Lacking of food options after 830pm within the perimeter of the hotel. Limited space for 3pax - if you’re going to do a lot of shopping, this is something you wanna consider.

Mit drei Koffern für drei Personen schon eine kleine Herausforderung. Sonst war alles sauber, das Personal freundlich und bis 23:00 Uhr konnte man im Restaurantbereich noch alkoholfreie Getränke sowie Wein kostenfrei trinken.

The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the selection of amenities was excellent. Communication with the staff was sometimes a little difficult due to the language barrier.

Im Frühstücksraum gibt es am Abend kostenlose Getränke und Instandnudeln gegen den kleinen Hunger. Sowohl ins Zentrum als auch in die am Abend angesagten Viertel sind es nur 2 Stationen mit der Metro. Die Doppelzimmer sind relativ klein. Ein Upgrade auf größere Zimmer aber meistens möglich.

The hotel was very clean, modern, and comfortable, and the atmosphere was so relaxing. The staff was kind and helpful during our whole stay. We also loved the location because it was very close to the station, which made it super easy to explore Osaka. The view from the room was beautiful, especially at night. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and really enjoyed staying here. The only small issue was that the room felt a little small for three people with large luggage. It was a bit difficult to fully open our suitcases and move around comfortably, but everything else was excellent.

- SABRI (8/5): - Die Lage war super praktisch, das Zimmer sauber und die Betten bequem. Gepäckaufbewahrung möglich am Check in und Check Out Tag. Das Zimmer war etwas klein, was aber häufig in Japan zu erwarten ist. Frühstücksangebot etwas teuer.

Miło, że w lobby hotelowym od godziny 12-23:00 można było skorzystać za darmo z kawy, herbaty, zimnych napoi oraz wina. Od 20:00 były też cup nuddles. Pokój dość mały więc ciężko było zorganizować miejsce na duże walizki. Oczywiście brak jakiejś szafy ale to już standard w Tokio.
- Malvan (10/5): - Incredible location, just a very short walk from convenience stores and Honmachi Station, which was just a few stops from areas like Namba, Dotonbori, and Umeda. The room I stayed in was very clean, the cleaning staff are very diligent! I stayed here for 7 nights and I was able to explore Osaka very thoroughly, and coming back to this hotel on each night felt like an actual homecoming. The hotel has a very “clean”vibe for those who are superstitious like me. My partner and I stayed here for a whole week without feeling anything weird. From the location, to the reception, to the lifts, and finally to the hallways and rooms, everything felt very clean and modern. The lounge area is a huge plus too with drinks and amenities like board games and manga up till 11PM. A facility like a small gym with some treadmills and weights would be nice.

- Luis (7/5): Overall it was an unsatisfactory stay; will not stay in this hotel again most probably. - Good location and a place to relax in the evening , and free coffee and tea provided They did not allow me to buy their coffee in their restaurant if I was not going to have breakfast. I had left over food also that needed to be heated in the microwave oven in the morning and staff refused to allow me to do it…..they need to re focus on the customer and not so much in their burocrátic silly rules.

La qualité d'accueil et le personnel Le matin, on ne peut pas se poser dans la salle commune si on ne prend pas le petit déjeuner, Un peu cher par rapport à la modernisation et prestation de la chambre, Un peu poussiéreux, on a bougé le lit et la moquette aurait nécessité un peu plus d'entretien

W pokoju ekspres kapsułkowy, czajnik, suszarka, zestaw kosmetyków. Pomocna obsługa, dobry kontakt w języku angielskim. Brak dostępu do Netflixa.
- Samuel (6/5): Fine for a night if you're planning to be out all day - but otherwise too small to be usable - The hotel breakfast was great, and the communal area downstairs was useful. It was fairly well located for subway lines. It was far too small for our family of 4! The vast majority of photos on the website show their 'premium' rooms on the two highest floors, but there is only one image of the standard family room. Once the two futons were laid out for the children to sleep on, there was zero space for anyone to move about. The main bed for adults had to be entered from the foot end, with no space either side. The room had a single chair, and one small side table. Like many Japanese hotels, they request no shoes on in the room - which is fine, but the door opened over the 1m2 space where you could remove/put on shoes, which meant every time we left or returned we had to leave one at a time and wait in the hall. And the only light switches were located on the main bed-head, so if you had switched everything off when you left in the morning, you have to fumble your way through the room, over the futons and climb up onto the bed to switch anything on. We also found the futon-style mattresses too firm for our families taste. If we'd been staying more than three nights, I think we'd have needed to change hotels.
- HEEKYU (10/5): - 혼마치역은 난바역과 우메다역 중간에 위치해서 어디로 이동하든 편리했음. 혼마치역과 호텔은 도보 5분거리라 일정 마치고 돌아올때 너무너무 좋았음. 1층 레스토랑에서 오후부터 간단한 차와 음료 그리고 컵라면을 무료로 이용할 수 있으며 내가 머문 층에는 음수대와 전자레인지가 있어서 이용하기 편리함. 객실은 청결하고 관리가 잘 되어있음.

- Rebecca (5/5): - Okay location Drinks in the lobby were included in the room, I went to get a “free coffee” one morning and I was told off by one of the staff in front of numerous guests that were having breakfast. I was told I can’t have free coffee until 11:30am which I didn’t know. It was very embarrassing.

- КБнавсегда! (9/5): отличная локация на 2-3 дня в Осаке - прекрасное расположение, очень близко к метро и магазинам. чисто и комфортно, в номере есть все необходимо даже переходник для зарядки телефона завтрак очень скудный. в остальном замечаний нет

Brokastis ļoti gardas, japāņu ēdiena un rietumu ēdienu apvienojums, brokastu vieta ar lieliem plašiem logiem. Numuriņš bija ar skatu uz pretējo māju, nebija skata. Futona tipa gultas ir diezgan pacietas, ja neesi radis uz tādam gulēt.

Aanbod voelt Klein aan maar snel Angeles ( komt ten goede van de versheid) Koffie Zwart was goed Cappuccino was eerder een latte. Goed op smaak maar geen cappuccino Heel goed geslapen. Kussens met een laagje kersenpitten - Mooi detail🫶🏼 Voor een superior suite had ik eigenlijk iets meer bewegingsruimte verwacht bij de kamer ingang. Met z’n vieren vertrekken en Schoenen aantrekken was een krappe bedoening Leerpunt: Iets meer toeristische info/ kennis bij de receptie is wenselijk/ nice to have- de receptie is daarentegen is heel klantvriendelijk en behulpzaam

- yuki (8/5): - フロントの方や、お掃除の方（日本語がお上手な外国の方）がとても親切で良かったです。 4月下旬とは思えないくらい寒い気温でしたので、ホテルに帰って来た時サービスのカップ麺がとても有り難かったです。 家族4人で宿泊させていただきましたが、もう少し大きめなテーブルがあればいいな〜と思いました。
