• Zoraima (4/5): El zulo - La ubicación y la terraza. El alojamiento era muy pero que muy pequeño. En las fotos parece otra cosa que ni tan siquiera se asemeja a la realidad. Tienes el baño pegado al cabecero de la cama y mismo al lado la ducha, no tiene ni puerta el baño. Por no hablar de que no hay ascensor, era un tercer piso y cuando llegas al segundo, las escaleras para subir se estrechan y apenas coges con la maleta. Si es una pareja la que lo alquila que tengan mucha pero que mucha confianza, porque no tienes intimidad ninguna. Es mas grande la terraza que el dormitorio.

• Luís Filipe Rodrigues (6/5): - O conceito de quarto e WC resulta bem. O facto de ter uma cozinha que se pode utilizar é excelente. Ter uma máquina de café no quarto é uma boa ideia. O quarto ficava voltado para as traseiras. A varanda do quarto, que não era acessível, tinha umas janelas velhas pousadas no chão. A cama, de solteiro, quando nos sentamos nela para ver televisão, torna-se desconfortável.

• SYLVIE (4/5): - petit déjeuner ok, acceuil du personnel ok la taille de la chambre,nous n'avons jamais vu une chambre aussi petite !!!! pas de place au sol pour ouvrir sa valise , pas de porte manteau pour défroisser ses vêtements !!! espace toilette et lavabo plus que restreint !!! rien pour pouvoir poser la trousse de toilette fuite de la douche sur le sol odeur de renfermé, pas moyen de laisser la chambre aérée balcon commun avec d'autres chambres, taille de chambre pas faite pour un séjour business !!

• Ryohei (5/5): 値段相応 - スタッフの対応が丁寧 部屋の窓が傾いて大きな隙間があり風の音などが大きく聞こえる。3階に宿泊したが、エレベーターがなく階段もかなり狭いので、部屋にたどり着くのに苦労する。部屋は値段相応の広さなので長期滞在は避けた方が良いです。

• Pieter (6/5): Eenvoudig maar voldoende - Locatie was lastig te vinden maar wel gunstig gelegen. Parkering vinden is een ramp. Kamer was zeer netjes. Ontbijt ruim, vers, en meer als voldoende. Betere indeling van kamer, meer plek voor bagage en kleding. Parkering.

Hier wurde an alles gedacht. Sehr zufriedenstellend Da am Abreisetag das Frühstück nicht mehr genutzt werden konnte, haben wir auf Anfrage ein leckeres Lunchpaket bekommen... Wir hatten ein Mietauto. Parkplätze mit etwas Suche immer vorhanden Kleiner Mangel, Waschbecken im Zimmer und die Toilette nur mit Schwingtür (oben und unten offen)

• Anastasia (8/5): - Πολύ καθαρό δωμάτιο, με καλό και καινούργιο εξοπλισμό. Σε πολύ ωραία τοποθεσία. Μικρό δωμάτιο. Η σκάλα για τον τρίτο όροφο είναι πολύ στενή και επικίνδυνη. Ειδικά όταν ανεβαίνει και κατεβαίνει κάνεις με βαλίτσες, ή σε περίπτωση αιφνίδιας εκκένωσης του κτηρίου.

• Claire (5/5): Passable. - The area was quiet yet easy to walk to public transport. The systems using what’s app for door and key holder codes was useful. It smelt terrible in the room of damp and mold. We heard everyone coming in and out of the front door, and in the dining area, especially when they were having breakfast. Also when people showered in the adjacent room it sounded worse than when we ourselves were using our own en-suite.

• Brandend (1/5): AVOID THIS PLACE, NOT WORTH IT. - To be honest not much, maybe the fact that it looked like a house... Messy communication, the place was falling into pieces, literally, a hair dryer almost falls on my head in the room, also the shower cap holder almost falls too, little space, don't get fooled by the pictures. My suitcases were moved without asking me and not even sending me a message... considering the whole communication was via whatsapp; they didn't know where they left them, I first was told they were in the room, then in the living room downstairs... a total MESS. I eventually didn't sleep there, just showered.

