• claude (3/5): מאכזבת - אין מים קרים במלון לשתיה . ציוד בלוא. חדרים קטנים . אין קפה בחדרים, ארוחת בוקר מקור חיצוני חדרים.
• shlomi (6/5): - ארוחת הבוקר הייתה מעולה המעלית הייתה מלוכלכת ומומלץ לשפר ריח אווירה בין המעלית לחדרים השטיח מלא כתמים ולא נעים לעין אבל בסך הכל מקום סביר למחיר

• Liliana (9/5): I have just found my hotel for my trips to Tiberias - Hotel located in the center of the city, walking distance to everything. I loved walking around the exhibition. The room was very pleasant and clean, with a lovely view of the sea and the mountains. In the morning there was quite a lot of street noise, but that is obviously not the hotel's problem.

• יונגר (7/5): טוב שיש אתכם👍❤ - ארוחת הבוקר והכל היה יחסית פשוט וטוב בהתאם למחיר בעונה זו של השנה בודאי שיש דברים שכדאי למלון לחדש כמו דלתות יפות וכו'. תודה רבה משהו מגרה לסיום הארוחה כמו פנקייק או עוגות גבינה אישיות
• Pirchit (10/5): מהממם - היה פשוט מהמם הכל היה בסדר ומתאים למחיר קרוב לכינרת ולאטרקציות נהננו מאוד השירות היה אדיב ניתן לשפר שצריך חדר לשומר מקום למזוודות זה יקל מאוד ולהוסיף לפחות מוקרם אחד בתפריט הבקר

• Jerry (9/5): - This hotel is an excellent value for its price. It is clean, quiet and full of historic information and artifacts. The rooms/beds were comfortable and the breakfast was tasty. The manager, Oren was approachable and helpful! I recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again. The front desk was not always staffed. This caused us a delay more than once.

• Ludmila (10/5): - We were surrounded by the atmosphere of old times because the museum of Donna Gracia. The furniture in the lobby and corridors was ancient and beautiful. The ceilling was high. There was a lot of air and space outdoors. The corridor on our floor is wide with picture paintings on the walls and with benches near the coffee tables. At the morning we had a nice breakfast. There were two coffee machines with different tastes and toast maker. The hotel is close to the embankment and situated in the old Tiberias.

• Lior & liat (10/5): - נסענו אם ובת מצוה לטיול ערכי בעקבות דונה גרציה. לקחנו לילה וסיור במוזיאון כולל תלבושות ברוח התקופה. המקום ייחודי בכך שזה ארוח בתוך מוזיאון! ממש חויה של תרבות המאה ה 16 והשראה של אשה דגולה ! המיקום של החדרים הסמוכים לשוק רועשים החל משעות הבוקר המוקדמות.

• david (1/5): ghastly experience ending with a 1000 sheckel parking fine- avoid - the unexpected entertainment provided by an energetic group the sneering young male receptionist who smirked when telling me there was no available parking at the hotel as it had all been sold to the travel agency on the top floor. the 3 disabled spaces close to the hotel were occupied by vehicles not displaying a valid badge and I received a ONE THOUSAND SHECKEL FINE for parking in the nearby car park despite having a valid disabled pass showing and located in a designated disabled space- avoid this place at all costs if you are unlucky enough to be travelling independently by car

• ציפי (7/5): מקום יפה במיוחד ויוצא דופן משאר המלונות. אך הקריורי בחוץ נורא! - המלון מהמם ביופיו והצוות מקסים והסיור עם אלעד העשיר אותנו המון . החדר החלון פנה לכיוון החוצה לכביש ששם היה צימר . עשו שירה בקריורי בקולי קולות במהלך כל היום והלילה עד השעות הקטנות . מאוד הפריע ולא הצלחנו לישון בכלל!!

• nily (5/5): - האיזורים הציבוריים יפים ומטופחים ומשרים אווירה של התקופה. המוזיאון מושקע ויש כתוביות ליד כל חפץ/תמונה החדרים מאוד בסיסיים ולא נעימים. קטנים ולא הכי נקיים. היינו בחדר שהחלון פונה לגג מלא קרי של יונים
