Brudna poplamiona kołdra która powinna być utylizowana a nie włożona do poszwy. Szare sztywne ręczniki przypominające szmaty. Od dawna niemalowane pomieszczenie, brudna z zaciekami kuchenka, brak odpowiedniego stołu do spożywania posiłków. Łazienka ciasna, podajnik mydła nad umywalką zajmuje tyle miejsce że nawet twarzy niemożna była umyć bez polewanie wodą podłogę którą było za każdym razem wycierać. Mop do sprzątania brudny ze właściwie sprzątania nie dało rezultatów. Podstawa prysznica śliska, niebezpieczna. Brak jakiegokolwiek uchwytu do trzymania. Akcesoria kuchenne zużyte, tępe. Ręcznik kuchenny również przypomniał szmatę. Niedostępny śmietnik na zewnątrz budynku. Brudne nie myte okna. Otoczenie przed posesja zaśmiecona, brudno. Najgorsza kwatera jakiegokolwiek wynajmowałem. Widać że wygoda gości u tego wynajemca jest na dalszym planie. Tylko się liczy zarobek bez inwestycji w jakości i komfortu obiektu. Nie polecam tej kwatery i uważam że nie powinna być operowana w Booking.com.

• Susan (6/5): Good location, shame it wasn't clean - Owners sent detailed information on how to get there, parking, entry, WiFi etc, which was really helpful. Owners quick to respond to concerns regarding the property and it is hoped that most of these concerns will not be an issue moving forward although, not clear what would be done about tbe layout. Owners were prepared to move us had they known the concerns. Well equipped with washer/dryer,, cooker, fridge and microwave. Plenty of information in the apartment to understand how to work equipment where needed. Good location for what we needed. The apartment needs a good scrub, the floors were filthy. The tricky bits of the bathroom needed a good clean. Cutlery was dirty and we needed to wash it before using it and, there wasn't enough for two people. There's a smell of urine from the bathroom, faint but it's there. The duvet was filthy as were the cover and pillow cases. I don't believe the bedding was fresh for new guests. Towels were cheap. The cupboards above the bed are crazy, and lots of bumped heads due to them! The apartment layout is inconvenient with the spilt kitchen been extremely difficult to navigate. The bathroom sink to almost unusable due to how compacted the bathroom is. There were locks on storage, does not give a welcoming feel.

• Jane H (8/5): Leeds accommodation - Great accommodation, free parking at the back of the property. Goòd size room, with a fully fitted kitchen if you want to cook. Great communication with hosts. Close to the main road and we had a room on the first floor facing the road so a bit noisy. Didn't realise how far put it was, so we had to cab it in & out of town.

• Mark (10/5): I was a little unsure upon first arrival but became increasingly comfortable and positive throughout - I was a little unsure about the location at first but I was pleasantly surprised by the convenience, comfort but most of all the ameneties. It was very important for me to have laundry facilities for this trip and this is something I don't always expect to find but found them to be excellent and just what I needed, actually exceeded my expectations. As mentioned, the area was not what I expected and at first I was a little put off. However, I quickly overcame that concern given the high standard of the property, how well it is clearly maintained and the abundance of ameneties. Certainly this s very good value for money

Overall it was a comfortable place to stay, it was quiet, safe, I was sent clear instructions of how to the property safely, it serves its purpose! I will definitely stay again in the future.

The place came fully equipped with cookers, washers, and even all the cooking facilities you could possibly need, making it feel just like home from the moment I arrived. What really made the stay special were the owners – they were out of this world! So easy to get on with, friendly, and always ready for a chat. Their hospitality was top-notch and genuinely made the experience unforgettable. I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to come back here again and would highly recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay. Truly a delightful find!

• Luke (10/5): Super stay - Hey there! I just had to share my recent experience at this absolutely wonderful apartment I stayed at. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated, offering all the modern comforts you could wish for. The bed was incredibly comfy, guaranteeing a great night’s sleep after a long day of exploring. What really stood out was the attention to detail – from the luxurious toiletries to the thoughtful little touches that made my stay extra special. The breakfast spread was delightful , Location-wise, it was perfect – conveniently close to key attractions but still peaceful and quiet. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a blend of comfort, excellent service, and that homely feel. Definitely planning to return on my next trip!

• Shamylea (6/5): Disappointing but did the job - Great instructions to get the keys! My son and I are walking from London to Edinburgh and spent 2 nights here. The property was dirty and there were cobwebs everywhere. A slug came up from the drain in the shower. Lots of spiders! The door didn’t feel safe. There should be a bolt or chain lock on the inside. It was great having a full kitchen but would’ve been nice to at least have some tea bags. I’ve been to self catering places before that leave tea, coffee, sugar and sometimes a nice welcome treat like a cake or scones. Cake/sweet treat is above and beyond but teas and coffee is an easy standard to meet and very helpful. As we are travelling light buying a jar of coffee for 2 nights would mean having to leave it behind

• Shubham (2/5): - Horrible place, nothing is clean there were bugs. My asthma increased and had to start taking my inhaler. This is one of the worst place possible. I would recommend everyone to refrain from this. Trust me there are other better places this one isnt worth your money.

