- Hiroshi (9/5): マリオットグループにも良いホテルはある - シカゴカブスの本拠地リグレーフィールドの道路一つ渡ったところ。カブスのゲームを見に来る人には最高の立地です。 同じ区画内(同じ建物内)にマクドナルドがあるのもよし。 フロントデスクのある2Fには、無料のコーヒー類を飲めるスペースがあります。 ここに泊まるちょっと前に泊まった同じマリオットグループの The Westin (こちらはブッシュスタジアムに至近) がひどかったのですが、Hotel Zachary は Marriott Group 傘下ながら、良く運営されていると思います。 特にありませんが、日本人にとっては浴槽があってほしい、という程度。 それと、何しろ球場へのアクセス最高のリッチなので、カブスのゲームのある日は、レートが高くなります。 ない日とどれくらい違うかは検証してませんが、わたしたちが泊まったゲームのある日は部屋代が5つ星級になります。

Comfortable setting and overlooked Wrigley field. They offered a upgrade without us asking :) Room doors closed loudly. Noticed in early morning hours the most.

- Dessi (8/5): Great view with wonderful accommodations - The view was spectacular, the room was perfectly sized and roomy as well as very comfortable and conveniently located for our needs. Unfortunately, the elevator was not working once we returned from our outing and stopped at the bar for dessert. We notified the front desk and were instructed to use the stairs, which we did not locate and instead used the service elevator. However, this was not an issue, nor did we dislike the fact that we had to use another way to reach our room. The staff was great and everything was overall wonderful.

Every detail stunning and immaculate! From the moment I arrived I was greeted by the kindest staff and visually beautiful interior! My stay was during the Christkindlmarket. The windows from my room overlooked the Market. It was the most beautiful Christmas scene! I felt as if I was at the North Pole in Santa’s Village❤️❤️ The bar offered delicious drinks! The food was amazing! I never wanted to leave!

The staff was efficient and friendly from the door to check out. Ian at the front desk was extremely helpful and personable. We enjoyed the generous "pass arounds" at the Alma. As a Christmas gift from our daughter, it couldn't have been a nicer weekend to start the holidays.
- PaPaAndy2025 (10/5): Location next to Wrigley Field and the Chicago Christmas Market - We stayed at The Zachary for 5 days over the Thanksgiving holiday to visit family in Wrigleyville. Being across the street from the Christmas Market was magical, especially after receiving 8 inches of snow. The hotel was convenient to restaurants near the Stadium as well as on Southport. The hotel restaurant was outstanding for their daily breakfast as well as our favorite drinks. Service was impeccable, and our upgrade to a suite made the visit that much more enjoyable.

- WPG1976 (10/5): First Class Hotel, But More So Team - I arrived for a family event with no knowledge of the Zachary - I was profoundly impressed by the entire experience - the location across from Wrigley couldn't be better; the hotel felt clean, new and energized, the on site restaurants were superb and the bar was a great place for a friend and me to catch up in the evening. All of that said, the team at the hotel is really tremendous and what stands out. I lost an item and there was no end to which the team would go to help me find it. Ultimately, after a lengthy search, they tenaciously helped me retrieve it and brought me peace of mind. I am sure others would have given up - they were determined to have a delighted guest and they did. Well done, Zachary team! I will stay at this hotel whenever I am in Chicago.

- John (4/5): Frustrating & uncomfortable. - The location. Finding information about/timing of services is impossible to find. And when you ask, the staff was incredibly condescending. The front desk lady actually laughed when I asked when breakfast ended. Pillows were useless & the mattress was as hard as a rock.

She took care of everything perfectly for us and was even at the front desk when we arrived a few weeks later. It was an amazing experience (and a beautiful hotel, location, breakfast, atmosphere, party!) Wrigley Field across the street was a DREAM! Would do it again a thousand times over!

- smalshal (10/5): Give Naome a Raise! - I have a chronic health condition that escalated a few years ago. My husband and I love to travel, but I can no longer fly. Wrigley Field is one of our favorite places and is within driving distance, so we chose to splurge and spend our 25th wedding anniversary at Hotel Zachary and take in a Cubs game. The hotel is immaculately clean, and the bed was super comfortable. The view of Wrigley is unbeatable, and it was so nice to just walk across the street after the game and not have to drive home when we were tired! What also made our trip and anniversary special was Naome at the front desk. We have had a tumultuous few years and never quite know if our travel plans are going to work out. We don't take anything for granted. Naome's kindness brought me to tears, and we knew we had chosen the right place to celebrate!

