- ana (10/5): El paraíso en Los Dolomitas - Todo! Está decorado con mucho gusto y la zona de relax es fantástica. El personal es muy amable. Fuimos en familia y nos sentimos como en casa. Si tu habitación está junto a la piscinas puedes tener el ruido de la puerta de la gente accediendo a ella. Creo que tendría fácil arreglo.

La cameriera però non ci ha rifatto la camera perché aveva paura del cane e il costo ci è stato addebitato ugualmente.

- Madlaina (10/5): Sehr schönes, stylisches Hotel mit ausgezeichnetem Frühstück und perfekter Lage direkt bei der Bahn. - Sehr schönes Hotel, sehr stylisch eingerichtet. Sehr gutes Frühstück und eine geniale Lage zum Skifahren – zu Fuss ist man gleich bei der Bahn. Der Pool ist wunderschön, jedoch etwas klein, wenn nach dem Skifahren alle noch in den Wellnessbereich möchten. Dafür gibt es eine tolle grosse Sauna und einen schönen Ruheraum.

- Chris (10/5): Παρά πολύ καλή - Το πρωινό ήταν απίστευτο, το προσωπικό πολύ ευχάριστο και βοηθητικό, το δωμάτιο πολύ άνετο και ζεστό και η συνολική εμπειρία ήταν πολύ καλή! Είχαμε μια πολύ κακή εμπειρία σε ένα από τα εστιατόρια του ξενοδοχείου, την δεύτερη φορά που επισκευθήκαμε ένα από τα εστιατόρια το κρέας που παραγγείλαμε ζητήσαμε να είναι μέτρια ψημένο, ωστόσο το κρέας που ήρθε ήταν ωμό, αφού είδαν οι ίδιοι οι σερβιτόροι ότι δεν ήταν καλό ρώτησαν να το βάλουν να ψηθεί λίγο ακόμα,αφού πήραν το πιάτο το έφεραν μετά από δύο λεπτά και ήταν πάλι άψητο, μας ζήτησαν συγνώμη για το γεγονός αλλά όταν ήρθε ο λογαριασμός το πιάτο ήταν στην τελική τιμή, και ρώτησα για πιο λόγο δεν αφαιρέθηκε από τον λογαριασμό μου είπαν ότι ο μάνατζερ είπε ότι δεν υπήρχε λόγο να γίνε κάτι τέτοιο. Εν ολίγοις κάνανε μια αστεία έκπτωση από το πιάτο αντί να το αφαιρέσουν τελείως αφού δεν ήταν ούτε αυτό που ζητήσαμε ούτε το φάγαμε. Ο χειρισμός του μάνατζερ ήταν τραγικός, δεν θεωρώ ότι φταίει κανείς άλλος καθώς ούτε ο σεφ γιατί λάθη γίνονται. Αλλά ο μάνατζερ του ξενοδοχείου ή εστιατορίου δεν ξέρω ποιος ήταν υπεύθυνος γι αυτό το περιστατικό, ο χειρισμός του ήταν τραγικός.

- Dovilė (9/5): Overall great stay with amazing spa, we would like to come back. - Amazing spa facilities and views. The room was also very spacious and we also loved the heated floor in the bathroom. We came for skiing and hotel location was great, just a short 5 min walk from the main gondola. And we enjoyed the spa after busy slopes, especially water stream massage in the swimming pool was great to relax the muscles. The breakfast was also very good, especially the coffee. We think the beds were not the comfiest and then duvets were quite small. Soundproofing could have been better because you could hear the loud guests talking in the hallway or room doors being slammed.

- Hector (7/5): We enjoyed the hotel and would stay again. Going to the pool, wellness area and sauna after skiing felt great. Located c - It’s a very well run clean hotel. The building is modern and well thought out. There are ski lockers with boot driers at -1. It has an underground car park on a first come first serve basis, we always found a space. On the top floor (3) is the swimming pool, wellness area, steam room and sauna. We enjoyed them thoroughly with the provided slippers, robe and towels. The staff are very professional and pleasant. The basic buffet breakfast was very good and one could also order pancakes, eggs etc at no extra cost. The bar is very nice and pleasant to hang out in. Where the kettle and cups were placed there was no plug,so we had to move them into the bathroom. There is limited closet room, perhaps because we had an end room. The floor heating was set too high and it looked like it was already turned way down. It turned out that the bathroom needed to be set at 1 degree and the bedroom at -2 to make it cool enough to sleep comfortably. We only asked reception on our 3rd night (should have asked earlier).

- Innes (10/5): Classy hotel, perfect base for skiing the Sella Ronda - felt very pampered by the superb staff. - Classy hotel, perfect for skiing holidays - 4 mins walk to the main cable car for Ciampinoi, dry-room with personal lockers for ski gear (incl. heated boot-drying rack), sauna, steam room and small swimming pool with loungers, mountain views and free chilled juice, herbal teas and dried fruit snacks. Comfortable, quiet rooms, with extra towels and robes/slippers provided for pool trips. Large, excellent, breakfast selection and nice bar with plentiful seating areas for the evening.. Excellent, friendly, helpful staff (all with perfect English), right down to daily offering of various fruit slices (melon, kiwi, etc.) for those relaxing by the pool. Felt very pampered and relaxed after wonderful days of skiing the Sella Ronda. Nothing could have been better!

From the moment I arrived, the front desk was incredibly helpful and welcoming. Ranya at reception was especially kind and attentive. She made everything easy and was always happy to answer questions or help with plans. She also gave fantastic recommendations! The food was another highlight of the stay. Every meal was delicious, fresh, and clearly prepared with care. Compliments to Ivan, the chef, for consistently excellent dishes!! Dining there was something I genuinely looked forward to each day. Pasquale and Gioacchino, our waiters, made each meal so special. They are warm, friendly, and professional. They created such a comfortable atmosphere and made every meal feel special. Overall, it’s a fantastic hotel with great people who truly care about their guests. I would happily return and highly recommend it.

- Michael (10/5): - Ein sehr elegantes stilvolles Hotell in perfekter Lage zum Skifahren. Hervorragendes Frühstück mit hochwertigem Buffet und sowie À-la-carte-Gerichten, alles im Preis inbegriffen. Der exklusive Spa-Bereich überzeugt mit stilvollem Indoor-Pool, traumhafter Aussicht sowie einer finnischen Sauna und Dampfbad. Alles war sehr sauber, kleine Snacks und Getränke standen jederzeit bereit. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das äußerst freundliche und aufmerksame Personal, sei es an der Rezeption, beim Frühstück etc. – absolut empfehlenswert. Ab ca. 6 Uhr morgens wurde unter unserem Zimmer bereits fleißig mit Sesseln und Tischen gearbeitet (Frühstück) – unser Zimmer lag leider direkt darüber, weshalb wir das deutlich gehört haben und es uns ein paar Minuten Schlaf gekostet hat. Das dürfte aber eher der Zimmerlage geschuldet sein.