Simple measures to sort cleanliness and creaky bed would of made it a good stay x - Location central to where I needed to be, cost for two night was reasonable. Bed creaked everytime I moved. Floor was filthy, debris all over it, so much so socks/feet when walking in there got covered in debris. Long black hairs everywhere, bed, floor and bathroom.

• Daniel (5/5): Passable - Easy to find and access. Not as advertised - was not separate rooms, and I would not describe that as bathroom. Rooms were not particularly clean with mould in various places, including the shower.
• George (9/5): Excellent value for money will use again. - It was self contained and every single thing I needed for my stay was supplied. Being on a major road the parking to the front of the property was confusing however when I contacted the owners they responded instantly with directions to the rear of the property with all the instructions on how to gain entry. To the rear of the property there was ample parking and after walking back round to the front of the property I managed to gain entry after several attempts at the rear being unsuccessful. That was the only issue I had I was tired and after the 5 hour drive I was getting frustrated with myself not reading the instructions clearly.

Didnt use the TV. Recommended to anyone. Nothing much. The floor could have been cleaned a bit more.

The top floor apartment was excellent, big and comfortable with a well-equipped kitchen, including full oven with 4 rings on top. The second floor apartment was smaller and the kitchen was less well-equipped. The bathrooms were not en-suite, but were located nearby, outside the bed-sitting rooms.

• Alkali (1/5): Bad Accommodation 👎 - The good side is that the counters, the microwave, the toilet, the bathroom are all very clean. Almost nothing likable. The room was very dirty. The sofa is unusable it is filthy, disgustingly dirty. The bedsheets were not changed after the last guest. For guests to re use the same bedsheets can post health risks. The floor is so dirty, I had to mup it.

• Kieran (5/5): I would realistically like to speak to a CS agent. - Really nice location, with shops and public transportation all very close Room was unlocked before arrival so anyone could have been in the room. Tv channels were not on tv. Had to ring partner to help. Between 12-4 on the final night an alarm kept ringing from the intercoms and therefore it just ruined the final night as I had to leave.

• William (6/5): Cozy studio apartment with some rustic features. - It was an entire studio apartment. Included Stove AC Tv Fridge Washer/dryer Lighting was good during the day. The instructions were super clear, price was fantastic for a micro apartment. If you use the room for just sleeping and to store souvenirs it's great. You ever want to live like Charlie Bucket from Willy Wonka? This is the place. The bathroom was a plumbers nightmare and made the whole place smell...off. Shower will either freeze you or burn you. Bed was a v shape. Lighting at night was funky but worked. Remember the price.

• Savannah (3/5): not worth the money and dangerous for fire hazards. - They have tried to blame a window been broken as our fault the window was broken when we arrived. We tried to open it and it wouldn’t so I shut it nothing was pulled off like they claim. Which means this place is a fire hazard and no air can be brought into the room. The staff also stole from us. They told us we could pick up are sandals we left and then they never told us where to pick them up.

The room wasn't pleasant at all, we just managed it for the two nights. The sofa, mattress and the cover was dirty. There were lot of things that should have been stored away in a storage that were in the room which makes the room congested. It all looks like the room wasn't prepared for our arrival. Although I called Quality Accommodation, he apologised but put the blame on the cleaner. He came over and turned the mattress and changed the bed covers but couldn't do anything with the things that makes the room congested. The entrance to the building wasn't great. The room can do with a proper tidy up and proper cleaning. The fire alarm went off on the morning of our last day of staying (we don't know what set it off), we had to dash out of the building. The person in the room next to us came out and reset the alarm. We called Quality Accommodation, He said he will come down to check. I am NOT going to book or stay with Quality Accommodation again.

Appartment was clean and had everything I needed. Nice little apartment in a busy area, with a supermarket, convenience shop and a few takeaways within a 5 minute walk. Bus stop just outside. Would book again.

The host provided incredibly detailed check-in information, making the arrival process smooth and stress-free. The bed was super comfortable, and the Wi-Fi was excellent. I was pleasantly surprised by how well-equipped the space was, with plenty of appliances that made my stay feel very convenient. For everything included, the price was definitely very reasonable. The location is a bit out of the city center, about a 35-minute walk, but good public transport options nearby made it relatively easy to get around. The bathroom could benefit from a little extra attention to cleanliness, but it didn’t detract from my overall experience. Being in the basement, the room was a bit chilly, especially in the evenings, and it was slightly noisy due to the busy road outside. But overall, it’s a great option if you’re looking for a comfortable, well-connected place to stay with all the essentials!

