- Hui (6/5): - Overall if needing a place to put a head down to sleep and no other place is available, this place will suffice. However, this place would not be my choice in the future due to the conditions of the room facility, limited breakfast, and no laundry facility as advertised. Room was dusty, bathroom drain did not drain well at all during showers and looked up to my ankles. I had to wipe down multiple weird brown spots around the walls doors, handles, table, chair. Entry carpet was not vacuumed. Positive, good supply of toiletries, water bottles, fresh eggs, bread.

- HYUN JOONG (6/5): 조식 좋습니다. 만족합니다 - 1. 발렛파킹된다는 글보았으나 직접넣으라는 안내받음 (다음날 조식때 다른사람에게는 발렛파킹해줌.) 나가는것도 직접운전해서 나감. 2. 화장실 휴지없음(침대옆 곽티슈만 있음) 3. 발코니 있어서 통풍이 잘되어 좋음. 4. 조식 다양하고 맛있음. 5. 3층이었다가 샤워기 고장으로 4층으로 이동했는데 수압차이가 많이 남. 6. 길거리 번화가라 창문을 닫아야 그나마 조용(04시까지 소음이 지속)

(예약 전 인원추가요금 확인 필요) - 광주에 일이 있어 출장겸 가족과 같이 왔어요. 방도 좋고 침대도 편하고 위치도 좋고 주차도 편하고 다 좋고요, 조식도 한식 양식 선택해서 먹을 수 있도록 잘 되어 있습니다. 방이 넓고 쾌적한 욕실, 그리고 조식이 아주 큰 장점입니다. 다만 주의하셔야 할 점은 추가 요금입니다. 누가 봐도 3인실(슈페리어 트윈룸, 더블1+싱글1)인데 2인 기준이라고해서 1명 몫을 더 냈어요. 좀 이해하기 힘들었습니다. (호텔스닷컴에는 안내가 안 되어 있어요.) 그래서 만 5세 아이 비용 15,000원 더 냈습니다. 성인 추가비용은 모르겠어요. 추가비용 꼭 확인하시고 예약하세요. 추가비용 외 부분은 정말 대만족입니다. 주말마다 아이와 여행을 다니는 편인데 아주 좋은 숙소였어요. 그래서 그런지 조식 먹을 때 가족단위 한국인, 외국인이 많았습니다. 편하게 식사했어요.

The building is clean and reasonably well maintained. The room was pretty clean. I have found staffs very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was pretty decent too. It is a great business hotel and I would definitely return to stay.
