- João Victor (4/5): Cama velha e travesseiro ruim - O quarto do hotel era bom, tivemos um up grade no quarto. O hotel não oferece muita infra estrutura, mas isso sem problemas, era a proposta. O problema é que a cama era terrível. Não era nivelada. Tinha a deformação do local onde as pessoas dormem e fazia barulho. O travesseiro era uma almofada grande e dura. Pedimos outro travesseiro após a primeira noite. Levou 2 dias para ser entregue.

- Marcel (2/5): Fehlbuchung - Die Buchung im Le Mandala war ein absoluter Fehler! Am Tag vor unserer Anreise wurden wir telefonisch informiert, dass dieses Hotel kein warmes Wasser habe und wir in ein anderes Hotel gehen müssten. Nach unserer Besichtigung des Hotels Le Mandala waren alle Türen verschlossen und ein Zettel wies darauf hin, dass man anrufen müsse! In unseren Augen stimmte alles nicht und wir hatten den Eindruck, dass das Hotel vielleicht aus finanziellen Gründen geschlossen war. Die Umquartierung in das andere Hotel La Ponche klappte nach harten Diskussionen. Wir hatten die Unterkunft ja bereits im Voraus bezahlt. Im La Ponche waren das Personal hilfsbereit und korrekt. Niemals würde ich mehr im Le Mandala buchen! Christian
- david (10/5): Séjour parfait dans un très joli cadre - Deuxième visite et toujours parfait ! Très bien situé et personnel très accueillant (l'ensemble du personnel : aussi bien l'acceuil de nuit comme de jour). Petit bémol : les chambres exposées au nord sont un peu fraîches.

- Katrina (10/5): - I want to give a special shoutout to the staff at Hotel Le Mandela, they were absolutely amazing and so nice to us. We weren’t able to speak French and they helped us with getting taxis and negotiating with drivers. They made our stay very comfortable and I highly recommend them for their generosity and kind services!! It was also a close 10 min walk to the city town and the hotel was very clean and comfortable.

- lindsey (8/5): - The hotel is very clean and the staff both friendly and helpful. Location is good. Just a 5 minute walk to the Place des Lices. Rooms are very nicely furnished. Only downside was the noise early in the morning from the traffic.

- andre (10/5): Great value and quality for St Tropez - Very stylish boutique hotel in every sense. Excellent parking spaces and our upgraded room was spacious and comfortable. Excellent value for St Tropez. The only slight negative is the location which doesn’t feel like St Tropez and is a 10 minute walk along a busy road but that’s reflected in the price and the accommodation and helpful staff and management make it worth it.

- Carlos (4/5): - El desayuno NO está disponible en el hotel si no se pide antes de las 8 pm del día anterior. Si usted llega a las 9 pm no podrá desayunar al día siguiente. Y para hacerlo deberá caminar hasta el puerto a unos 12 o 15 minutos. No hay ascensor para una habitación en el segundo piso. La mujer rubia que está en la recepción no ofrece ninguna ayuda.

That’s where all the restaurants and night life are at. The hotel is walking distance to everything. Had such a great time here. The staff at the front desk really made our stay, they were so warm and inviting and helped us with reservations in advance and during our stay, thank you!! The pool area is just magical, make sure to find the time to enjoy it. Just when the sun is setting the lights turn on and you can get some beautiful photos. The walk into town is nice and close, I managed to do it every night in heels. We stayed in a room with a terrace next to the pool, it was very spacious, modern, and very clean. We would highly recommend this hotel to all!

- Verified traveler (10/5): Amazing boutique hotel with fantastic staff - We stayed at Le Mandala for 4 nights as part of our honeymoon We got an upgrade to a pool side villa which was a lovely surprise and a bottle of chamagne as a welcome gift, very spoilt. At check in there is a little sign " come as guests, leave as friends' and this couldn't have been more true, The staff were so incredible it really made the stay perfect We loved everything about this hotel would highly recommend it We do suggest having a scooter or car as the transfers around St Tropez are ridiculously priced, you can walk in and out of town but its up a hill on the way home.
