O café da manhã é maravilhoso, uma variedade de opções à lá carte. Nunca vi tanta variedade num cardápio de café da manhã. Eles ainda oferecem um lanche da tarde muito gostoso. Roupa de cama muito boa. Só tenho elogios a fazer ao hotel com um agradecimento especial aos motoristas Ivan e Adriano, sempre muito prestativos e educados e também à equipe do restaurante, especialmente o Vitor e o Rilei que nos atenderam com a maior simpatia e cortesia. O hotel conta com vários mimos muito legais aos hóspedes (drinks, pipoca, massagem). O chuveiro variava a temperatura e a pressão. Pegamos o transfer para a praia apenas uma vez e foram quase 40 minutos aguardando o motorista (tarefa difícil com um bebê junto). No dia do nosso check out, o café da manhã demorou 50 minutos para ser servido, mesas que chegaram depois eram servidas antes. Tivemos que comer rapidamente e arrumar tudo as pressas pois nosso transfer ja estava agendado.

Tem também pipoca e brigadeiro disponível durante todo o dia. A pousada conta com motorista disponível para levar o hóspede às praias. Isso está incluso na diária. Eles são muito atenciosos em presentear com um bolinho o hóspede aniversariante. Os colaboradores são muito simpáticos. Suíte linda e bem decorada, no maior estilo Trancoso. A suíte não foi minha melhor escolha. Ela é térrea e em local de passagem para a piscina e restaurante. Com as janelas abertas, todos têm uma visão total da suite, a porta principal fica de frente para o restaurante e a piscina. É uma porta de vidro. Cortinas sempre fechadas ou janelas fechadas. Então perde aquela sensação de estar em um quarto cercada de verde. Suíte Dora.

Staff did not talk english and did not even try, would just say “dont speak” and could even drop the phone call when we tried ordering room service. Pool was broken and again, because they did not even try to understand english - they just waved hands and did not fix it.

Lucas (1/5): Meu colar de ouro sumiu do meu quarto! - Não tinha cofre na minha acomodação e para minha surpresa, ao retornar da praia, percebi o quarto bastante limpo, mas meu colar havia sumido da mesa do meu quarto. A equipe do hotel foi totalmente apática em relação ao meu caso. É um total absurdo a falta de segurança para um valor de hospedagem tão alto. Um cofre deveria ser um item básico.

As fotos não espelham a realidade, terreno pequeno com um amontoado de quartos. Lugar muito barulhento, não parece a Bahia. Fuja do quarto número 4. Acordei com barulho de ônibus e carros. Não pague adiantado como eu, pois pode perder dinheiro se você decidir não ficar. Aqui a Bahia não é bonita!

O restaurante carece de opções de refeições, incluindo típicas da região, mas o prato que escolhi estava bom. O quarto que me hospedei era amplo e confortáveis com bela cama e ducha, toalha de praia disponíveis e frigobar abastecido. Os funcionários são muito prestativos e educados, deixo inclusive os parabéns especiais para Tiago, Janderson e toda a recepção. Vale a pena. Não há o que na gostei.

Denize (10/5): Uma excelente opção bem próximo ao Quadrado - A pousada é agradável, funcionários atenciosos, café da manhã bem servido, piscina gostosa e localização ótima, pertinho do Quadrado. Eles possuem um 4x4 que nos leva e traz às praias mais próximas e nos dão dicas de vários serviços e restaurantes. Gostamos bastante. O blackout da cortina do quarto poderia vedar melhor e não deixar passar claridade.

Reis (9/5): Hotel bonito, com excelente localização e funcionários muito simpáticos - O hotel está muito bem localizado, cerca de 2 minutos a pé da entrada do quadrado. Os quartos e casa de banho são muito espaçosos e agradáveis. O pequeno almoço tem imensa variedade e é tudo excelente. Tem um serviço de transfer para as principais praias o que faz toda a diferença pois as praias ainda são distantes para ir a pé. A equipe é muito simpática e disponível. Os quartos tem pouca insonorização. Se temos o azar de ter hóspedes barulhentos, no quarto próximo do nosso, pode incomodar bastante. Acho que o hotel poderia dar aos hospedes um guia de conduta alertando para isso e para as pessoas terem cuidado com o barulho que fazem e com falar alto.

The staff did their best to help, resetting the system and even changing antennas twice to improve the connection. However, it was never completely reliable. Marcelo (9/5): I had a great stay. - Very well located property near Trancoso's Quadrado. The rooms are nicely decorated, very clean and the bed is super comfortable. The staff is very helpful and attentive to guest's needs. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. The breakfast is excellent. They offer a variety of fruit juices, omelets, breads, cakes and tapiocas. I highly recommend the suites with sea view.
