• Silvia (10/5): Tranquilidad y buena ubicación - El apartamento tiene dos habitaciones grandes con dos baños muy correctos. Habian toallas suficientes y estaba todo limpio. El señor fue muy amable y nos enseñó donde poder ir a comprar o tomar un café. Lo único que no me gustó fue una sartén que se enganchaba y no pude hacer una tortilla a la francesa.

Хозяева апартаментов очень добрые и душевные люди, каждый день предлагали поменять постельное белье / убраться в номере / помочь чем-нибудь. В день заезда всё рассказали и показали, также подсказали где лучше поменять валюту, куда лучше поехать, какие места посетить. Сами апартаменты находятся в 3-4 минутах от метро, рядом есть хорошие кофейни и пару супермаркетов со всеми необходимыми продуктами. В апартаментах чисто, красиво. Также предоставили чай / кофе / воду, полотенца и тапочки. В самом доме, где находятся апартаменты также чисто, ухоженно, есть кодовый замок на вход. Также в апартаментах есть 2 балкон: один с прекрасным видом на горы, другой с видом на район, очень классно! Спасибо большое за хорошее проживание и отличное настроение! Апартаменты рекомендую к посещению! Минусов нет

I had booked another apartment in the same area, but on the day of check-in the host simply refused to accommodate us, claiming there were no available units. In that stressful situation, I quickly found and booked these apartments. The host here was responsive, polite, and very quick to answer – which was extremely important for me. That same evening we moved in. The keys were handed over by a friendly man who also gave us a short tour of the apartment. The apartment itself was spacious and clean, fully equipped for a holiday (including an umbrella, which is very useful when the weather changes). The view from the bedroom balcony was beautiful. I highly recommend these apartments.

Мы приехали поздно ночью. Нас встретили и все показали и объяснили без всяких проблем. Квартира хорошая, 3 комнаты. Всё, что нужно работает.

• Himanshu (9/5): Its a good apartment to stay with family. - It was a good property with 2 bedroom neat and clean apartment. I stayed with my Wife and a kid. The location was just opposite to Georgian National University so reasonable food shops were also available within the vicinity along with a Cafe just down to the property. The owner and the helpers were also very cooperative, I needed an European charger for my laptop which they arranged. There was no checking of the documents upon arrival which should be done for safety purpose of everyone. Common area should be cleaner.

• Farheen (8/5): we were so happy to stay there and certainly we will stay again - location is excellent near to market, pharmacy , restaurant, metro, rooms are good size, bed comfy, WIFI is excellent , most of the kitchen appliance were available and good crockery , bed sheets and the mattress of high quality, best pillows , access to area is very easy , host of the apartment was living next to us and he is very cooperative and always available to help and provide assistance it was new experience for us not that we didn't like but for others to help that we got confused for the entrance, as the door for the property was looked, luckily one person who lived in those apartments entered so we managed to enter the property, there was no no one at the reception, and for a while we thought that we got scammed , but we called the property and the owner responded and came within 5 min to assist us , it seems he does all the work by himself which we appreciated later. some of the furniture needs repair ( balcony chairs were broken) and other should be replaced ( couch cover looks overused )

A big bonus is a washing machine. A little unpleasant odor in the room. Furniture needs to be updated, some things are in bad condition.

The facilities are very clean and in good condition. The apartment is very big with high ceilings. There is free room cleaning service you can order. Located very close to a metro station, easy to get around the city. There are several convenience stores nearby. The internet connection is stable, the speed is enough for work and watching YouTube. The room had a washing machine and all the necessary kitchen appliances. Mosquito nets on the windows would be welcome.

• Chenxuan (10/5): Wonderful apartment for family traveling. - We arrived at this apartment very late due to the flight delayed. The reception was finished by the cleaner. But There are some difficulties in conversation by english. The apartment is big with three bedrooms and one bathroom. The facilities are well equipped Including Washmachine but there are no laundry dries. And we can see the moutain When we open the curtain. It's very close to the metro station 300aragveli It's a great apartment for family traveling. But the lock of the bathroom is broken.

The Location is a bit far to the Liberty Square and Alsalam Bridge.. The Building outside does not reflect the quality of the apartments.. there is no reception but the staff is there any time.. the entrance needs to be more cleaned..

• Krishna (8/5): Family apartment during holiday stay at Tbilisi - Property was very close to metro , groceries and fruit shops . Suitable for a family of 6 adults with kitchen facilities . Exactly opposite to Georgian National University , easy to find location . Room cleaning services were very prompt and fast and property manager was in touch during our stay. AC was not fully working on one of the bedroom, only one bath room and hence to plan properly for travel . Few bulbs are not working and TV channels in hall was not functional with channels . Feeling pricy comparing to other location . Room wall color was dull .
