- Guillaume (7/5): Good location and facilities, get better stafd - The hotel is very central in a great location to enjoy Osaka, yet it's quite quiet and we slept very well. The rooms are small, but very comfortable and well equipped The staff, they didn't give us our breakfast coupons until we asked for them. The breakfast has a queue at peak times. Breakfast staff doesn't speak English or Japanese (!).

- Carsten (10/5): Great Value for your money - We arrived 1145 and could get an early check in for 1000Y. Worth it. Room was on 12th floor and ok size. Free WiFi, japanese TV and fridge. Room was clean and silent at night. In the lobby they offer fresh bread and coffe/tea 3 times a day and the breakfast was good and for both, Europeans and Asian. We quickly checked the Spa with the Sauna and it was all good and clean. Best value for your money and also in the popular part of the city close to Metro. Just Japanese TV, but wasn’t in Japan to Watch TV ;)

Nice amenities We stayed in a room on the second floor and there was a bit of a smell of cigarette smoke in our room which made us think whoever was in the room before us was a smoker. - YI LING (10/5): 整體感受是好的，CP值高。 - 飯店位置位於心齋橋商圈周邊，附近就有2大百貨：大丸DAIMARU跟PARCO，各大品牌、美妝藥妝，應有盡有，如果以購物來說非常方便，買完大包小包先扛回飯店放休息一下，再去吃東西非常愜意~ 交通方面不管是直達或轉車等各路線的搭配選擇不少，可以滿足各大景點需求(ex:京都、神戶) 整體而言是不錯，比較尷尬的是距離機場特快的南海難波駅，說遠不遠、說近不近，拉行李大概要走15分鐘左右(搭車大概可以省幾分鐘)，供參考。 電視可選的台數太少，只有地上波可看，BS跟CS都沒有，可惜在飯店耍廢時看不到更多日本當地的節目。

And, how clean, modern, and comfortable the room was - Location: I loved how it was very close to the shopping street and train station to go to places like Tsurumi Ryokuchi Park, Shin Osaka train station to take the bullet train for my next stop Hiroshima, and Tsutenkaku. I also loved how it was walkable to American Village which I wanted to check out. I loved how clean and modern looking the room was. For a hotel, that’s in a good location to everything, and rooms that are clean, comfortable, and modern looking. Plus, having a onsen. It’s really good value for what it’s priced per night. Tiny room, but that’s expected of hotels in the city.

- Tereza (7/5): - Super lokalita pro ty, kteří jedou do Osaky poprvé. Hotel je 5 minut od hlavní stanice Shinsaibashi a nákupní čtvrti. 10 minut od Dotonbori, kde to v noci žije. I tak byl pokoj tichý. Hotel má lázně, což bylo fajn. V okolí je plno restaurací, hospod atd. Hotel měl tři výtahy, takže jste se rychle dostali i do vyššího patra. Nábytek a vybavení pokoje bylo starší, ale úplně postačilo. Jen rolety na oknech byly v horším stavu. Nelíbilo se nám, že jsme každý den dostávali plno nového prádla - ručníky, utěrky, pantofle - i když jsme na dveře dávali upozornění, že úklid nechceme. Přišlo nám to jako plýtvání. Protože je lokalita tak populární a je v ní hodně turistů, občas bylo složitější rychle najít místo v restauraci, jednoduše proto, že všude bylo mnoho lidí, kteří také chtěli jíst. To ale nesouvisí přímo s hotelem, spíše jeho lokalitou.

- Anthony (7/5): A busy hotel in the heart of Osaka - A modern hotel with good facilities with free coffee and bread in the lobby in the afternoon. There is a smoking area outside at the rear of the property. The location is excellent, surrounded by good restaurants and close to the main shopping area. The laundry facilities were poorly maintained - the dryer was completely ineffective and we had to spend time at a local laundry outside the hotel to dry our clothes.

- Shahrzad (6/5): Good hotel but will not stay there again - Great location. I love that they give your fresh daily breads in afternoon to snack on for those who stay in the hotel. Super small, unable to unpack or pack. You had to put your suitcase on your bed, very unhygienic
- Alessandra (8/5): - Posizione eccezionale, vicinissima a piedi sia a fermata metro che a Dotonbori e Namba. Osaka stupenda! Qualche macchia sulla moquette in stanza e sulle tende, per il resto camera pulita, cambio biancheria e pulizia camera giornaliera (cosa non scontata in Giappone).

- Fara (10/5): Enjoyable opportunity to experience the Cherry Blossoms and other treasures of Japanese heritage and culture. - Staff were very helpful before and after check in. Breakfast was healthy and delicious with a wide variety. Lobby is small but expected.
