Great staff and Martina was very welcoming on arrival and supportive of any requests. Lovely accommodation with great breakfast served to your room each day, high quality produce. All working there so friendly. Very little, all good. A couple of drawers in room would be helpful.

Tolles à-la-carte Frühstück mit sehr nettem Personal. Luxusproblemchen: die Musik am Pool; ständig die gleichen Lieder in Dauerschleife. Ich persönlich hätte darauf verzichten können, aber ich hab auch nichts gesagt: selbst schuld!
• Laurence (10/5): - Suite Junior avec Jacuzzi Tout était parfait. L'hôtel est à 7-8 minutes à pieds du centre ville d'Oia, magnifique ville d'où l'on peut voir le coucher du soleil. La route est étroite mais il y a un petit trottoir presque tout le long, aucun souci. Le personnel est d'une gentillesse incroyable, très à l'écoute et plein de bons conseils. Les petits déjeuners étaient incroyables ! Oeufs, fruits frais, pâtisseries, pain, yaourt grec... et toujours servis avec le sourire. Des chauffeurs disponibles à l'hôtel pour toutes les sorties, très gentils et souriants. Et pour terminer mention spéciale pour Matina à la réception, extraordinaire de gentillesse et très serviable. • Lara (10/5): Perfeita - A acomodação foi incrível, como Santorini é muito cheia de turistas ficar um pouco afastado é ideal para descansar um pouco, o hotel fica 800 metros de Oia, mas tem transfer. Antes mesmo da chegada me ligaram para ajudar com o transfer. Quarto espaçoso, limpo, funcionários gentis como não via a tempos, cafe da manhã delicioso com muita variedade e muito bem servido. Hotel com restaurante com comidas deliciosas, que podem ser servidas no quarto. Nos indicaram um restaurante em uma ilha vizinha, Qhera, foi uma indicação maravilhosa comida deliciosa, atendimento gentil e ilha sem multidão de turistas. Nosso checkout foi super cedo e a cozinha não estaria aberta ainda, nos enviaram um cafe especial na noite anterior, mto gentil.

• victoriarP5945EN (10/5): Peaceful hotel with friendly staff in a great location - The Myst Boutique hotel is ideally located close to Oia - a 15 minute walk uphill gets you there - but far enough away to be secluded and feel like an oasis from the crowds. The staff strike the right balance between friendliness and privacy, and little details like a whats app chat with reception really make the difference. It’s worth splashing out on a suite with a private hot tub if you can. We were lucky enough to see an amazing sunset from ours.

• Ashlyn (9/5): Another lovely stay - Beautiful hotel. It was our second time and we had a lovely stay. The rooms are lovely, private and comfortable. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The pool and lounge area are superb. Breakfast is included with your choice daily - you had all you could ask for! Transportation to other parts of the island are very expensive. We were a bit shocked when we got the bill. Even a close by area (we thought they said was free) was ridiculously expensive. I would not use the hotel transportation in the future, although the drivers were absolutely lovely. Amazing people but steep prices.

• petite11 (10/5): Great service from Demetrius! - The Myst is a beautiful hotel off the beaten track on Santorini. What made our stay wonderful was the fantastic service we received from Demetrius. From the moment we arrived he made us feel welcome and important. It was as if he knew what we needed or wanted before we even said anything. That is what we call great! Also, we had a terrific hot tub(that was kept hot) on our balcony with a view of the sea, which made our stay so nice!
• Ayodeji (9/5): The perfect hotel to spend a solo birthday trip. - The property was absolutely beautiful and very quiet which I loved. The location was great, as it was just a few minutes walk to Oia, however they had a little car service that took you there so I never had to make the journey by foot. The staff were incredible! I’ve never stayed anywhere where everyone was so friendly and they made my solo birthday trip feel really special, it was like travelling with friends. They had great recommendations, made restaurants reservations for me, booked excursions etc, and always greeted me like we’d know each other for years! I would 100% recommend this place.

• Wiam (9/5): Love it - A Truly Amazing and Relaxing Stay! I had an absolutely wonderful stay — total relaxation from start to finish. The room was beautiful, spotless, and well-equipped, with a fridge and iron available. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, always welcoming with a smile. One great perk: a free transfer to Oia is offered on-site — super convenient! The location is very peaceful, perfect for unwinding. You can even choose the time and menu for breakfast, which is a real treat if you like to sleep in. And the sunset… just breathtaking. Watching it from the jacuzzi was unforgettable. A little piece of paradise — I highly recommend it!
• lanpie03 (10/5): Wonderful stay, close to Oia action - A last minute trip that became a memorable anniversary adventure. A smaller hotel with privacy, located at the foot of Oia town. Out of the crazy crowds but close enough to feel connected. Rooms spacious and impeccably clean, sunrise and amazing sunsets from our private hot tub. What really made the difference was the staff, Aggelos and Is, driver's that picked us up at the airport and drop off, trips to town and to the Infinity restaurant (sister property). Anna, who brought breakfast to our room each morning with a smile and boundless energy, Dimitris for the excellent bar service (Yamas!!!!). And to Zoe and Matina, who greeted us with smiles, welcome drinks and and desire to make our stay our own. Great recommendations, organized amazing tours and transfers, their guests happiness at the core. Many more contributed to a great trip, thank you all so much. We will definitely stay here next time in Santorini.

