thamer (5/5): يوجد ازعاج من الماره وسيارات الشرطه في كل وقت - حجزت شقه غرفتين لايوجد بها صاله يوجد مطبخ صغير جدا استخدمناه كصاله وغرفه طعام الحمام إفرنجي بدون شطاف صغير جدا جدا تقريبا طول متر عرض نصف متر مكان الاستحمام مقبول ومع ذلك مددت اقامتي فيها من يومين الي ١٠ ايام بسبب الموقع لو كانت دوره المياه اكبر وبها شطاف وليست بالمطبخ السرير والاغطيه غير نظيفه

Saud (1/5): Luggage storage is not available, the elevator is old and dilapidated, and the cleanliness is non-existent, zero, and ex - No thing, apartment is very very very bad service is very very very bad ….. Zero cleanliness, zero reception, the building is dilapidated and old, unlike the pictures and reality. I do not recommend it at all and it is not worth any money.

Al-Anood (8/5): - We had a lovely stay at Apartment Dat Exx on the Marjanishvili. The location is excellent — right in the heart of New Tbilisi, surrounded by shops, supermarkets, and all essential services. The area felt very safe and convenient for walking around the city. The owner and her team were incredibly kind and helpful. They went out of their way to store our luggage safely after checkout until 7 PM, which we appreciated. The only downside was the lack of an elevator in the building. Although the apartment is on the first floor, the number of stairs made it difficult to carry our luggage in and out. Installing an elevator would greatly improve the experience for future guests. Overall, a great stay with wonderful hospitality in a prime location.

The owners were very helpful and kind to all our requests, even for a late check in and check out (early am). Living room with an old and dirty sofa. Kitchen not well equipped for cooking. Toilet paper, washing detergent etc were missing and we had to ask for them (what we asked for was kindly provided afterwards). The apartment is on the 4th floor without elevator

We love the apartment so much as it caters to the need of our family from Kitchen to Dining, to the Living area up to the Rooms! All areas are spacious enough with access to grocery shops, restaurants, cafes and shopping! The place has no elevator.

The building itself is charming and beautiful on the outside but crumbly old on the inside with an elevator that was added on later on that stop between floors and can fit in only up to 3 people. If you don’t mind that the place is perfect otherwise for families for a short or an extended stay.

So, it is extremely convinient to stay in.

Leon (8/5): Bigger than normal, fit for a big family! - The owners are an amazing couple, they are very kind, and always there if you need them. The location and shops are very near, old city center is very close The place, even after cleaning wasn't clean.

Shadi (10/5): great stay and value for money - The flat itself has everything you need to feel comfortable and is located in a very good location. one of the bedroom has stunning city view. We traveled in October it was a bit cold outside but inside the apartment there was a spilt in each room which warmed up the room so quickly. the overall experience of staying at this place was great and it will be our option if we travel to Tbilisi again. The only bad thing about this apartment was the building. when you enter from the street, the building and the stairs to the flat was so old and not clean. but once you get inside the flat everything is great.

Pablo L (10/5): Wonderful Stay - Apartment was great, it was comfortable, spacious and very convenient. Only thing I would say is bedroom did not have AC, but if it’s chilly outside you can leave balcony door open and it will cool room off.

Lio (10/5): - Im so thankful to my host for the enjoyable stay . The apartment was very clean . They provide free water , tea and coffee . The Host Elisa is extremely helpful and always there for you . Also I would like to mention that the Apartment has an amazing location . Around you will find a lot of cafes, restaurants, shopping centers , markets .. all u will need. Im definitely going to come back again !!! Thanks a lot again for my wonderful stay at Dat Exx !