To get to the room you had to go down some really steep steps, we hadn’t even been there for five minutes and we saw a mouse go running across the floor, let the owner know and he came down to help and went out to get supplies, I managed to catch the mouse in this time and he took him and took care of him and told us he would work out some kind of partial refund for us, after no contact from him for weeks I sent him a message a few weeks ago and have heard nothing back. Aside from that the door on the bathroom didn’t work properly and the place was really dirty with spiders in the corners and on the bed above the ceiling.
• Peace (9/5): I absolutely enjoyed my stay, it was so easy to get to where I needed to go and they were shops around to get everything - I like the fact that everything was in the room. The studio setting perfectly suited my needs and I also like how close it is to the city with different bus options to get to the city centre. It’s about 10-15 mins away from the city centre The only thing I didn’t like was the stench from the toilet but I’m guessing it’s because there is no ventilation or extractor either
• Anayis (8/5): Everything good, very responsive host - It had all necessary appliances including washing machine, crockery, washing up liquid & sponge, very clear instructions on how to enter the property and very responsive host. Also, got a free upgrade because a bigger studio was empty, was very kind of the host. Might be obvious to some, especially considering the price, but I would definitely suggest bringing slippers to move around in, as the floor clearly gets a lot of traffic from the outdoors and is a bit shabby. Importantly, the bed and sheets seemed clean and comfortable. The shower worked well, it struggled to drain a bit, but nothing serious. The window blocked out the sound of the main road super well. First impression was the area was a bit dodgy, but once inside, was all good and felt secure. 2 minute walk from the bus stop to the front door was very convenient. Would definitely consider staying again. Nothing
• Amanda (9/5): Neat, tidy and close to public transport. - There was an issue with electrical outlets losing power one day, but Paul was extremely helpful and had it fixed straight away. He was also very helpful with the check in process.
• Samuel (10/5): Great location in Leeds - Absolutely fantastic location for a stay in Leeds. Hosts are always available to attend to any concerts
• Emsley (1/5): Don’t bother wasting your money - Nothing The second day I stayed my room had no electricity all day, I tried to contact the owner and had no response and got told I didn’t try ring him, I then got woken up the next day to him banging on the door telling me to get out videoing me and shouting abuse would not recommend unless you want to sit in the cold and dark all night and then get woken up and getting recorded with the owner shouting abuse.
• Christina (9/5): It had everything I needed, in an ideal location. - Very quiet and private place; all the facilities such as microwave, hot plate, fridge, tv, fan, shower, bath, utensils etc.; walking distance to city centre about 25-30 minutes; dock to charge electronics; proximity to a variety of shops to get groceries; easy to get in and out of the building. The bed was a bit on the rickety side, every time I sat on it or turned around in it there was quite a lot of creaking. The steps leading up to the unit could do with a hoover. But honestly those are minor things, I would stay there again if I needed a place in Leeds :-)
• Ahmaad (5/5): Basement room not recommend - It has all the necessity Room had really bad smell especially the couch had a piss smell. Water pipes are exposed and going straight behind the bed which resulted in a bad smells.
• Anne-marie (5/5): Value for money - The equipment provided was in good condition. The room was a reasonable size. The landlord responded very quickly to requests and was very helpful. Parking was easy. The room was reasonably quiet when the window was closed. There was a lot of traffic noise, especially in the rush hours, when the window was open. Closed, it was ok and did not disturb my sleep. There was a smell from the toilet macerator unit which meant the window needed to be open a lot.

• Reece (5/5): Good for what we needed but a little TLC and you’ll have somewhere really good! - Great communication from the hosts and clear instructions on checking in/out. Bed was actually really comfy. Location perfect with easy transport options. I like to see the best in everything but I must admit the rooms were filthy. Odd smell when you walk in, dust on skirting boards, blinds, floor, and furniture nearly 1cm thick. There was a damp rogue sock on the kitchen floor when we arrived which made me then notice the state of the kitchen. Lots of cob webs and dried up nose greens on the walls. The general condition and appearance of the building needs some TLC. It wasn’t a bad stay by all means but we were a little shocked after seeing the photos (which is looks nothing like in person). Since you have everything you could possibly need in that room, you’d be able to charge so much more by giving it a good scrub on a regular basis and spending money on renovations.

• Shelden (7/5): Basic and clean value for money - The hosts communicated really well via WhatsApp. Appreciated having some simple cooking facilities and small refrigerator. The bathroom was just next door to the room but completely private. Many of the finishes in the bathroom were rather average. The bathroom sink had a very impressive crack all the way around. I was concerned that it would break if leaned on.
• Michael (8/5): Very good - The accommodation was fine, the bed comfortable and the cooking facilities very good. (I can't really rate the staff as l didn't see any!). The floor could have been a bit cleaner and l had a bit of trouble operating the shower