The hotel is spotless and in excellent condition. The pool is beautiful. The key is making sure you understand the location. It is just outside the center of Oia and does not overlook the Caldera, and the rates reflect that. The good news is you are away from all the crowds and noise, and the hotel staff is great about arranging rides and pickups, which can get you to Oia in five minutes. Definitely consider the Myst if you are planning a Santorini visit.

• Rafael (6/5): Disappointing stay – not the experience we expected for our honeymoon - There were a few positives: • The shuttle to Oia center is a big help, since the hotel is downhill and around 800m from town. • They also offer transfers to the port, though they’re quite pricey. We chose a different service, but theirs is convenient if you want everything handled. • We appreciated the late checkout, since our ferry wasn’t until 4pm. That was genuinely helpful. We stayed at Myst Boutique Hotel for 3 nights as part of our honeymoon trip through Greece, and unfortunately, this was the most disappointing stay of our entire trip. We had just come from amazing experiences in Athens and Milos, so our expectations were high—especially considering we paid 333 euros per night, and it was still early in the season (so not even peak demand). We arrived at the hotel around 2pm, knowing check-in starts at 3pm—which is totally fine. But we were only taken to our first room 3:20pm, and after realizing it wasn’t what we booked, we had to wait again and finally got to the correct room at 3:40pm. Not the smoothest start. The check-in process itself felt more like a sales pitch than a welcome. From the moment we arrived, we were being sold activities, reservations, and transfer services. We had mentioned this was our honeymoon and we were hoping for a relaxing stay, but nothing was done to acknowledge that or make the experience feel special. We had booked a room with a private jacuzzi, but the first room they gave us had the jacuzzi completely outside, up a staircase, and in a shared space in front of other rooms. Not at all what was shown in the photos, and definitely not private. After raising the issue and waiting again, we were finally moved to the room we actually booked. To be fair, the final room was lovely—spacious, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast, however, was another weak point. You have to fill out a form every day to pre-select what and when you want to eat. We were asked about it multiple times, even casually walking around the property. Overall, we had much higher expectations for this hotel—especially for the price and occasion. The experience lacked warmth and hospitality, and we just didn’t feel well taken care of. Compared to our stays in Athens and Milos, this fell flat. We wouldn’t stay here again, and wouldn’t recommend it—especially for something as special as a honeymoon.

• FILIPE (10/5): Visite au paradis et l'hôtel en fait partie - Confort de la chambre, jacuzzi, petit-déjeuner au lit, chambre ou terrasse... l'accueil et la disponibilité des collaborateurs toujours aux petits soins et très sympathiques, transferts en voiture BMW et Tesla entre 11 et 22h jusqu'à Oia (Ia) ; Piscine sublime et jardins très bien entretenus... en résumé presque tout était parfait ! Le fait de recevoir un appel pour venir chercher le plateau après le petit-déjeuner ; celui-ci devait être pris lors du nettoyage de la chambre ou plus tard dans la journée.

• Delphine (8/5): - Room with jacuzzi was nice. Breakfast is good and you can choose different options every morning. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. It was quiet at the time we were there (in October). The food at the restaurant wasn't what we expected for the price. The spa facilities are actually in another hotel up in the village of Oia. They organise a free transfer for you to go there though. The billing process at checkout is kind of confusing and only one payment terminal was partially working.
• Nigel (10/5): - We were very happy with our stay. The property is very clean and well maintained. People working front desk were very kind and helpful. They have a courtesy shuttle to bring you and pick you up in main area of oia which was convenient to have as it saves the walk uphill and roads aren’t safest for walking due to traffic.the breakfast was delicious, able to pick items from a menu and delivered to room. Pool area is great, view of sea is fantastic. Each room seemed to have its own hot tub and large balcony area. Would definitely recommend this place to others!

• Astrid (9/5): Top - De locatie was top, zwembad was ruim en lag goed in de zon. Vanaf balkon konden we vanuit de jacuzzi de zonsondergang zien wat heel leuk was. Ontbijt was goed en restaurant is ook aanrader. Niet alle informatie die we ontvingen klopte of was niet volledig.