There were so many restaurants to choose from. Since there was a concert the parking was expensive and limited but I understand because of the surrounding area that parking was very limited. Our room was immaculate, spacious, clean, and comfortable. The lounge was so lovely to work or just contemplate life; the ambiance and decor felt rich and intellectual if that makes sense. I would definitely go back. Just exquisite.
- andreamN7599EG (10/5): Beautiful boutique hotel - The hotel is in the heart of Wrigleyville. It’s directly across from Wrigley Stadium. This was a bonus as we were attending a concert there. The hotel is beautifully decorated and well-appointed. The staff was pleasant and attentive. We encountered a small issue with our room upon arrival and both the maintenance and front desk staff handled it perfectly. We will definitely be back!
- johnhG7224TP (10/5): Exceptional service at Hotel Zachery - I've stayed at Hotel Zachery many times while attending Cubs games. It is a great location with outstanding amenities and directly across the street from Wrigley Field. While the staff has always been exceptional, my wife and I had a particularly outstanding experience this week when a staff member (Tyrig) truly went above and beyond. He ensured my wife were upgraded to the room we preferred (facing the field), bought us beverages while we waited, took care of our luggage and continually sought us out while waiting to keep us informed when the room would be ready. Thank you Tyrig!

- Trina (10/5): It was the perfect place to call home for two days. - Staff were incredibly helpful, location is PERFECT (Wrigley is literally right across the street) room was clean and comfortable. -personal preference- the mattress kept me too warm. Some people would really like it, but I'm a hot sleeper. I was so comfortable I slept for 9.5 hours, but when I woke up I was very hot.

- julielW3259BP (10/5): Hotel Zachary Exceeds Expectations! - This hotel exceeded our expectations! It was comfortable and tastefully decorated and the staff and service were excellent! The hotel is directly across from Wrigley Field and the veranda is wonderful to sit and have a drink and some food while you experience the hustle and bustle of Gallagher Way. The hotel pays attention to details and they have a fireplace and pool table in the lobby which is situated among comfortable and tasteful decor. The bar is phenomenal and the food is excellent! We had a beautiful room on the 5th floor looking at the iconic Wrigley Field through out window. We enjoyed our stay so much that we will return soon just to stay there and soak it all in!

That is a huge thing for us because we bring waters and other drinks whenever we stay somewhere. They said you can request to have one brought to the room if one is available. For a $375 room, there should be a fridge in each room. We would not stay here again just because of this.

Room is clean and comfortable but there is no mini-fridge or coffee pot. A sign in the room indicates that you can call for a coffee pot if desired but they do offer free coffee in the lobby. McD’s is also next door if you want that. Shampoo/Body wash/Conditioner were supplied but no lotion, which seems odd Overall, its comparable to a Courtyard with nicer restaurants available. You are paying for the location-on the CTA train & bus route and next the the field

My boyfriend wanted to surprise me with an upgraded room facing Wrigley since I’m such a huge Cubs fan. Naome came through with flying colors! Andrew at the lobby bar made an incredible recommendation for Champagne and provided top notch service. Valet service was flawless. Overall fabulous stay!

My husband is a life long Cubs fan and he said the hotel overlooking Wrigley field was one of the most amazing things he’s ever seen. We did have a noisy neighbor , and when we called the office, Naomi was extremely helpful and kind to our needs. We will be yelling other Cubbies about this amazing place and to check it out!

Every hotel employee that we dealt with was so friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and so clean. The beds were very comfortable. Next time we go to Chicago, we will definitely be staying here again, and I will suggest this place to all of my friends and family. Another perk was the location, many places to eat and drink right within walking distance. Beautiful place to stay!

- anniegmcginn (10/5): Customer Service is top notch - Gorgeous hotel in the heart of Wrigleyville. We didn’t spend much time there because we were busy exploring and cheering on the Cubs. The thing I was most impressed about was the way they handled us asking for a late checkout during to our flight being canceled. They made it seem like it was no big deal and said we could stay til 4, which was actually a huge deal bc it meant not having to wait five extra hours at the airport with three kids. Very much appreciated!

We had two beautiful king rooms on the neighborhood side of the hotel. Very quiet and a view of the cute homes around Wrigley Field. The best hotel for going to a Cubs game! We enjoyed the outside bar pre game......great people watching. Can't wait to go back!

For the price paid, room was minimally equipped; no microwave, no refrigerator. Were not allowed into the bar after the Cubs game. Beds were very comfortable and we had a great view of Wrigley Field.
