Als ich höflich um Kaffe gebittet habe, wurde mir ganz unhöflich gesagt dass es kein kaffe gibt 30 minuten vor Frühstückschluss. Sehr unhöfliche Dame im Frühstücksraum.

- Xiaoli (9/5): - The night view from the balcony is amazing. There are bath facilities right at the doorstep, though it’s best to make a reservation if you plan to use them. The room is stylish, clean, and very comfortable. Breakfast options are somewhat limited, but the quality is good, especially the coffee.
- KYRAN (1/5): - Ничего не советую если не хотите стать туберкулезником. Начнём с того что в гостинице номерах есть сырость всю ночь мы потели холодным и утром чуть не заболели. Отвратительный персонал. Женщина на ресепшене с большой высокомерностью относилась к клиентам. Обманула сказала что в номерах есть тепло на самом деле там просто дует воздух. Работает на 10% В общем место если вы хотите заново заработать туберкулёз, если вам не хватает острых ощущений и хотите ночью потеть литрами и мерзнуть всю ночь. То вам сюда)

Самое ценное для нас в этой гостинице - близость к центру и 50 метров до входа в нашу любимую серную баню Гуло . На кровати были не совсем удобные подушки ( внутреннее содержимое - неоднородное , как комки внутри ) . Мало места для хранения одежды, просим администрацию отеля учесть наши пожелания .

Some rooms have gorgeous views and some look right into the apartments nearby. So if you have special trip try to get the room with the view, will make a difference but if you are just staying for the night or two just to sleep and don’t care about the view - rooms are still good. - dorit (10/5): - הצוות היה מסביר פנים וענה לכל שאלותינו בסבלנות רבה. היה מאוד נעים שמלבד המיזוג בחדרים, גם הפרוזדורים ממוזגים. ארוחת הבוקר עשירה מגוונת וטובה. היה קצת קשה להפעיל את הכספת והמנורה על השולחן הבהבה אבל עובד המקום הגיע והסביר איך להפעיל את הכספת ולקח לתיקון את המנורה. בנוסף, התקשנו להגיע למקום החנייה של המלון בשל כבישים רבים חד סיטריים וצרים, בסביבת המלון. מיקום המלון מאוד מרכזי וקרוב להרבה אתרי תיירות.

I arrived after a trip to India to treat myself. I would have returned for another week, but felt the costs for a solo traveler were high
- Igor (5/5): Девиз отеля: И ТАК СОЙДЕТ! - Отель удачно расположен, рядом старый центр, много ресторанов. У отеля хорошая веранда на крыше с прекрасным видом. Заранее писали, чтоб нам дали номера с видом не на дорогу, наши попутчики уже останавливались в этом отеле и тоже заранее просили дать им только не тот номер в котором они были, конечно же при заселении они получили именно его. В нашем номере очень шумел кондиционер, а матрас был в таком состоянии, что мы скатывались в средину кровати. Уезжая на сутки в Кахетию попросили администратора разобраться с этими проблемами, по приезду поняли что нашу просьбу просто проигнорировали, на стойке был уже другой админ, который сказал, что не в курсе и ничего ему не передавали. Отель в который ты приходишь только ночевать, но не можешь нормально отдохнуть из-за шумного кондиционера и старого матраса.

- Jelena (9/5): Overall, we enjoyed our stay, especially thanks to the location and the view, but there are definitely a few areas wher - This hotel has an absolutely fantastic location, everything is within walking distance, which is perfect if you’re visiting Tbilisi for the first time. I truly believe this is the best area to stay in the city. We were allowed to check in early with no extra charge, which was a great surprise and very much appreciated. Our room had a beautiful view of the river, making our stay even more special. Also ladies at reception were kind and professional. The breakfast was quite basic, with only the most essential options , for example, there wasn’t even an omelette available. Because of that, we skipped breakfast completely during the last two days, even though it was included in our package. Also, during cleaning, the housekeeping staff removed the key card that powers the electricity in the room, without checking if we had anything in the fridge that needed to stay cold (we had). Lastly, one of the male receptionists we encountered was not very customer-oriented, which stood out compared to the other, helpful staff.

Had booked two rooms, one of which was a premium suite - what an amazing room with a huge terrace!! Loved the stay there and the view from the room. Having the room with terrace made all the difference in the experience. Things that could have been better --- Breakfast should cater a bit more to vegetarian travelers too. Options for vegetarians were limited. The hotel management could do better at that.

The room was clean and the housekeeping was great. The room was very little, the balcony is nice size. We stayed for three nights, and every night I was woken by cigarettes smell coming from the air-condition which was very unpleasant. The reception staff was not very polite, as well as the restaurant staff.

The room was nice, we liked our balcony because we could let the air in when we were in the room and the breakfast was ok. The hotel feels high-class but the price is not very high so we thought the value for money was high. We felt like there wasn't enough light in the room, and the room felt very hot and dry, while the AC was not very good in getting the room cold. Since we had a balcony, we didn't feel safe to leave the window or balcony door open during the night to let the cold air in, so it was stuffy.

We planed to stay only for 2 nights and ended up staying for 5. So clean and nice, great view and staff so friendly we didn’t believe it. Now we don’t want to go home. The location is great, right on the river and close to all important things.
