Не совсем удачные планировочные решения в номерах, в частности ванные комнаты, где стеклянные двери туалета и душевой кабины неудобные для входа и выхода. Помиомо этого, при открытой стеклянной двери душевой невозможно открыть дверь в ванную комнату.

Даже в самых люксовых отелях уже давненько такого не ощущали. А что как не сервис ценится больше всего при выборе 5* отеля?! Если представится случай вернуться в Ереван, без сомнений выберу именно этот отель! Дороговато, но уровень сервиса оправдывает стоимость

It was also a nice surprise to get a pitcher of herbal tea before bed and the breakfast and breakfast staff was outstanding. We had 2 rooms with a rate of almost 700 euros each per night and were very surprised to find notes in the room saying the toiletries (that are usually always provided free of charge) cost around 10 euro for 40 ml and not to remove it from the room. Makes you wonder if they refill the tiny bottles? It made us uncomfortable and we didnt touch the shampoo or conditioner. Not what you expect when you pay this much . Other than that the beds were comfortable, rooms spacious and the breakfast buffet very varied and good.

- Alenpet (2/5): - My second time staying at the hotel, no complaints about the quality, however, read on. ⚠️ WARNING: ALEXANDER HOTEL, YEREVAN ⚠️ I stayed at the Alexander Hotel in Yerevan in early June, and $8,400 in cash was stolen from my locked luggage inside my room. This was clearly a professional job—there were no signs of forced entry or tampering. Whoever did it had time to go through my belongings and apparently had access to a TSA master key, since the lock was opened without damage. I won't go into every detail here, but given the circumstances, I strongly suspect organized theft potentially involving hotel staff or security. Be extremely careful. If you have to stay at the Alexander Hotel, do not leave any valuables in your room. Please share this so others can avoid the same experience.

A special thank you to Areg and Ruben from the guest relations team — they went above and beyond to make our anniversary celebration memorable and arranged amazing tours that made our trip even more special. The restaurant team was warm and welcoming, and the front desk staff, especially Mr. Hayk, were incredibly helpful and kind. The room service team also deserves praise — they were attentive, detailed, and kept our room spotless throughout our stay. You can tell the staff here really care about every little detail. The hotel itself is clean, elegant, and located perfectly in the heart of Yerevan. If you’re looking for a luxurious yet friendly place to stay, I highly recommend Hotel Alexander. Thank you for a beautiful experience!

It was our second time staying and as before the staff was all really nice and helpful. The nighttime tea was a really nice touch, as was the birthday cake for my husband. We had a room with a view of the city (which is street facing). From the 6th floor there wasn’t much noise, but if you want a very quiet room then you probably want an Atrium facing room. The pool and sauna is really nice with great city views as well. Breakfast is expensive but worth doing for at least one day, it’s a really nice place to sit and the service was great and the selection was large. Housekeeping was so quick with any request too. Overall it’s a more expensive Marriott option in Yerevan, but a very nice hotel.

I did not stay at the hotel, but instead opted to purchase a 5-day pass from the Spa Office located on the -3 Floor.

- annalN4744GI (10/5): Exceptional Hotel, Exceptional staff and service - I usually book Marriott hotel when I travel abroad and I should admit that Alexander is truly one of the best in this chain so far. The services and the staff are exceptional. Everyone is friendly, helpful and always aimed to resolve any issue I had. Breakfasts are very good, selection of everything is moderate but enough to have a very good and delicious meal. I simply cannot but admit the help of the restaurant staff, who started to serve breakfast 15 minutes earlier than working hours, just I could have my breakfast before the departure, and of course Lily, who assisted me in every single request and even arranged a coffee for me when I departed to the airport. Rooms are very cozy, clean and comfortable, mattresses are exceptional. And I also recommend to visit SPA, and to arrange a treatment with Armine, whose professionalism helped me a lot with my nails and face before my meetings. In my opinion, this hotel is the best choice to stay in Yerevan. Definitely my choice for the next visit.

- rach_abd (4/5): Disorganized Service and Poor Execution Overshadow Potential and staff friendliness - My stay at The Alexander Hotel in Yerevan started with high hopes, as the staff initially showed good intentions and a willingness to help during a challenging time (back injury). However, after 10 days, I’ve experienced repeated mismanagement and poor execution, which have greatly impacted my overall impression. For New Year’s Eve, we arranged with the concierge to have food we ordered delivered, plated by room service, for a more elegant dining experience. This took at least six calls to coordinate. Despite the effort, the food arrived in its delivery packaging. After complaining, they eventually brought it plated—but 40 minutes later, and obviously it was cold. Breakfast has also been a constant source of confusion. Despite ordering in-room breakfast daily, we still don’t understand what is included in the room service breakfast or what the charges should be. It seems to vary depending on who takes or prepares the order. This lack of consistency is frustrating and far from what you’d expect from a hotel of this category. While the staff seem well-intentioned and eager to please, their execution is often times chaotic. The handling of our airport transfer was another disappointment. Despite detailed confirmations about needing a sedan with reclining seats due to a back injury, they provided a Fiat van with no reclining seats. After excuses and a blame game, we ended up using Yandex and leaving in a proper sedan we booked ourselves. The overarching theme of my stay has been a disconnect between intentions and execution. While the staff’s friendliness is evident (special mention to the bellhops team, amazing people), the miscommunication, inconsistency, and occasional sense of greed from management make it hard to recommend The Alexander without significant reservations. A hotel of this brand, at these prices, with these nice facilities, deserves better management for sure.

- Office (10/5): Best hotel in all of Armenia in every way - The finest hotel in all of Armenia. The service is always 5 star. As odd as it may be to say, one of my favorite hotels in the world despite not being a tourist destination of any sort. The finest cheesecake on the planet. Truly, beyond words. Restaurant on top is like 2-star Michelin quality. Fine food, white table cloths and above all, PIANO PLAYER for breakfast. Breathtaking experiences there every time.
