• Ziey (5/5): - The housekeeping staff accidentally open the door using the staff card while myself (guest)is still in the room, staff should be more cautious of which room is occupied and it should not happen as it is violating a person privacy and shameful.

• Sam Manal (2/5): - I only like the location because it's right infront of the bus terminal. the female staff attitude at the reception counter was very bad, no proper communication, no smiling, and they seemed like they're forced to work! And very bad to have one shared bathroom for an entire floor! We're talking about over 10 rooms and one bathroom.

The room A/C is a lil slow in making the room coolness, maybe the room itslf has nt been rent for quite some time. I understands The room mini fridge coolness is slow in coolness, hve to monitor for an hour or two to have it coolness back. But i understands. Other than that, is ok.

• Stéphane (5/5): Bon emplacement pour le terminal de bus. Le reste est affreux - L'emplacement proche du terminal des bus, le personnel. Cet établissement cumule tous les problèmes possibles. Bruyant (route passante devant), sale (on a trouvé des cheveux dans les lits et il y avait des cafards), équipement abîmé (baignoire qui fuit et qui inonde la salle de bain), lits inconfortables (trop durs)...

• Herman (5/5): You get what you pay for - Short walk to Larkin Bus Terminal. That was why I booked this hotel and unfortunately that is the ONLY good point of this hotel. Shower is not separated from toilet by any partition or curtain. Out-dated furnishing. Pillows are super high, too high. Outside street paving is poor (local council’s fault, not hotel’s).

• Andri (1/5): It’s the first and the last time we ever stay in this hotel - The room is so small, the floor not properly clean since there is quite greasy because I assume the cleaning person were using mop that is not clean from oil. And very poor WiFi Connection because we stay for 3 night and the last day the WiFi is broken for almost 24 hours and making us having a hard time to booking another hotel and communicate in WhatsApp since we don’t buy Malaysian SIM card because we plan to stay mainly to rest at the hotel for the weekend.

• Majlam (8/5): 1 night stay - There is no lift even though it's just on 2nd floor. Just thinking for the elderly or customer with climbing stairs difficulties. Whilst sleeping at night, a baby roach climbed up the bed headboard. But room is totally clean and no dust.

• Danial (2/5): Unpleasant guests - Location was good for a night stay and value for money Staffs were friendly and kind and open for 24 hours Despite ‘24hours’ frontdesk , when we tried to call the number online , it was unavailable . This was due to too noisy guests from other room after past midnight . Truly unpleasant . Had to message and message their facebook and they replied after few hours . We didnt even had a good rest despite their average and good service
• Samsudin (1/5): Disappointing Stay & Poor Experience - Near Larkin Bus Terminal & access to meals/mini marts Toilet/Bathroom was micro-sized which created a very noisy sound when the lights of the toilet/bathroom was swithed on. Bidet for toilet was leaking & unfit for proper use. No toilet papers & need to be ask at reception counter. TV in room was non-operational at 7 am. Reception was unhelpful and just declare that the technician has not arrived yet. Pitied an elderly guest with a young grand daughter who request for help on this matter but faced same situation. Wall is not sound proof. Sleep was affected with car whose driver parked behind the hotel and let the high intensity engine for 2 hr (1 am to 3 am). Only able to sleep after 3 am & woke up at 5 am. Car wash outlet which was also behind the hotel contributed to the noises. Note: Kettle & Hair Dryer need to be requestee from the reception counter at first come forst serve badus due to stoxk limitation. Its not available in the room by default. Caution: Reception counter staff appears to be not well train or untrain in basic and fundamental of hospitality & customer centric service. The staff prefers to engage with their own colleagues even though the hotel guest/s are at the counter. My advice, "Stay at your own risk" and do explore alternative options if really required for location need to be at Larkin. Dont judge the illustrations and photos on the website which could mislead you.

• Nurhaslin (2/5): Very bad experience - Location is superb We had a few unpleasant counters during our stay in the hotel. 1) We were asleep when the dressing mirror suddenly exploded and broke into pieces. Hotel staff attended just to clean the mess up. Not even asking if we are ok or asked if anyone is hurt. Didn't apologize regarding the matter. We were not offered to change room and they acted as if nothing happened. 2) After they cleaned up the mess, we continued to sleep. A few hours later, I woke up and was on my phone. I heard the key card sensor alarm and somebody opened the door. Both of us screamed. Mind you it was around 10am when the incident happened. We informed the receptionist about the incident. It was the cleaning staff that opened the door. They didn't even bother to see us to explain why the door was open. Only said they mistook for another room. I told them even if it's a mistake, shouldnt they ring the bell or knock the door first to check if anyone is in the room. Furthermore the check out time was at 2pm. Why do they have to start cleaning at 10am. They should take note which room has already checked out. Again, nothing was done to resolve all this issues. Not asking for compensation but at least a proper apology to make up to all this. I'm never going to stay in this hotel anymore. Staffs are mostly unprofessional and take matters like this lightly.

Convenient for bus travellers resting a night or two before proceeding to next destination the next day. several restaurants and grocery stores nearby. I couldn't slowed down the fan. it seems to work only if you set the speed to level 3. This hotel doesn't have lift. so if you have huge and heavy luggage, please request for 1st floor room. the stairs are steep and has many steps.
