- Mei Kei (7/5): Room for improvement - The positive were the staff and location, special shout out to Putueka who was warm, kind and helpful on our final day of stay. The pool was clean and our room was spacious. There is much room for improvement, our room had mould spores on the ceiling, rusted taps, and general uncleanliness. Even when our room was cleaned, bedsheets remained unchanged for 5 nights and had stains from the beginning of our stay, much like the all of the towels at the hotel. The air conditioner in our room felt dusty and caused dry cough/sore throat after a few days. Chipped tiles in the pool which can be a hazard and just dated, general wear and tear around the resort. From my understanding, the same company recently built some new villas over the road but they perhaps should invest money into the upkeep of Kubu GWK.

The pool was always clean. The water did not stay hot for long and had a bit of an eggy smell. Definitely not enough hot water to fill up the bath which was a shame.

Une belle piscine devant la chambre et donc une jolie vue. Un service restauration en chambre ou au restaurant impeccable : c'était excellent ! Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la possibilité de louer 1 scooter sur place, disponible facilement et immédiatement avec plusieurs puissances proposées. L'accueil de nos hôtes était agréable et très professionnel. Nous avons eu des difficultés à avoir de l'eau chaude dans la salle de bain mais nos hôtes ont tout fait pour répondre à notre difficulté au plus vite. La rue permettant l'accès à l'hébergement est très fréquentée d'où l'utilité de privilégier les déplacements en scooter. Le logement est cependant éloigné de cette rue et nous n'avons entendu aucun bruit de circulation pendant notre séjour.

- Eleonora (6/5): Nice location but villa needs a lot of maintenance - The properly is close to a mall and 10 minutes drive from the beach the staff is super nice and helpful The property is old and the villa where we stayed the 2 bedroom, the villa needs some serious maintenance as all the walls are cracked the upstairs has an open window which isn’t great as all the insect are coming in the villa literally all the insects !!! The ants are gigantic and one bite me to the point I had to take antibiotics for a week and they walk everywhere the bathroom the bed the floor !!! The kitchen is super tiny and only one stove top which for a family is really hard to manage! Despite all this we adapt and the staff did their best to fix the situation

You live in a very well kept and high standard bungalow, however it being totally isolated and in the middle of a mountain means you’ll find animal excrements in your terrace, outside bath, shower etc regularly.

Many flies in the room, especially during the night. Maybe can include a netting to drape it over the bed. Room does have a slight musty smell probably humidity and the infrastructure of the wood.

A shopping mall is conveniently located within walking distance, making it easy to pick up essentials or enjoy a bit of leisure time. The pool area is clean, well-maintained, and visually appealing. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort and convenience in a tranquil setting! Can't think of anything! This property offered a wonderfully refreshing and relaxing experience! Just a note of caution: For those planning to explore Uluwatu without a car, getting around can be a bit challenging. Most attractions, apart from Patung Garuda Wisnu Kencana (GWK Park), may not be within easy walking distance. So... be prepared to master mobility apps! ;-)

- Natasha (8/5): Clean, spacious, good pool area. Great for a pitstop pre or post flight. - Wonderful staff. Large spacious room perfect pre flight for sorting and packing. Set back from main road so quite quiet yet only a few minutes walk from shopping centre. Good wifi.
