• bill (4/5): - Location was central to everything. Extreme noise from surrounding venues until 2 AM and later. I'm a sound sleeper but this was intolerable. Receptionist was crabby and gave me a smaller room than what I booked.

• Khalid (10/5): - Many thanks to the house keeping young woman Ms. Soo on the third floor # 301, she is an attentive, wonderful, friendly, accommodating and respectful young lady (helped me as an older man and never complained) and the house keeping in every floor (Ms. Maie was a good example of a nice smile anytime) and the reception people especially Mr. Boo (he will always be a good friend) and the night guy: Mr. Aie. Apologies for the name spelling and for the people I don't remember their names. You all make the hotel great. Just remember: heaven without good people is not heaven.

• russell (9/5): Clean hotel but nightlife might keep you awake if your a light sleeper - Very close to the beach and nightlife. Did get much sleep as my room was near the bars, but still a nice stay.

• Tony (1/5): Absolute advertising disgrace. ⁰ - Nothing The Bella Vista hotel is dirty. En Suite shower and toilet is filthy, full of black mould, ceiling is full of stains from previous leaks. Toilet seat dysfunctional. Wash hand basin and toilet were never cleaned. All in all a disgusting place. I COULD NOT MOVE HOTELS BECAUSE OF THE "NO REFUND POLICY ". I was mislead with the information I researched that I had done via BOOKING.COM. NEVER WILL I BOOK WITH THEM AGAIN.

Il faut aimer la musique et l' animation jusqu a 2 heures du matin 💪🙂. Pas d' eau chaude dans la douche après 7 h 30 du matin. A peine tiède avant. Rien de grave au final 🙃

• Светлана (3/5): - интерьер уютный очень, ОЧЕНЬ много тараканов мелких и огромных, даже учитывая тот факт что я жила на 8 этаже, постоянно держала балкон закрытым, СРАЗУ выносила весь мусор, не держала еду в номере. на балконе очень много мелких муравьев, это все ужасно портило мой комфорт. воду и туалетную бумагу не приносят, нужно спускаться просить самим.

• Piotr (10/5): Go for it - The location is the top prio. Nice trustworthy cleaning personal. Toiletries every day as well as room cleaning if needed. Spacious room with retro Samsung tv 😄 The place has all you need and around it. No disturbing neighbors. A bit loud if you want to sleep before 3AM. Hint: go to pharmacy and buy ear buds 😉
