknowledging that we was there waiting while he was on the cell phone talking The bed sheets had blood on them And they didn’t cover the whole bed not that I wanted blood stains sheet on the bed anyways but still cover the mattress There was no towels or anything Advertising the room had microwave and fridge but there wasn’t any in the room we had The phone in the room was just for decoration The air conditioning unit did not work and the tub was stopped up Do not recommend

• Verified traveler (6/5): - Overall was an okay experience. Nothing bad but nothing exceptional either. Serves its purpose as a place to sleep. It’s quite and you are left alone.
• Tu (4/5): These hotel people are bullies. If you like Pizzas - Young staff were friendly. There’s this guy that acted very aggressively and harassing. Both owners or managers were extremely rude. I only recommend staying here if you like good pizzas (BOLI pizza). If you don’t like pizzas or don’t have pets, then choose Sleep Inn or Quality Inn.
• Rita (1/5): HORRIBLE !! - The entire property is dirty and run down. We requested a non-smoking room because I am asthmatic. The door of the room stated that it was non-smoking but when we opened the door it smelled so strongly of cigarette smoke that I was immediately wheezing and Ill. My husband turned on the AC left the door open for outside air and also turned on the fan in the bathroom. We were trying our best to eliminate the odors. We called the front desk and we were told that the only alternative room would be upstairs. This is a facility with no elevator and my husband is disabled unable to climb the stairs and certainly neither one of us could carry our suitcases upstairs. So that was really not an option for us. I asked for a refund and I was told no way. Then I got on my computer to find us a different hotel and as soon as I was able to locate and reserve an alternate hotel I notified the front desk that we were leaving and that I want a refund that we would not be staying there. We were told there would be no refund. I have already notified my credit card company to not pay this bill. Unfortunately it will be paid but I will contest it and I will get a refund. This was the stinkiest smelliest filthiest motel I have ever been in. I do not understand why they would fight me on getting a refund. We did not stay there, not even one night. The manager was rude and demanded that because we had entered the room we owed him the full cost. We only stayed in the room long enough to attempt to get rid of the odor and to find an alternate location. Meanwhile this room made me ill. We had arrived by Uber. If we had our own car we could have left faster but we had to wait. And by the way it was storming and pouring rain so we could not just wait outside.
• Stephanie (1/5): Nope don’t book it. - It was dirty, the shower rod was loose and about to fall. The TV remote did not work the TV, you could smell cigarette smoke and weed. The blankets and sheets had stains and cigarette burns, but it was a non-smoking facility. We do travel sports so I’m all about staying at a cheap hotel just to sleep, but this was bad. Would not recommend.

The old guy at the front desk doesn't speak good English and you're in a little room with a window trying to communicate with an ice machine behind you through glass to someone who doesn't understand English. Other than that, loved it here

• Christopher (4/5): disappointing. - it was the cheapest. the hot water was functional as well as the room heater. the only towel in the room was wet. there was no refrigerator. checkin took forever even though there was hardly any business.

• Jonathan (8/5): - The daytime office lady was very nice and she made sure I got the room even though I was a few hours earlier than the check in time. She even asked the housekeeper to make sure it was clean so I could get some sleep before I left for work a few hours later.
• Kyra (9/5): Superb - Quick & easy check in was great after a long drive. The bed was very confortable; facilities very clean. I will def stay again. The only slight issue was WIFI. I could not connect my whole stay. As someone who uploads for a living, def need that upgraded for hotel.

• Stephen (2/5): Very sad - Every room I had was broke up. Somehow holes in the doors write in on the lights bathtub tub. Back to the toilet, no phone call for the phone. But somehow when I reported it, it was my fault. The only good thing about this location was joy. She was very helpful. And accommodating to all the problems we had. She was the only one that came to check on the problems. Every room had holes in the blankets. My very last room have blood on the sheets, but they claim they washed the sheets with no smell of detergent. Poorly kept but if you're in a bind, it's a cheap spot to stay.

• Saul (6/5): - Your staff didn't make me feel welcome, at check-in and at checkout they didn't allow me into the lobby, minimal words were spoken, they behaved as though they were vending machines.
• Mel (4/5): Disappointing - The location was easy to access, easy check-in. A pipe under the sink was loose, allowing water to spray all over my feet. The (non-smoking specifically) room reeked of cigarettes, and someone burnt small round holes in the sheet. The key card quit working, and we needed a new one just to check out.