• Anderson (7/5): Good value for the price - Tudo ok, pressão do chuveiro muito boa, ar condicionado funciona e localização boa, da pra ir andando até I Pastel de Nata mais famoso, Mosteiro etc O anúncio é um pouco confuso pois esta mostrando fotos de outros quartos. “Triple room with shared bathroom” Não entendi porque chama “triplo” se no quarto tem 2 camas. O banheiro é do lado de fora e compartilhado com outros 2 quartos. As paredes são bem finas voce pode ouvir as pessoas do lado de fora conversando ou descendo as escadas.

• Jasmine (7/5): Cheap and compact - The views from the balcony were pretty good for the price that you’re paying. The area of the hotel is safe and quiet, a residential area that seems to have some student accommodation around. But overall peaceful. The room was clean and the mattress was comfortable. It’s true that the stairs to the top floor are narrower than standard and the room is compact. But you can see from the pictures that it’s like that. What I didn’t like though was the lack of information and hangers. We struggling to hang towels and clothes anywhere in the room as there were practically no hooks. In terms of communication, we received a text on the day with the entrance codes but nothing else about breakfast or checkout. Even after contacting the number. Some more communication would’ve been nice.

• MICHELE (8/5): - La struttura tranquilla e ragionevolmente ben situata per chi voglia privilegiare le zone dell' Universidade Lusíada, Alcântara, Belém e così via. Il tram 15E ferma nei pressi ed è molto comodo per raggiungere il centro. La stanza era molto piccola, ma tutto sommato simpatica, soprattutto in ragione della presenza di un terrazzo con vista sul Palacio de Ajuda. La scelta di una unica porta in vetro per chiudere alternativamente o la doccia o le toilettes è discutibile. Grave, invece, la mancanza di spazi e supporti per riporre e sistemare vestiti ed oggetti: non c'era nessun armadio né ganci per appendere. Solo due cassetti sotto il letto.

Quarto calmo e confortável apesar de ser pequeno. As escadas estreitas dificultam o acesso ao terceiro piso, o que não vi que tivesse sido comunicado no site.

• Clemens (7/5): Doppelzimmer reicht super für eine Person - Super Frühstück und super Ausblick in unserem Zimmer, da wir auf die Bridge geguckt haben für eine Person super mit kleinem Gepäck Zimmer sehr klein, fast kein Platz. Für den Koffer Koffer kriegt man fast nicht die Treppe rauf. Kein Lift

• R POIRIER (7/5): Service excellent, mais la chambre trop humide pour nous. - Les déjeuners et le service en général était vraiment excellent. L'arrivée s'est également bien passé. Le lit était confortable. On était relativement proche des transports (bus, tram) Le lieu était très humide et la chambre un peu délabré (ancien dégât d'eau probablement).

• Lebruman (10/5): 3 nuits confortables, agréables et en toute praticité - Nous avons apprécié la facilité d’échange ainsi que la réactivité du personnel par le biais de Whatsapp. Cela permet une arrivée et un départ autonome. Le léger problème en lien avec la porte du balcon a rapidement été réglé. À notre retour chaque soir, les lits étaient faits et tout était bien rangé ce qui est appréciable, en plus de la clim et des rideaux qui étaient installés pour plus de confort à notre retour. L’établissement est situé non loin des quais du Tage et à proximité d’une station de tram (moins de 5min à pieds), ce qui fait qu’il est extrêmement facile de rejoindre le centre ville ou toute autre destination. Enfin, le personnel présent lors du petit déjeuner (bon et bien fourni) était vraiment adorable : très gentil, très agréable, serviable et souriant. L’insonorisation des chambres représente à nos yeux le seul point faible. Nous étions sur le dernier pallier et nous entendions beaucoup les pas, les conversations et différents bruits pouvant avoir lieu dans le couloir ou les chambres d’à côté.
