ليلى (10/5): استمتعنا في هذا الفندق بصراحه 😍 - الغرف والمرافق والمسبح والاسره والحمامات ممتازه وهدوء مو طبيعي والتعامل جداً لطيف وناس محترمين جداً فرح وصايمه الكشميريه وابراهيم المطيري قمه في الذوق والأحترام ناس متعاونين حتى لما تطلب على طول يلبون طلبك وفيه جميع الخدمات في الفندق بس الموقع مو زين ..ولكن استمتعنا كثير وقضينا ويكند سعيد ولله الحمد وسوف تتكرر الزياره باذن الله بس اتمنى تنزلون السعر لانه غالي بالذات الي عنده عايله يبغى سويت او شقه وغير كذا الاطلاله ليست على البحر حتى يكون السعر عالي . لان الموقع 😞 الوصول له صعب الشوارع ضيقه ومتكسره ومتحفره

My confirmed reservation # 6537594481 was cancelled by the hotel despite informing them about my arrival time and date causing me significant inconvenience and financial impact in the amount of $746 for this specific reservation and the extra cost of trust between me and booking.com The cancellation was made unilaterally by the property, despite my booking being fully confirmed and without any breach of terms from my side. The lack of justification for this action is unacceptable, and I hold the hotel fully responsible for the financial damages and distress resulting from their conduct. I expect Booking.com to uphold the standards of reliability and consumer protection it guarantees to its customers. Therefore, I request the following actions to be taken immediately: 1. A full and prompt explanation from the hotel regarding the cancellation. 2. A complete refund of the $746 charged, without delay. 3. Appropriate action by Booking.com to ensure accountability for the hotel’s misconduct. RAYED (7/5): - الشقة واسعة النظافة مذكور إطلالة على البحر.. و لم أر البحر.. ممكن عشان الغيم.. لكن فعليا هو بعيد فعليا عن البحر يغتبر غالي بناء على مستوى الأثاث و الفندق الإصرار على طلب وديعة كاش عاف عليه الزمن.. يمكن حجز مبلغ من البطاقة الإئتمانية. الوصول إلى موقع الفندق سيء... تقريبا يوجد مدخل واحد يعتمد عليه للوصول للموقع.. الطرق الأخرى من قوقل لا يمكن الاعتماد عليها حيث توديك لطرق لا تسلكها السيارات الصغيرة المخاد غير مريحة للنومو الأثاث يحتاج جديد

They only clean it when it’s time to be used. The female receptionist is very impatient and a little rude
